Good location with nice breakfast!

Hotel Louvois is a wonderful boutique hotel in prime area of Paris. The area has lots of restaurants to choose from and easy walking access to the Lourve, Royal Palace, etc. breakfast is simple but adequate, fresh fruit, yogurt, croissant, hot food (hard boiled egg, scramble egg, sausage, bacon). The hotel has a 24 hour water fountain which is very environmental friendly vs providing plastic bottles of water.

Both the toilet and bathtub didn't drain well. Otherwise, the hotel is fine. Staffs have been helpful

Fantastic stay at Hôtel Square Louvois. The location is a real highlight: you’re perfectly placed to explore Paris in every direction. To the south/west you can easily walk to the Louvre and Palais-Royal, while north brings you toward the Opéra Garnier and even Galeries Lafayette / Printemps for shopping. Head east and you’re close to Rue Montorgueil and the Bourse area for great food and city vibes. The hotel also feels impressively complete for a boutique property — the pool, fitness room, and cozy lounge/library made it easy to relax after a full day out. Clean, calm, and genuinely convenient. Would happily stay again.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location, with numerous Chinese, Japanese, and Korean restaurants downstairs. It's a 10-minute walk to the Louvre and the Opera House. Even after photographing the Louvre Pyramid at 10:30 PM, some restaurants were still open, and I didn't feel unsafe on the street. I could even grab a small cake for a late-night snack. Every hotel staff member was exceptionally friendly and proactive, immediately approaching me in the restaurant to inquire about my needs and preferences. The rooms were romantically decorated, and the facilities were new. It's a highly recommended local hotel in Paris.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the Louvre Opera House and shopping areas. The staff is also very friendly. The room is small, but there is nothing you can do in a city like Paris. The baffle of the bathtub is a bit short, and water will splash out when taking a bath. Overall, the experience is good

My 507 is the second largest, but the door can't be opened with a 28-inch luggage. The hotel has 50 rooms in total, 4 stars, which is the norm in Paris. Breakfast is served in a small area, the same every day, good hygiene, there is a Korean supermarket next to it, and there are many Japanese restaurants. It is 800 meters away from the Louvre. Overall, I am satisfied. The service is much better than the Hyatt in Germany

Wanted cash on arrival, nithing in the booking about this. No soap or shampoo in the apartment, can't even wash your hands. Broken electric heater in the bathroom, basin water does not run out.
