The accommodation is old, but serves its purpose. It's not large and could be cleaner, but for the price, it's fine!

I enjoyed my stay in Menton in this property! The front desk staff (Allegria & Pauline) and cleaning staff were pleasant & helpful. A block away from the beach, the location is excellent with restaurants, shopping and bus stops at your doorstep. You can walk to the Menton train station in less than 10 minutes. Upon arrival, the building is a bit tricky to find as the suites are part of a larger apartment building with full-time residents (mostly older). You should also note that reception has limited hours. My studio suite faced the courtyard and the patio had lots of sun. The interior of the building is a older, but my studio was clean with a kitchenette - well equipped for a one week stay. The bed is actually a pull out couch, so this set-up may not be well suited to couples or families. I would visit this area again and would rebook at a Pierre & Residences property.

Old-fashioned residence, maintenance leaves something to be desired. Accommodation for 4 people but too small for a couple and 2 teenagers. We jostle each other. No closet, just a wardrobe and a TV stand. We have suitcases for 1 week in our hands. Lots of vis-à-vis on the terrace. Air conditioning broken replaced by a spare unit that is not very functional and very noisy, so difficult to bear. More like a dormitory than a residence. Close to the beach and all amenities on foot Private parking at an additional cost Pleasant welcome Accommodation found clean on our arrival. Bare minimum equipment but ok.

English: We had a terrible experience with the property, not only problems reaching it with the navigator, but above all finding the residence. In addition, self check-in starts at 7:00 pm and there is no assistance number for those arriving after 7:00 pm (from the number left by the self check-in instructions in the email, the answering machine answered...). In addition to there being numerous digicodes to enter, keys left in the safe, a map that was not at all clear, it was a terrible experience. After many difficulties we decided to cancel the reservation, but we finally managed to enter, and the next day, not only did we have to pay the cancellation penalty from booking (the entire cost of the stay) but also the rate directly to the property, without meeting us for the double rate paid and for the terrible experience we had. The only positive note, the receptionist Allegria who despite the difficulties was very professional and available to help us the next day. In general, terrible judgment, find other accommodations!!

Nice and clean, great location, but surprised by the €70 fee for my 7# Yorkie. If you like to cook, bring a spatula with you as none was provided.

Non-working wi-fi
Check-in is only possible between 17:00 and 19:00, i.e. for only two hours in the late afternoon/evening. During the five days we stayed there, the wi-fi worked either extremely slowly, or not at all. Very strange that the accommodation does not understand that modern people depend on a functioning internet, for important information regarding flights, etc. These circumstances lower the rating, which is a shame, as the property is otherwise in an good location and the rooms are in good condition.

Very disappointed because my 10-month-old daughter had to sleep with the streetlights on at night and the daylight on during the day because the roller blind was broken. So, on the very first night, I tried to find a solution, like changing rooms, but apparently that was impossible because "you'll have to contact the Maeva group..." which I just don't understand. As a customer, the manager or director should resolve this issue as quickly as possible, but that wasn't the case. So we had a terrible week, and especially the baby, who didn't sleep at all. Regarding the cleanliness of the hallways and the elevator, I give it a 10/10.
