Do not stay here.
Horrible reception. Dirty apartment. Gave us a duvet with stains. Asked for another, gave us another with stains. Extra money for bed sheets. Extra money for towels. They are evening taking 20cents for a dishwasher tablet….
I’ll leave below the list of chores you will have to do on your trip away

Not very close to slopes, but enougth to enjoy and stay confortable. With parking included is a good option, apparments are white new.

Do not recommend booking a place here. We stayed for 7 days here. When we come, the room was dirty and there was some dust on the furniture. As the leaving procedure told us, we have to clean all the room, vacuum the place, etc. We did all of that and we still got a penalty of 120euros per total. I am disappointed because of this. Also, the bedrooms were really dark and some furniture was broken.

Great location and good value for money. However we were shocked to find the bed without sheets. We need to spend lot of time searching for bed sheets and towels to buy. Reception told us that we didn’t select the option at booking which was false. On our booking said very clearly that the apartment had bed sheets and towels. We needed to collect the key from a distance of 15 minutes away and my husband didn’t have the booking with him so we must have received a different apartment than we initially booked. Otherwise an enjoyable stay.

I would not recommend this agency Vacanceole to anyone. We stayed at La Residence Au Coeur des Ours last week, it was booked through Rise Festival not ourselves, and when we arrived we had to pay a €1200 deposit for the apartment. I have never heard of such an expensive deposit, but we complied. It was explained that we were expected to clean the property before we left, again this is understandable, but when we entered the property there was existing damages such a a broken shower door and extractor fan, and there were hairs still in the bathroom! Nevertheless, we cleaned to our best ability at the end of our stay and spent money on cleaning products to do so. Despite this, vacaneole have kept €200 of our €1200 deposit claiming the apartment wasn’t clean, and they stated that ‘ we helped ourselves to one of the deposits you gave us’.

Therefore, if you value your money I would avoid this Accomodation and agency as they use unsubstantiated claims to keep deposits!

Great position, very close to teleski.
Apartment for 6 ppl a bit too small for 6 ppl.
Sofabed very noisy.

Six person room, one double, one bunk bed, one double sofa bed, nice large dining area, well equipped kitchen. Toilet seat and boiled broke BUT were fixed within four hours of management being made aware. Ski lift is 5 mins walk and lots of good restaurants in walking distance.
