Reviews
The location is excellent — right by the harbor and just before the entrance to the Old Town, making it perfect for exploring the city.
Extra points for the thoughtful service after our last visit: our child accidentally left a toy behind, and the hotel kindly shipped it to us in Finland all the way from Estonia — with a lovely chocolate surprise included. That meant a lot to us.
Highly recommended.
The pool area was lovely, a really nice pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna.
Steam and sauna only operated certain times of day so check hotel website.
It was all fantastic, around a 5-8 min walk to medieval old town of Tallinn and right by the impressive newer refurbished area of Rottermann do lots of good bars, shops and restaurants
Staff are friendly, avaliable and go above and beyond.
The leisure facilities are included as a hotel guest and are easily accessible.
Rooms are clean, well planned and modern.
Rooms are nice and spacious with windows to show views and international television stations such as English, French, Russian and Italian speaking networks.
The gym is small and often used/busy but quite good with dumbbells ranging up to 20kg and machines for legs, chest and cardio.
We were given a room on the 7th floor in the corner (734)
Unfortunately that was the end of our comfort, my Husband and I were both woken up at 1:30am to heavy cleaning machinery being used to clean the wellness centre. It was so loud above us, on top of that a lot of banging and other noises whilst they were cleaning.
First of all, who cleans a gym wellness centre at 1:30am? I understand it’s a 24 hour centre but surely it would make sense to clean it earlier in the evening? Especially if it’s situated about guest rooms? I called the reception and the lady was trying to convince me that it was the ventilation and that “no one was in the gym”, which was actually confirmed by the manager the next morning that it was in fact the cleaners.
We probably won’t be reimbursed in any way by the hotel but if you stay here, request a room not on the 7th floor!
