The worst hotel in Paris: The swimming pool water was extremely cold, making swimming impossible. The air conditioning in our room was faulty; it was very cold throughout our stay, causing us to catch colds. Staff later confirmed the problem was with the air conditioning. The sink drain was also faulty; the water wouldn't flow properly. In the morning, a staff member opened our door without knocking or asking, while we were sleeping naked. This happened twice, on the same morning. The hotel promised to clean our room, but no one came to clean it by check-out time. We reported these issues to the front desk, and while they apologized, they offered no solutions or compensation. We've stayed in many hotels in Paris, coming almost every month for work, but this was the worst experience we've ever had. We do not recommend this hotel to other guests.

My arrival at the hotel was perfect. I was greeted with genuine enthusiasm and hospitality. Check-in couldn’t been better and I was (as always) given an early check-in!
I was accompanied to my room by Victor from the excellent Butler service team and was blown away by the beautiful room with a balcony and a view on the Point Neuf. He opened a bottle of Ruinart and I honestly felt like a movie star!
The room was immaculate, providing a truly unique and relaxing experience.
I can carry on like this: the Dior Spa, the pool, the birthday cake, the gifts, the flowers, the fantastic turn-down service, the in-room dining, the breakfast…All excellent!!!
Spoil yourself and go and stay there. You will be treated like royalty!
I saw an interview with Mr Arnault just after the opening of this hotel in 2021and he said: ‘We simply want to be the best!’ To which I want to add….Bravo! you definitely succeeded!
I thank Mr Morandini and his team for this perfection!

Truly exceptional! Fabulous location. We were able to check in early and transfer to/fr airport was included with our stay. My sister absolutely felt like a princess here. Driver Alex was so kind and took us to multiple locations- fun to talk to and have great advice. This is my favorite hotel in Paris! Dior spa is a must- 90 min deep tissue massage was amazing. Le Tout Paris for breakfast & dinner was great! The concierge helped us obtain reservations- the best table in the house at Girafe! Merci Beaucoup to all the staff at CB!

Probably one the best hotel experiences in my life. It was a very memorable first hotel stay for my daughter (7 months old) and was an amizingly kid friendly to celevrate our 10yr anniversary. This maybe our 10yr celebration spot going forward 😃, so if things work out, see you in another 10yrs

The location is excellent, the service is great, the room details are superb, and the front desk is very responsive. Although the hotel fire alarm was accidentally triggered this morning, slightly disrupting my sleep, the follow-up feedback and apology were handled very promptly. I would definitely stay here again.

The room design was lovely. We had a French lunch and an Italian dinner, both of which were delicious. You could even take pictures of the Eiffel Tower from outside while we ate. Breakfast was also excellent. The swimming pool had a mural of the Seine River, which was visually stunning. The women's changing room had Dior skincare products, which I really loved. 💕

All I can say is wow. This was our first time staying in a Cheval Blanc property and it absolutely blew us away. We booked a junior suite balcony room and it felt like a bit of a splurge, but after checking out I can say that it was worth every penny. The level of beauty, service, hospitality, etc. etc. matches the price. Our terrace had a STUNNING view of the river and the Eiffel Tower as well as Notre Dame. Every request was met with a prompt and friendly response, we were surprised and delighted with all kinds of little gifts and treats in the room, the concierge quickly helped with any and all requests, and the doormen know your name and will walk 3 steps with an umbrella to your car so your head doesn’t catch a single raindrop. We tried two restaurants and they were both beautiful, chic, and incredibly delicious. I may have shed a few tears when we checked out. Truly the trip of a lifetime! Thank you Cheval Blanc Paris ❤️

Dined at Langosteria, the Italian restaurant, on Friday, 9/19. Was seated, and no one came to wait on us, leave a menu, offer water, cocktails, etc. Had to wave a waiter down to get waited on. We found the quality of food not matching the atmosphere or prices for such a property. Food was mediocre at best. Just not worth it.

I was very satisfied with the attentive service. They even take into account your preferences. I don't like chocolate desserts, so the first one they delivered was their famous chocolate dessert. I only tried a little bit and then left. Later, the dessert delivery cart just left my room and I saw their classic chocolate dessert for other rooms. When I got to my room, I saw the lemon dessert.
