The room is quite large. You can use a room card to access the elevator, so security is guaranteed. Luggage storage is available. Note that you need to find the button on the wall to close the curtains, as one of my companions didn't know this and didn't.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel AX! The hotel’s unique art-inspired design and spacious, well-equipped rooms made our stay truly memorable. The breakfast spread was outstanding, with great vegetarian and vegan options as well. The staff, especially at the reception, were warm and welcoming throughout. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Helsinki — modern, artistic and full of character!

It's far from the city center, so it takes a little time to get back to the hotel in the middle of sightseeing, but it's very close to the tram station, so I think it's quite convenient. Nice hotel environment; the walk is a bit confusing due to the building's previous use, but not detrimental in any way. The premises were clean and the room was really pleasant. Overall, our one night stay was great. The location is perfect and near to the central station.

Very clean place. I enjoyed the single room with big bathroom in Lönnrotinkatu. The double has tiny bathroom and confusing shower tap.

Best bed and air conditioning I have! Quiet and stylish hotel room. Good location with tram and train stations within walking distance. Nice and friendly staff. Just note the bathroom has no door. If not used to cold weather, you may feel cold while taking the bath. Also the luggage storage at hotel is a series of lockers. If the lockers are full, you may not be able to keep your luggage there.

Great boutique hotel with good location

The hotel is right at city center. It's clean and the breakfast is very good. A little bit down side is that there is no cafe machine in the room.

Location is about 10 minutes from the railway station and is in the middle of the shopping street.

Breakfast offerred varied selection. The desk staff was extremely helpful. Our room needs were a bit different from other guests because we needed to modify the heavy bed covers and the housekeeping staff was helpful with our use of sheets & towels.

We loved our stay at hotel U14. The staff were all hospitable and helpful. The room was super clean and the beds were comfortable. It's located a short walk from market square, the tram, and many shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

I arrived early, so I just left my luggage at the hotel before my friend treated me to breakfast there. Then we went sightseeing. Amenities and rooms were quite good. But it is so confusing if you’re checking in after their office time which is later than 8pm. You can’t even enter the building and nobody’s there. If it’s late night or if youre traveling alone, it’s not gonna be right choice. Beside that everything is comfy

The amenities in this studio were fabulous, great kitchen area and bathroom including a washing machine and laundry pods. But I cannot even open my suitcase without blocking the door. It was cold. The heater works, but seems not to be enough. The bed, at least for me, is not comfortable. It's a really cozy and nice place to stay. It's in the heart of the town, only few minutes away by foot from metro. It's really warm unlike the weather outside, and has the best customer service. 100% value for money!!

Nice hotel near Helsinki Train Station, a lot of shopping nearby and most important is they got friendly and helpful reception. The con is you have to carry own luggage to second floor, they have no lift, although the kind young lady in reception offer to help me lift the luggage to second floor. Better no big and heavy luggage if you choose this hotel.

Room is relatively big and comfortable. Pillows too soft for me though. Note there is no lift and you need to carry ur luggages to 2nd floor. Dental kits can be obtained from reception. Breakfast ends at 930am - a tad early for us. Facing the busy street so you can hear all the cars and trams passing by.

I think it was a fantastic hotel for the price. However, the doors were thin, so you could hear everything from the hallway, and the initial check-in process was very confusing; having to press the intercom was a drawback.
