My daughter and my son had arranged a surprise dinner here for my 70th birthday . A luxury hotel , great ambiance . Attention to detail and service was what you expect. We had a wonderful evening with Happy birthday playing on the piano. Our meals were lovely but unfortunately I must have had a dodgy oyster . (I love oysters by the way. ) and I was very sick that evening. I don’t believe it was anything else and I wouldn’t blame the hotel. It was just unfortunate I think . A chance you take I imagine with raw oysters. A birthday I will never forget as the 2 day trip was a complete surprise by my daughter and son.

They offer VIP airport pick-up service, and there was someone waiting with a sign to greet you as soon as you got off the plane, which made me feel very reassured. Although there were some issues at check-out, they were resolved after I reported them.

Very rude staff at the door entrance. Mind you my friend and I never came badly dressed, only ever in Loro Piana and Hermes and they denied us entry for the bar, the terrace, and the Proust. I was dreaming of coming for tea in the beautiful Proust but I was never able due to the rude door man. On the first day (Sunday) he told us to come back tomorrow because today was busy. Monday we went back and he said we should have booked yesterday but we were unable to due to being denied entry and therefore not being able to speak to anyone about availability. I recommend you do not come as this man was so friendly I was disgusted.

The location is very good, the hotel has a strong old-fashioned style, the butler service is very efficient and convenient, and the shopping district is just outside. It is still worth a try for the most prestigious hotel.

I really want to give this five stars as I was waiting for my boss to show up. I decided to wait in the Ritz and have lunch. The restaurant I went into was to the left-hand side after you entered the main entrance I had lobster ravioli with lemongrass bisque. The ravioli is made with Wong Tong pastry very nice. The selection of bread was excellent. I had a cheeseburger to follow which came out in two separate small slider type cheeseburgers I asked for them to be medium. They arrived raw and cold in the inside a very case of "Blue almost still alive ". I don't think anyone likes to bite into cold mincemeat slightly warm on the outside in a burger bun, I just don't think the French can make burgers very well. It was quite revolting to be honest it was basically cold meat patties I was lucky my boss decided for me to tell him to pick him up so I had to leave thank goodness I will say everything looked fantastic especially all the pastries that were on display but I'm just judging this on the burger either way, I will definitely be back to try out other dishes as I think I just picked the wrong one.

As soon as the room was checked in, half of it collapsed when I got out of bed. Ask the front desk to change the room and say it will be repaired. When the maintenance worker comes to repair, the bed cover is torn into a mess. It turns out that two beds are put together. I said it was 5:30 and I needed makeup to go to the prom. The front desk still refused to change the room. I rushed to the front desk and got mad, still saying that I can wait for maintenance and make-up in this room. Her mind is very funny: Don't I need to unpack all my luggage for makeup? I unpack two suitcases, dress up, put them all away, and change rooms? Do I have a lot of time or am I bored? Why should I use this bed that can break anytime? Will it go back to the room in the middle of the night and then collapse? I'll wait for you to repair it in the middle of the night? ! I am determined to change rooms. Finally changed to the opposite door later. Not only was it not upgraded, but it was also downgraded: the bathroom was at least three flats smaller than my original room. The five waiters at the front desk discussed it for a long time. This time I know what Leeds is... I can see the clues from the first booking that I need to stay for two nights, the food looks extremely ugly. . I hope that Ctrip users don't have to step on the pit anymore. In addition, compared with the Four Seasons Hotel, the mattresses in Leeds are really not as comfortable as the Four Seasons.

Simply the best there is, in Paris and beyond.

I feel like I'm home. I stayed for three nights this time, and I took photos with my lovely, kind, warm, and missed... old friends, as well as the bread you gave me. I will come back again! My home🪺 love you ritz🕍

The hotel is pompous, famous and beautiful. But the service can't keep up at all. I don't know if it is aimed at the Chinese or everyone. From the "ambassador" who checked in, to the waiter and manager at breakfast, they are all very arrogant. It feels like we are more like employees, supporting them as guests. When introducing the hotel Very scribbled. Turning over the pillow at night, I saw a large stain that I didn't know what it was. After responding to the front desk the next day, the management's solution was "give you a free breakfast next time you check in." There is no negligence in hygiene at all. Breakfast is included... As a palace-level hotel, it is too arrogant, and hygiene problems cannot be guaranteed, and they are unwilling to apologize directly if there is a problem. I really like Ritz Paris. You can just come to have afternoon tea or breakfast. You can refer to their TripAdvisor reviews in recent months. I feel that there are many negative reviews after the epidemic. The management is not good. I am living on my reputation. I do not recommend staying .
