Location would not be ideal for anyone pushing a wheelchair. Rooms were quite basic, air con was not working though there was a fan in the room. Room was not cleaned throughout our 3 night stay and we did have to ask for clean towels. It was a nice quiet location and the staff were very friendly. The dining area was nice and a lovely pool area.

Stay was good if you just need a place to sleep. For amenities, basic items expected was missing like cups to have water. I stay for 4 days but there is only 1 change for towels. No room service and have to live with 2 small paper cups & 2 small bar of soap throughout. Service staff are friendly but not their service.

I had an amazing experience at Hotel Miramont - Lourdes. i accompanied 40 pax who was on pilgremage almost all of us are Sri Lankans who are residing in Italy. The rooms were fine, but WiFi was way too slow. Also the buffet for breakfast was very small, it can barely be called a buffet.

The location was perfect, near the church. It was quite central. We were even offered wheelchair access for older people. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff always walked right in without knocking. Otherwise, the staff was friendly. There was also parking with VIP access.

This is my third time staying, and it is still amazing, staff are very helpful, rooms are great, the hotel is very family orientated and has a kids section that my kids really enjoyed when they got up and just before bed. Booked a triple room, was clean and beds were super comfy. Location is amazing literally three minutes away from the sanctuary!! We loved our stay! It wasn't luxury but thoroughly enjoyable. Plenty of coffee and tea options with a kettle and a machine also. Ladies at reception were very helpful and help to order a taxi as we had to catch a train in the morning.

Planned a trip to lourdes from Mumbai & it was such a pleasant stay in this hotel. Had booked it as it was nearest to the Sanctuary but the hospitality, food (Breakfast) & service was top notch. Hope I do visit lourdes once again in my lifetime & definitely would stay here again if that day comes.

A beautifully appointed old world hotel with luxury styling just steps away from the sacred places of Lourdes, France. The hotel staff was very inviting and warm, especially Simone at the Front Desk who was very helpful in arranging a cab for us. When arriving at Grand Hotel Moderne, be sure to ask for Simone. He is most gracious and helpful.

It is a beautiful hotel from another era. Art Nouvea style. The dining room elegant and old world. It has comfy beds, great toiletries, french furniture. One of the best family rooms we have ever stayed in. The room was so spacious on two floors with two bathrooms. On the day that we checked in to the hotel, the staff member who was checking us in had a bright smile and warmly welcomed us. She was very detailed in explaining everything to us since this was our first time with them. Housekeeping was very thoughtful and professional.

Fresh breakfast. Helpful personel. Service at breakfast was great too. Clean. I had room at the end of a hallway, it had poor sound isolation. I could hear my neighbours talking and walking around. Seems like a common thing here so come prepared with earplugs. For the low price, that’s ok for me.

The hotel's location is extremely convenient for visiting the sanctuary. Although the room was small, it was very clean. The service was good, and the front desk staff provided a detailed introduction to Lourdes and the hotel's services.

We are happy stay at Le Rive Droite hotel. This is the best hotel for 3 ***. The bed room, toilet, the amenities are verry good. The location is best, clossed to the Sanctuary, walk just 5-10 minutes. Many souvenirs shop, restaurants near the hotel. Breakfast also good. Just note : the carpet already old, but clean. Maybe when we come back again the carpet will be changed. 😍😀

Ideally located hotel, very low price (€60) per night, simple breakfast for €10. Very quiet, renovated room, clean and fairly spacious. However, the bathroom needs a complete renovation: black, moldy grout, everything is old and worn. Good welcome as well. No parking.

Do not expect luxury. The hotel is a little outdated and basic, however I can’t say enough good things of the owner/administrator. He is extremely kind and helpful The hotel is walking distance to the Cathedral and very safe to walk around at any time.

The location is very good to access the sanctuary. The staff is friendly and helpful. The included parking is a bit far away (250m uphill), but street parking is easy to find nearby and free overnight. The facilities are a bit old, but clean. Included breakfast was also very good. Staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. The property itself needs a little bit updating but then for a short stay it is not that bad. If there are issues they tried to fix things as soon as possible but if it does not work at all they will find ways to meet the customers satisfaction which is really great! Good service; the rooms are basic but functional. Family and accessible rooms are also available. The staff is helpful. Many rooms offer nice views, and some also come with a balcony providing equally beautiful views. Access to the dining room, however, requires taking two lifts.

Anyone complaining about a room is crazy! What do you expect for 50 bucks!!! It's cheaper than a backpackers! Very nice hotel for a reasonable price with a very nice couple running it. The wife even made me a free cup of tea while I waited for my room to be ready (I arrived super early) and the husband was very helpful with figuring out how to take the bus to the airport.
