The beds were comfortable, there was hot water. The staff were polite.
Otherwise: electrics hanging off walls, doors and fixtures poorly painted, everything hanging off and poorly done. Electric cables hanging off walls in room and stairwells, fuseboard in corridor exposed without cover, architraves missing.
Awful vinyl work in the shower. The toilet was too small so you can't close the door while using it, not so nice for your partner to watch you having a number 2.
Sliding door on shower didn't close completely and was not secure at the base.
Huge stain on the carpet in our room.
Cleaning trolley left at the bottom of the stairwell all night so we had to climb over it when coming in and out. The rooms are a perfect example of why a hotel should use professional contractors to refurbish the rooms. Poor/substandard quality of work.
It's a shame to see as all of these issues could be easily fixed by someone who cared about the place at very little cost, so it seems the place needs some love, care and attention. I would say 3 star hotel is a stretch to say the least, especially due to the safety issues.

Anyone complaining about a room is crazy! What do you expect for 50 bucks!!! It's cheaper than a backpackers! Yes it run down but absolutely great for what u pay for, a comfy bed, hot water, a TV and an amazing view .. also 10/10 location! if u don't like it find somewhere better for that price.. unlikely.

Good service; the rooms are basic but functional. Family and accessible rooms are also available. The staff is helpful. Many rooms offer nice views, and some also come with a balcony providing equally beautiful views. Access to the dining room, however, requires taking two lifts.

Excellent hotel with a clean and comfortable room. The restaurant was very good, and the breakfast was fantastic, especially thanks to a truly delightful waiter. I highly recommend this hotel; all the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The hotel is also very well located, just a 5-minute walk from the grotto.

Best hotel experience I've had! The hotel is close to the sanctuary and to the town, and it has a nice view of the river as well. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quite nice for the price. The staff, particularly Mourad, is incredibly friendly, well-mannered, detailed and helpful!
When I came to Lourdes, the last thing I expected was for one of the main highlights of the trip to be the hotel concierge, but this is indeed what happened! Mourad was very helpful with ensuring guests from all countries and languages knew the daily schedules in Lourdes, heats the rooms before guests arrive in the winters, and is excellent at accommodating any special requests. He goes above and beyond to make sure things are running smoothly and that the guests are content so that they can have a restful, prayerful experience in Lourdes.

Very nice hotel for a reasonable price with a very nice couple running it. The wife even made me a free cup of tea while I waited for my room to be ready (I arrived super early) and the husband was very helpful with figuring out how to take the bus to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. All around good stay.

Front desk staff were all very friendly ready to help which was nice. Room was clean and comfortable. About 30 minute walk from the train station and 20 minute walk to the La Grotto opposite direction, so half way between the places. Nice location by the river and lots of shops snd restaurants.

A pleasant stay in a large, well-located hotel for our visit to the sanctuary. An additional elevator, or one with greater speed or capacity, would be a welcome improvement. The breakfast was very generous, served by very pleasant staff.

Quite a nice and comfortable hotel in Lourdes. Just a short walk from the shrine, which makes it convenient for attending the services during the day and night procession too. The rooms were comfortable and food was good.
