Ideal location for the Sanctuary, surrounded with shops and restaurants. Staff are friendly. Our room was clean and perfect for staying in Lourdes for 4 days as part of a pilgrimage group. Some fruits and vegetables would be nice at breakfast, but overall a very pleasant experience.

It's admittedly a bit old-fashioned, but that's what a historic city center is like. The beds are average, but the bathrooms are great, although they are a bit stingy with the soap. I really liked the heating and the carpets.

For the purpose of visiting the sanctuary , this is perfect . 5 mts walk. There are many restaurants, shops around .
However this is a basic but clean hotel. Bathrooms we very clean. Dont expect any amenities .

Despite some reservations based on online reviews, I stayed for six nights with breakfast and dinner included. I couldn't believe it; it was cheaper than a Western European hotel without meals, and it included two meals a day. The carpet in the room was worn out, perhaps because they spent too much money on renovating the stairs, but the bed, shower, toilet, daily cleaning, and Wi-Fi were all fine. The breakfast, with its unchanging menu, was edible. Dinner was a three-course meal with a different menu each day. The cheerful Freddie at the front desk was busy working in the restaurant as well. It's doing remarkably well in an area where many hotels are closing due to fierce competition.

Awesome! We booked for a group of 32 people and had a great experience. The hotel is just steps away from the Sanctuary. The staff are incredibly friendly and work at the hotel with all their heart and soul. The hotel was very flexible in dealing with our group and our needs. No request was too crazy and options were always considered with us. The rooms were clean and provided with fresh towels and bedding every day. Breakfast was also good. I would like to thank the hotel very much for all the efforts they made to give us an enjoyable week.

It’s a shame because the location is decent, but the attitude of the employees completely ruined the experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and certainly won’t be returning.
