Location was excellent and very convenient. Rooms are “spartan”… clean but small and very basic. No extra room in the accommodation. Staff was very polite, helpful, and professional.

Clean room, cleaner entered room didn’t even bother to check if I was in the bathroom. Didn’t come to do my room even after the sign I put to do the room

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. He made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived and he helped us book our taxi to the airport as well as guiding us to the restaurant we were interested in!

The staff was amazing. The lady at the front desk that unfortunately I don’t remember her name was super nice and extremely helpful. Their breakfast is terrible and the facilities need an upgrade. Room was ok but the noise from adjoining rooms was incredibly annoying especially at night. It’s in the center and close to everything. If I visit again I’d stay in the hotel next door.

Convenient for everywhere with friendly staff. The only problem some of the group found was the door card didnt always work, but was sorted immediately at reception

A very good hotel, retaining its original charm, with modern renovations! I love the old elevator, which now announces the floors! Hehehe! At this price, a room in Lourdes is practically a miracle... granted! Hehehe! A very good night's sleep and stay, as it's close to the market and the entrance to the grotto! A great breakfast is also available! I highly recommend it!

Fresh breakfast. Helpful personel. Service at breakfast was great too. Clean. I had room at the end of a hallway, it had poor sound isolation. I could hear my neighbours talking and walking around. Seems like a common thing here so come prepared with earplugs. For the low price, that’s ok for me.

It's not far from the sanctuary. It's a quieter area, but if you don't want to walk, it's not the best option. The room is small but fine. Clean.

It was great! For the price, it was perfect. The receptionist is so lovely and helpful, and for a one-night stay it was ideal. It is also super close to the train/bus station so very easy to get to the airport or wherever you need to go.

We stayed here with a group of young people, while on pilgrimage to Lourdes. Our room although a bit dated was spotless. The staff were really amazing and helpful. David and Chloe were fantastic hosts. The food was really nice and they did everything they could to make meals great for our group. Stayed as part of a youth pilgrimage team. PROS - beds were comfortable, great location and short walk to the grotto. Food was decent. Reception area is nice and staff are helpful and friendly. CONS - only some of the rooms have been renovated, most are quite outdated. No fridge or safe and little room for storage for two people. Only two power outlets, one in room and one in bathroom. I joined a group of 5 friends who have been going to Lourdes for 26 years and we were guests of this structure for 5 days. The hotel is equipped with qualified and helpful staff, excellent service both in catering with buffet lunch, and pasta al dente and comfortable and clean rooms. We will definitely be back next year .

The Chantilly room was lovely, reasonably clean, with a comfortable bed, and a very convenient location that allows you to easily access everything nearby and return to the hotel at any time. The manager was very kind and welcoming, and offered great advice about the city!

The room and shower are clean but very small. Carpet on the stairs should have been replaced some time ago.

Staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. The property itself needs a little bit updating but then for a short stay it is not that bad. If there are issues they tried to fix things as soon as possible but if it does not work at all they will find ways to meet the customers satisfaction which is really great! I would highly recommend this Hotel Atrium because we were happy to stay here.

the room was okay even small however worth the price. the only thing I didn't like was that very noisy. you hear children or a child running above you. then next door you can hear flushing toilet, you can hear people playing the door knob.you cannot sleep, housekeeping was very good. breakfast was the same every morning. i like hot food. the chef was a nice lady. the location was very good and accessible...

The accommodations were great. Located about 1/4 mile to the Grotto but very easy to walk. All the rooms are ADA compliance. Bathroom is equipped with walk in shower with support bars. Our room even had a balcony over looking one of the main streets below. Overall we were very pleased with the facility

The hotel is near the Lourdes Sanctuary

Great value for money, very good room with balcony, a great welcome for my dog, clean room, attentive staff. Breakfast and meals very good. We will definitely come back.

Hotel for groups. Low level service. Tiny room, we were traveling with our labrador and we couldn't move around easily. Positive note: the proximity to the Sanctuary and the kindness of the receptionist. We dined inside with a frankly low-level fixed menu. Low quality/price ratio

Ideally located hotel, very low price (€60) per night, simple breakfast for €10. Very quiet, renovated room, clean and fairly spacious. However, the bathroom needs a complete renovation: black, moldy grout, everything is old and worn. Good welcome as well. No parking.

I liked the hotel was near the ghetto and the shops it’s basic no soap’s or complementary stuff in the bathroom no kettle it’s good because it’s convenient to the ghetto and shops they do not speak English at all so that’s a bit of a problem good for just sleeping in basically

This hotel was a small and friendly one but a little further from the Grotto than we were led to believe. The owners were very nice people and helpful but sadly the breakfast was disappointing. However we did enjoy our stay.

Had a filling dinner here with vegetable soup, some bread, salad, and a delicious lasagna -- the specialty of the house. I don't like lasagna but this was one of the best I've had. Capped it with a dessert of chocolate mousse. Everything cost EUR 20 including tip.

Arrived late evening. Reception @ nearby Hotel Helianth, waiting with key & some instructions. As expected tiny 2 single bed room with bathroom. Basic but comfortable with very kind staff. It's run and managed by the owner and his family and the hotel is situated a 3 minute walk away from the main Rosary Basilica compound.

The hotel needs to invest in restoring its former glory. We were probably a bit unlucky in choosing a room. I haven't experienced anything noisier in a long time. A big plus is the cleanliness of the beds and hot water in the shower. As a one-time sleepover on the way to an adventure, I rate it as quite OK.

The hotel is in good location.. very close to the church. That is the best part of the hotel. Otherwise very small rooms and washroom is small. Hot water comes very late. No ventilation. and breakfast was also okay. For single person its a good affordable hotel but for family its difficult.
