Really nice location, easy access to bus station and city center. Staffs are so kind.

The hotel is located next to the bus station. So, it's really easy to access for bus travellers! there are no amenities in the room so i recommend you to bring things you need (like toothbrushes...)

Just next to the bus terminal and river leading into the old town. Both are important as it’s during the travel and in and out by Lux Bus. And it’s next to the market, where you can get all kinds of fresh berries. Decent breakfast choices.

Spacious room, quiet (city center), stylish room with all the necessities, great bed with different pillows. Lots of different saunas in spa area, sauna rituals were my favourites.

Perfect place for just relaxing, enjoying the spa and saunas, the softest bed and of course very tasty breakfast.

This wasn’t our first stay at Vspa, we come back because we really love it here! Perfect for families with children. I also received a lovely surprise- a birthday cake with a candle at breakfast. It was unexpected and so sweet! The staff are very kind, they even allowed me to extend checkout by an hour so I could enjoy a massage. We will definitely return again!

Staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms and other areas clean. But... Pools were a bit colder than would have liked + overcrowded. Rooms have bery poor noise cancellation. I guess this depends on the location of the room and neighbourghs, but still would have been nice to NOT hear everything that was going on in the next room and the hallway.

Location of the Hotell is excellent for families with kids, because AHHAA center and AURA water park, APOLLO cinema and McDonalds is just in minutes away from it. Also Maxima and LIDL are within walking distance. But rooms are always lottery! For a same price (same "family" room) they could give You bigger room with a large bathroom and a partition that divides the room into children's and adults'...

I liked my stay at Tartu hotel. Location is excellent, I visited AHHAA, Aura, museums, shopping malls, and everything was within 15-25 minutes to reach. The service at the hotel is superb. Thank you.

A lovely hotel, with good facilities, a nice choice for breakfast (and I'm vegetarian), very clean and tidy. Perhaps the staff could be a little more friendly, but I would still stay there again.

on 26.12.2025, a maid had not arrived in hotel room 442. Didn't top up toilet paper! There's no air hood working in the toilet, ventilation!

No frills hotel, clean, with comfortable beds and a food breakfast buffet. The absolute plus was the sauna area (by the way free of charge in the morning for hotel guests). Excellent facilities, super clean and early in the morning almost entirely for us !

A convenient business hotel with plenty of nearby dining options. The hotel also features a sauna on the 5th floor, which is a nice touch for relaxation after a long day. However, the soundproofing could be improved, so light sleepers may find it a bit challenging to get a good night's rest.

The main bus station is 10 minutes away, and the street where you can eat good food is 10 minutes away from the hotel. I have stayed at the Hotel Sophia a few times. I have always had a car, so the location has been ideal as I don't need to drive into the city to check-in. That being said, the city is only 10 mins by road. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the decor appears to be all new. Amazing breakfast. Modern big rooms with a nice shower. You can take the elevator and get out in the modern shoppingmall with many restaurants and a cheap but good Gym. Hotel restaurant is also good. 10 minute car drive to the Centrum or take a scooter (3km)

Found this place by accident, but was very satisfied with everything. Room was clean and big, with a small fridge in it. Breakfast was nice as well. I suggest this place.

Very nice hotel, great location next to a mall, good enough breakfast, and the staff were supernice. There was just one small detail that was not perfect. Sewage system in the shower was not able to cope with the water flow from shower and flooded all the bathroom. Water even started flowing into the room. It took some time after I took shower for the water to go away. Needs urgent fixing.

Room was very big and in a great location. There was a coffee machine in the room but no milk was provided. It wasn’t a major issue but there also wasn’t shampoo or conditioner provided.

The hotel is very well located in the center of the city, the rooms are comfortable and clean (although a little bit outdated ) and breakfast was okay. For the price paid it was a very good experience. Anyways, I would go back here if I'm traveling in the area.

Good location in old town. Nearby many restaurants. Room is a little bit old and dark. Bathroom is good. Chek-in time is 14 and check-out time is 12. Receptionist did not give a room at 13:30, even they had free rooms availble. Had to wait until 14:00, which is bad customer service.

This place is in excellent location, and while the building is old and rustic (lot of Tartu is) the stay is the most enjoyable. Staff is friendly. The interior and the exterior is pretty unique. Breakfast is good and included in the price. The overall value for the money is very good. Recommended!

The location is almost in the heart of the city. I woke up with the ring bell's of the church. It was like in the fairytale. Walking by the city I thought that the architecture and the vibe reminds me at the same time an Italy, and our Ukraine (city Dnipro) with its river. Correct. Close to cité Center. Hôtel infrastucture and style are a bit old but rooms are clean, and bed confortable. Breakfast is generous. My room was not ready at my arrival, I was upgraded to à room with jacuzzi. Bathroom may be à bit suprising.

The hotel is located near the old town and the center of ahhaa. Breakfast is not bad. There are even toothbrushes in the room in case you forgot yours. And in our room we also had a mini fridge. In our case, we also had the dusty surfaces in the room and the dirty cabinet with yellow drops, which had not even bothered to clean (we checked it ourselves - it came off easily with wet paper).

Veeriku Villa is a cozy, quiet place with comfortable rooms and a large smart TV. The location is great, with a large supermarket and Lidl nearby. Loved the convenience of using the microwave and tea kettle on the first floor. We bought breakfast food and enjoyed it in the dining room. Highly recommend for a peaceful, homely stay in Tartu!

Nice hotel with good location. Parking was arranged and free. Breakfast was good, also coffee. Rooms were clean and had enough space. Sleep was good and beds comfortable. I was scared a little bit by the stuffed animals, watch the pictures :)

Cozy and unique Charming and unique hotell in Tartu city centre. Was visiting friends who had a car, so don't really know how easy or not it was to get around, but it's a small town. Tried to use the room as an office one day, but table and chairs were not perfect for that. Otherwise cool design and all.

There is a station behind, and the station in front is under road construction, so please be careful of vehicles passing by. One and a half stops from the central area. Opposite Tartu and Tardov is the central bus station. The hotel environment is quite atmospheric and suitable for self-driving.

Stayed here a night with coworkers while visiting Tartu for a team event, I had a good time and enjoyed my visit.

The hotel provides nice service. The staff is polite and helpful. Everything is clean and comfortable. Location is convenient (afar from the street noise and activities). The breakfast was super good and delicious (with a variety of options). The TV doesn't have a lot of options though. I would definitely stay there next time.

This hotel is a definite time capsule back to the end of 90-s, and as such might even be considered lovely. Still, it is very much understaffed, resulting in a hostel-like atmosphere (neglected reception area, staff slowly appears only after phonecall etc). Breakfast was tasty, although with limited choices. There is a huge unused potential in this place!

I had an amazing time in the Draakon Hotel. The location can't be better. As for the service, I felt that I stay at my dear friends house. Huge room, comfy bed, amazing 3 course breakfast and lovely hosts... I highly recommend it for anybody who visits Tartu. Oleg

Hotel is located on the outskirts of Tartu ( 3-5 eur for Bolt 3km ride to city center ), in front of National museum area. A bit outdated, but does it's job. Main factor for us to choose was availability of triple room at reasonable price. Room is basic, as well as bathroom, no elevator ( only 2 floors ). Hotel is locked at 22:00, so you need to use code to enter the building. No vending machine available...

This place is very simple and budget friendly. Locates away from city centre, but small taxi drive will get you there easily. Breakfast is simple, but decent enough to start a good day.

It’s one of the cheapest hotels in Tartu and not too far away from citycenter. The room was rather old-ish and had only essentials. Furniture was old, a hole in the wall and no shampoo in the bathroom. There’s no electronic door locks, but they have key boxes in the corridor. Breakfast was fine, but again - onlu the essentials with bad coffee.
