Very good! The TV is too old.

It is a pleasant property with helpful and courteous staff, and the breakfast is excellent.
However, the stay was less comfortable than expected. The mattresses are of poor quality and caused a sinking feeling in the bed, making sleep uncomfortable. Street traffic can also be clearly heard and even felt in the rooms due to constant rumbling. In addition, although the television is advertised as a smart TV, it does not allow connection to a phone or laptop.
The spa treatment itself was rather average. On the positive side, the pool and steam room area is very nice and especially pleasant during winter. The fitness area, however, feels dull and poorly equipped, with basic, low quality treadmill.
Overall, the property has potential, but several aspects fall short of what one would expect at this level and noticeably affected comfort.

The stuff we’re amazing specially the Eric the concierge. The location was perfect. It was super clean, also the ground in the restroom having a heating system.

Excellent location. Away from the crowd yet near enough to the buzz. Very comfortable sizable room. Service was great.

I feel there is nothing wrong with it, the location is good, the service is good. Oh, if I must give a suggestion, it is that the breakfast is a little monotonous

very meh I've known better hotels, already the person in reservations is the least pleasant person I've met in the hotel industry, speaks with disdain, takes himself for I don't know who with catastrophic metaphors haha surely someone there for a long time who can no longer be fired. The room is good, quite pleasant and corresponds to the photos. As for the swimming pool and the spa area it's a disaster, there are far too many people it's very clearly not the size of the establishment in addition to being very dark which is not pleasant either. For the price I think it's not worth it there is much better in Paris, I will not go back.

The overall service level is really high. Every waiter is very nice. The Christmas atmosphere is also perfect. It is a very enjoyable Christmas vacation.
