Extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. Upon arrival, we found stains on the linens and hair in the bathroom. The room had a persistent musty odor that wouldn't go away. When we brought this to the staff's attention, they were dismissive rather than helpful. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

There was a smell in the bathroom that would not go away, something with the plumbing. The shower takes a long time for the hot water to heat up. Light in bathroom does not turn off. Some furniture shows stains.

Quite clean, sufficiently equipped kitchen for my needs (just cold food). Some smell of smoke from a wood-fired oven (?) somewhere in the building, and also smell from perfumed cleaning agents - the latter smell has stuck to almost all clothes afterwards. Noise from other tenants in the stairway came through quite clear during the night.

Way too expensive for what you get: hot sleeping room without a window and airco. The mattress of the sleeping sofa was very uncomfortable. No doors between the rooms for some privacy. Very small kitchen with the bare essentials. Good points are the luggage storage for a small extra fee and the staff who's very responsive by phone.

Check-in was smooth easy and helpful.

However the room was showing signs of wear and tear, there were no effective blinds on the Velux windows and the drains in the bathroom smelled bad.

Stay on old town
Booked 2 nights. The responsiveness of the team was poor. I had a small 1 bedroom. The shower did not drain properly and the pillows in the bed were so stiff I did not stay a 2nd night because I woke up with a sore neck. The location is convenient because it’s in the center.

Nice apartment five room ,one big master with bathroom and 🚿 🛁 🛀. In the upper stairs the other 4 room with one shower 🚿 room. The kitchen is fully equipped with 🍽 dining tables and chairs
Highly recommended for families.
Disadvantage:
Unfortunately there are no car parking with the apartment but you can rent 24 hr parking for 18€.
The lights on the building entrance on the outside stair is not working 😕and there are bad smell on it.

Nice Airbnb! It's right in the old town. Self check-in was awesome, and the host was great. But we had to pay a 300€ deposit.

My experience booking an apartment for 8 people was extremely disappointing.
Before booking on Booking.com, I contacted the apartment staff by phone and asked about the possibility of adding extra folding beds, since the listing mentioned 4 single beds and 2 double beds. I was assured that this was possible, so I proceeded to pay a considerable amount for the reservation.
However, on the day of check-in, I was told that no extra beds would be provided unless I paid extra — and that the apartment would be at a completely different address. We were faced with this news at the last minute, with no option to cancel or change the booking.
If I add up all the costs, I could have rented a luxury apartment elsewhere for the same price. The entire process felt unprofessional and irresponsible on their part.
Moreover, the check-in experience was chaotic and stressful. The given address — Pikk 71 — basically doesn’t exist: navigation shows only house no. 69, and the nearest building has a completely different hotel name and street listed. I tried calling multiple times for directions, but no one answered.
When I finally found the place, two young women were at the reception. One of them told me she had no idea about my booking or payment and seemed completely unfamiliar with the process. Only after I showed her our messages and paid again did I receive instructions on how to collect the keys.
But even then, the keys had to be picked up at one address, while the actual apartment was in a different location. In total, we had to visit three different places and spent over two hours just to get access to the room.
Due to all this confusion, my guests — foreign performers — arrived late for their show and had to go on stage without preparation. The performance was shortened, and I had to cover all the losses myself.
Conclusion: if you decide to book with this property, make sure to get written confirmation of all agreements in advance. Without that, you’re not guaranteed anything. I do not recommend this place.

Great location just a couple of issues. First the bedroom did not have a window. It felt very enclosed. Sencondly, the apartment is located above an Indian food restaurant. The odor of the kitchen into the apartment was overwhelming. We opened the window in the tv room and turned on the fan, but it was not sufficient to help the smell of curry. I lost my apetite for the couple of days we spent in Tallin because of it. I would not stay there again for this one reason alone.
