Hotel Galilée Windsor in Lourdes

The food are canned goods not fresh.

Dilapidated hotel. Small rooms with poor furnishings. Lack of space to store personal effects (I had to keep my linen in my suitcase) Decent cleaning in the rooms, poor in the common areas. Restaurant very similar to a company canteen. I have always eaten but I have a good mouth. The only positive note was the kindness and friendliness of almost all the staff

I do not recommend. From the Director, very poorly educated, to the staff with no training whatsoever and also poorly educated and liars (head of room); Rooms without any hygiene conditions, without curtains, toilets poorly washed, dirty. The toilet is unhygienic. The water does not drain correctly. The restaurant is another canteen without hygienic conditions; Poorly prepared, poor quality food. A bad experience. I went to the Galilee every year during the National Pilgrimage around August 15 with a lot of friends and family. Habit of going to the same place every year, probably an easy solution... Except that last year I had a disagreement with the director, and so this year I went elsewhere. With this experience of another hotel in Lourdes, I therefore make this return on the Galilée: You can easily find hotels better located, less expensive, more pleasant, with rooms in better condition, and with a buffet restaurant (very useful when you are on duty during the pilgrimage and you have non-'standard' hours), and what's more is a better quality buffet. So I wouldn't come back to the Galilee, and neither would my friends. I can only agree with the majority of the reviews published below: lack of room maintenance, borderline quality of food, manager disdainful of his customers, noise in the restaurant room, groups of tourists disrespectful of other customers , noise coming from the bars on the other side of the Gave, and noise from the air conditioners for the rooms towards the back... I would add another detail - the hotel displays at its entrance a superb rating from two reservation sites l one higher than 8, and the other higher than 9/10 - I wonder where these scores were found...

It's a three star on paper. Hotel with an excellent location overlooking the river but only partially renovated. Rooms that cannot be defined as such. Chipped radiators and furnishings, doors full of cracks, water stains coming out of the pipes in the bathroom. Abandoned armchairs and sofas in the hall. Very mediocre meals with no tablecloths on the tables. After protests they changed my room

I went to this hotel and a day later i left my tanblet on the table an then went to the grotto and when I came back they cleaned my room and my tablet was missing i tracked my tablet and there was activity on my tablet whan i was at the grotto they literally stole my tablet i went to reception they lied and said they dint know where my tablet was please i do not raccomend this hotel do not go.
