The rooms were fine, but WiFi was way too slow. Also the buffet for breakfast was very small, it can barely be called a buffet.

This hotel is very special in how it serves its guests. The cleanliness, food quality, staff and management are all superb. It is perfectly located just a short walk from the world renowned Lourdes grotto. The quality of the food was amazing and the kindness shown to some of their more senior guests was heartwarming to witness.

My reservation went well, but I forgot to check the name that was entered. So I called Trip.com directly to tell them that an identity error had occurred when selecting the passenger names. I called the establishment to let them know that an error had been made. The hostess was kind during our phone conversation. Just stayed here from the 20th of June until the 24th with my elderly mother first class treatment from the moment we arrived honestly couldn’t have done enough for us. The meals were excellent we never needed to leave for our food very accommodating if something wasn’t on the menu. I stayed in the Agena Hotel in Lourdes from May23rd last for 4 nights. I would highly recommend this hotel. The warm welcome from Fionuala was just like home from home. Went to Lourdes for year end pilgrimage. Choose the hotel as it’s the most convenient location, only 5 mins walk to the The Santuary. Room was good. Bfast a little disappointing. Dinner was ok. Stayed there two years ago. Will continue to do so the next time.

The location was perfect, near the church. It was quite central. We were even offered wheelchair access for older people. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff always walked right in without knocking. Otherwise, the staff was friendly. There was also parking with VIP access.

No complaints about the hotel. For the price, it's exactly what you need. It's not luxurious, but it's perfectly adequate for a pilgrim like myself coming to Lourdes. The breakfast served in the morning is plentiful and very good. The only downside (which depends on the location of your room) was the trucks arriving at 5:30 in the morning.

The hotel's location is extremely convenient for visiting the sanctuary. Although the room was small, it was very clean. The service was good, and the front desk staff provided a detailed introduction to Lourdes and the hotel's services.

We are happy stay at Le Rive Droite hotel. This is the best hotel for 3 ***. The bed room, toilet, the amenities are verry good. The location is best, clossed to the Sanctuary, walk just 5-10 minutes. Many souvenirs shop, restaurants near the hotel. Breakfast also good. Just note : the carpet already old, but clean. Maybe when we come back again the carpet will be changed. 😍😀

We were able to stay here last-minute with the scouts and it was definitely a great experience. The staff was super friendly and welcoming and the rooms were nice and spacious. Great budget hotel, I took my very old aunties for the a day in Lourdes, rooms are good and clean, staff are helpful. Recommended. When going with your own car you will find problems trying to get to the hotel, the roads in Lourdes are not very organised.

The hotel is in a lovely location, a stone throw away from the sanctuary. The staff is very helpful and pleasant, accommodating all requests. However, cleanliness is a big issue in the hotel, both in the rooms and in the restaurant.

Staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. The property itself needs a little bit updating but then for a short stay it is not that bad. If there are issues they tried to fix things as soon as possible but if it does not work at all they will find ways to meet the customers satisfaction which is really great! Great location across from the train station. Multiple fun routes to the grotto about 15 minute walk but for us we liked the walk. The hotel restaurant is outstanding. This is my third time staying, and it is still amazing, staff are very helpful, rooms are great, the hotel is very family orientated and has a kids section that my kids really enjoyed when they got up and just before bed. Booked a triple room, was clean and beds were super comfy. Location is amazing literally three minutes away from the sanctuary!! We loved our stay! It wasn't luxury but thoroughly enjoyable. Plenty of coffee and tea options with a kettle and a machine also. Ladies at reception were very helpful and help to order a taxi as we had to catch a train in the morning.

Planned a trip to lourdes from Mumbai & it was such a pleasant stay in this hotel. Had booked it as it was nearest to the Sanctuary but the hospitality, food (Breakfast) & service was top notch. Hope I do visit lourdes once again in my lifetime & definitely would stay here again if that day comes.

The place is very very nice, it’s clean and it’s comfortable to sleep in. It feels like your own home and the staff feels like your family. They are very kind and you feel safe when you ask them something. The breakfast is fantastic and very yummy, it’s so yummy that you have to repeat and take more.

A fairly new build so everywhere was clean and functional. The room was spacious with comfortable beds, and the bathroom had all the requirements. A short walk took you into the centre of town and all food and drink requirements were available. The breakfast room was large, bright and the staff were friendly and helpful.

They are currently going through a mini refurb after rebranding from ibis to B&B so some bits are maybe not as polished as could be, but it's got to happen sometime! Location is a little bit out of town (maybe 10-15 mins walk to the sanctuary and grotto) but very near the railway station if you arrive that way. I needed a place for one night and this very reasonably priced hotel did the trick. It was great value. The AC was an oscillating fan but it did the trick. The accommodations were great. Located about 1/4 mile to the Grotto but very easy to walk. All the rooms are ADA compliance. Bathroom is equipped with walk in shower with support bars. Our room even had a balcony over looking one of the main streets below. Overall we were very pleased with the facility
