I stayed here for a week with Solos Holidays. The hotel is excellent - decor possibly a little tired but this was overshadowed by the leisure facilities- pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The bedrooms (superior) face the slopes and have a balcony. The rooms are generously sized and the beds very comfortable - and very clean - as is the whole hotel. It is at the end of the village so is lovely and quiet. Even though it's position is there the hotel taxi service (foc) is superb delivering and collecting you from the slopes - on your time schedule. The restaurant was excellent - food with plenty of choice both at breakfast and dinner. The staff were extremely efficient and friendly. A most relaxing atmosphere after a day on the slopes. I thoroughly recommend and look forward to revisiting. Good value for money.

I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was a very last minute booking for me and my family, and it couldn’t have turned out better. The location is excellent for the town, and the shuttle bus service to the slopes was very convenient. The only downside on arrival was that the drive from the road to the hotel could have been better cleared, which made access a little tricky. All of the staff were absolutely lovely and friendly throughout our stay, which really made a difference. We stayed in a duplex room for two adults and our 16 and 17 year old children. The sofa bed was quite small and there was no way the two of them could have shared it comfortably, but after a quick trip to reception, an extra bed was delivered and made up later that evening — we couldn’t have asked for better service. The view from our room was amazing. We were half board and had no complaints about the food or the variety offered. The breakfast bag they prepared for our early flight was an added bonus and very much appreciated. The spa was a little disappointing, but it served its purpose. The lounge area was cosy and inviting, and the drinks were reasonably priced. Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely return.

Well im quite conflicted about this report. On the whole the hotel is pretty good but there are some issues i think should be addressed. Good bits. Hotel was really clean and the staff were great. On the whole the food was pretty good - although there were some issues. The lounge area also looked pretty good - although we didnt use it. Good boot room and ski storage. Really nice to have croissants/pain au chocolat and fruit in the lounge area after skiing. There is no kettle in the room but a hot water boiler thingy in the corridors - so getting a HOT drink from it was difficult. Areas where I think there is room for improvement. Food - breakfast buffet was good although one of the cereal items wasnt replaced all week - there was a lot of choice - both hot and cold and we never went hungry. But if you are going to offer hot water and teapots - PLEASE give us a lid for the pot - the "hot" water was often only every "medium" water which isnt nice for your morning cuppa. Evening buffet - on the whole pretty good but the large items - like the big dishes of lasagne were cold. But where do you ever see mussels and duck leg on a buffet menu?? Top marks for that! My bugbear is cold food so a microwave would have been good - the lasagne was really tasty but i dont do cold food (where its supposed to be hot!) The food items were replaced frequently so if you kept an eye out you could get hot chips! Always a choice of meat and fish and a good selection of cheeses and deserts. However it was really disconcerting that they started to lay out tables for breakfast even though people were half way through dinner - I understand why they would do this but it doesnt make for the best dining experience. Two further issues - one minor and one pretty major. Putting up a load of old posters in cheap Ikea frames, putting a random selection of toys in glass topped tables and putting records up on every conceivable surface doesnt make your hotel "trendy". It makes it tacky and cheap. As does the Christmas treee and decorations still up in February! But one of the biggest issues for me was that the slope up from the hotel to the main road - and where you would pick up the ski shuttle bus ( a great service btw) was never cleared to make it safe to use. Its only a short distance but was very steep and wouldnt have taken 5 minutes to keep it clear/safe and easy to use. Trying to get down there after a days skiing in boots was pretty dicey. And they could do FAR FAR better on the breakfast bag - as we were leaving before the breakfast buffet opened they did us a pack up - i dont know why they bothered - it was a basic brown bread sandwich, a bag of crisps and an apple. I mean - who eats CRISPS for breakfast!!!!!!! They offer soo much choice for breakfast I dont know why they would offer something soo poor! Overall its a pretty decent hotel, decent breakfast and evening buffet, clean rooms but some areas for improvement. In terms of the resort - absolute

Just had a fantastic week at Hotel Ibiza. The hotel was fantastic, the staff were very friendly and helpful and we had a great week. The twin room was very clean and comfortable and well priced. Fantastic view of the slopes. It is about a 5 minute walk to the slopes but the hotel run a fantastic shuttle service to and from the hotel to two drop off points so you don't have to walk if you don't want to. The hotel has a relaxed vibe and a great base for a week skiing. The pool/sauna area is a real bonus to relax after a day on the slopes. Well laced to walk into town on a night or relax in the lovely bar area. Great for couples or families. We had half board and the food was fantastic. Breakfast and evening meal were Buffet service and a great choice with great service by the team. I would go back tomorrow, its a lovely hotel to stay at in Les 2 Alps. Thanks for a great week.

Lovely Hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. North facing rooms are very small with no control over room temperature and very poor water pressure in the shower. Food was good but only luke warm which spoilt the pleasure of the meals as did Thursday night's disco which was so loud the lounge was unusable. It also appears that by using the wifi and having to log on, your email address is sold to dodgy companies that send you numerous spam emails once you return home.

This was our second trip to Hotel Ibiza, booked with Ski France, and once again we had a fantastic stay. We really love this hotel – the staff are wonderful: friendly, welcoming and genuinely happy to help with anything you need. We made good use of the free shuttle bus each morning, which runs to the Jandri and Diable lifts. This was extremely useful, as the hotel is a fair walk from the lifts, especially in ski boots. The hotel itself is nicely decorated and very well maintained. We stayed in a duplex room, which we particularly love – the views are absolutely magnificent. The rooms were always warm, comfortable and cleaned daily. The food was very good. While it could feel slightly repetitive at times, there was always something different on the menu, and everything was well cooked and plentiful. We stayed over New Year and were impressed by how well the hotel coped – there was always plenty to eat, and the bar and dining areas never felt overcrowded. Overall, we would highly recommend Hotel Ibiza, its fantastic staff, and the resort. We wouldn’t hesitate to return again.

Stayed 10 days at this amazing location and would recommend to anyone and everyone. Situated on one side of the valley overlooking Les Deux Alps, and only a 5 min stroll from the main road and 10 mins walk to the lifts, this hotel is warm, friendly, homely, but luxurious too all at the same time. The food at all meals is spectacular in its variety and quality. The facilities - gym, pool with mountain view, jacuzzi, sauna, pool, massage options - offer guests everything they could wish for after a day skiing. The hotel offers a non stop shuttle service to the main lifts, and I always looked forward to my brief chats with the ever friendly driver, Dimitrious. We paid a bit extra for a room with a balcony with a view across the valley to the larger ski area. All the staff arw so friendly and very professional. Can't go wrong with a stay here.

Hotel Ibiza is a great and cosy hotel with a nice big pool and spa + lovely people working there to make your stay as comfortable and fun as possible. We've been as a family 3 times now and love it each time as its in the heart of the old town and 10mins from the slopes...but they have 2 vans taxing you there and back. I also love the quirkiness of Action men and Barbie figurines and vynyl records laid through out the hotel. Thoroughly recommend as decently priced.

We stayed for 5 nights in December for a ski holiday. We were really happy with our room, it was split across two levels with the bed and a second bathroom upstairs which gave us plenty of space and a really homey feel. The balcony faced the ski slopes and the views of the mountain were excellent. The hotel is only around a 5 minute walk from the Main Street with plenty of restaurants and bars. There is a shuttle run by the hotel which takes you to the two main ski lifts, we took this every morning and then chose to walk back as it wasn’t too far, but you can also call them to pick you up to return to the hotel. We used the pool area once with jacuzzi and steam room which was good, much appreciated after a full days skiing. I’d highly recommend this hotel, our room was excellent and staff were friendly and very helpful!

The hotel itself is situated in a great place within the resort, lots of nearby shops, bars and restaurants. It’s a little dated and could do with updating. The room we had was quite small and had not much room to put things but for the amount of time spent in it, it was fine. The staff were brilliant and the food they do was fantastic, lots of variation every day. The free shuttle service to the lifts are great and they are always willing to help you out.
