Nicely renovated and decorated, it has a comfortable atmosphere, providing guests with everything they need for a pleasant stay - including kitchen utensils, washing machine, dishwasher, fresh linens and towels (the cleaning ladies were professional and friendly, despite not speaking English), earplugs, triple water filtration system in the room and a coffee machine downstairs (2€ per drink).
Overall great value and for sure to visit again whenever in Tallinn!
First, when we arrived, we found out we needed a PIN code to enter, but we hadn't received it, so we had to find out how to contact support to get that PIN. You can't even call them.
Second, there was a day that they were supposed to clean the room but they didn't.
