We were able to stay here last-minute with the scouts and it was definitely a great experience. The staff was super friendly and welcoming and the rooms were nice and spacious. Hotel entrance and Customer service was really good. Disappointed with the room though. It was very small, outdated and bathroom was the worst - it could do with a refurb. I had an amazing experience at Hotel Miramont - Lourdes. i accompanied 40 pax who was on pilgremage almost all of us are Sri Lankans who are residing in Italy. The rooms were fine, but WiFi was way too slow. Also the buffet for breakfast was very small, it can barely be called a buffet.

The hotel itself is clean and it's comfortable, it's also very well located, not much more than that. BUT the service staff (front desk and of course, the restaurant and kitchen staff) are incredibly nice and helpful and always with a big smile!! The location was perfect, near the church. It was quite central. We were even offered wheelchair access for older people. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff always walked right in without knocking. Otherwise, the staff was friendly. There was also parking with VIP access.

The place is very very nice, it’s clean and it’s comfortable to sleep in. It feels like your own home and the staff feels like your family. They are very kind and you feel safe when you ask them something. The breakfast is fantastic and very yummy, it’s so yummy that you have to repeat and take more.

A fairly new build so everywhere was clean and functional. The room was spacious with comfortable beds, and the bathroom had all the requirements. A short walk took you into the centre of town and all food and drink requirements were available. The breakfast room was large, bright and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Internet is not reliable. The hotel has internet but is always down -- do NOT rely on it. Parking is safe, its in a private secured garage about 20 meters from the hotel and would cost you 18 euro per day. But its worth it. The staff are good and hospitable. Other than with the problem with the internet, the hotel would have been very good.

We are happy stay at Le Rive Droite hotel. This is the best hotel for 3 ***. The bed room, toilet, the amenities are verry good. The location is best, clossed to the Sanctuary, walk just 5-10 minutes. Many souvenirs shop, restaurants near the hotel. Breakfast also good. Just note : the carpet already old, but clean. 1st class service from Christine and her team at St George’s. We have stayed here many times over the last 20 years for family Lourdes trips, and this weekend stay, our first since 2019 was superb. Friendly and helpful at all times to our group of 10 plus a 2 yr old child. Rooms and food were great as was the staff, including Philippe the regular and reliable night porter.

Lovely welcome. Night porter was excellent. Rooms were clean. Two minor issues, separate toilet was difficult as the door didn't open fully so had to go in sideways, and no air con in rooms. But on the whole a lovely hotel, situated nicely on the river. Would definitely stay again.

Location would not be ideal for anyone pushing a wheelchair. Rooms were quite basic, air con was not working though there was a fan in the room. Room was not cleaned throughout our 3 night stay and we did have to ask for clean towels. It was a nice quiet location and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is nicely furnished, the food caters to most tastes. The rooms are not extremely grand but they have everything one needs, including an ensuite shower and bathroom. There is WiFi, but space to unpack clothes is limited. It is well located in the middle (ish) of Lourdes. I recommend it

Very nice hotel for a reasonable price with a very nice couple running it. The wife even made me a free cup of tea while I waited for my room to be ready (I arrived super early) and the husband was very helpful with figuring out how to take the bus to the airport. It's admittedly a bit old-fashioned, but that's what a historic city center is like. The beds are average, but the bathrooms are great, although they are a bit stingy with the soap. I really liked the heating and the carpets.

Despite some reservations based on online reviews, I stayed for six nights with breakfast and dinner included. I couldn't believe it; it was cheaper than a Western European hotel without meals, and it included two meals a day. The carpet in the room was worn out, perhaps because they spent too much money on renovating the stairs, but the bed, shower, toilet, daily cleaning, and Wi-Fi were all fine...
