Location was excellent and very convenient.
Rooms are “spartan”… clean but small and very basic. No extra room in the accommodation. Staff was very polite, helpful, and professional.

At our arrival there was a terrible smell of sewage in the hall. The smell was going upstairs in the corridors. Inside the bedroom the colour scheme was dreadful, all brown and the curtain was half hanging down.
We were told that the problem with the smell occurs when it rains, and it rains a lot in this part of the Pyrenees.
Being very sensitive about smell and believing that this was a health issue here, we asked to be relocated in another hotel belonging to the group which they did although very reluctantly.

The staff are very nice and warm. But mattresses need to be replaced. As soon as we enter the lobby, something smells

Clean room, cleaner entered room didn’t even bother to check if I was in the bathroom. Didn’t come to do my room even after the sign I put to do the room

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. He made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived and he helped us book our taxi to the airport as well as guiding us to the restaurant we were interested in!

The staff was amazing. The lady at the front desk that unfortunately I don’t remember her name was super nice and extremely helpful. Their breakfast is terrible and the facilities need an upgrade. Room was ok but the noise from adjoining rooms was incredibly annoying especially at night. It’s in the center and close to everything. If I visit again I’d stay in the hotel next door.

Building and premises not according with photos. Beds very uncomfortable pillow very old hair dryer did not work as 2 minutes in use and stoped working

Convenient for everywhere with friendly staff.
The only problem some of the group found was the door card didnt always work, but was sorted immediately at reception

Some receptionist cannot speak English is so frustrating . How come in such tourist place some staff cannot communicate at all ti the customer .the janitors/ janitress out of 5 points I give 2 . Ask them why. The breakfast very poor. .

Exceptional location about 150m from the sanctuary, surrounded by many bars and restaurants. In front of the hotel you can borrow wheelchairs, in case there are disabled people. Good international breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. I recommend it and will definitely return.
