Breakfast is included (hot/cold drinks, bread, cheese, sausage, delicious porridge with sweet condensed milk, boiled eggs, baked beans, scrambled eggs, cabbage salad). The breakfast room has a certain charm that makes the hostel authentic. The staff was friendly and helpful. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the old town and about 10 minutes to the Rotermann district.
Bad: the vibe in the hotel is low. Wc in the third floor has a strong odour of desinfectant, it's nasty. Had to use the one in second floor many times. And how come there is a sauna but you have to pay 25euro separately to use it?? This is ridiculous ! If you have a sauna it must be included, or at least charge a reasonable fee of 10 or 15 euro maximum!! I've been in much cheaper hostels where the sauna is free to use.
