Back from a day of hiking in the Pyrenees. A cozy family hotel, well located, and with extraordinary service: a child had a minor problem, and instead of telling us how to solve it, the reception staff fixed it themselves, which is very much appreciated in a foreign country.
Easy parking after a certain time: reception notified us in our room when they saw a space was free.
This was our third time in Lourdes, and we'd always stayed in hotels near the river for convenience: this hotel is literally a short walk from the sanctuary but with less hustle and bustle. A real find if you don't have mobility issues (it doesn't have an elevator).
Simple, functional rooms, a convenient location, easy parking, and friendly staff always willing to lend a hand: just what you need when traveling with your family. We'll be back.

The room and shower are clean but very small. Carpet on the stairs should have been replaced some time ago.

I will never return, for the price I paid there are better ones with an elevator and more services, I hope that when they offer it they say that there is not even an elevator and it leaves a lot to be desired.
