Hotel Faubourg Galant Paris- Handwritten Collection in Paris

Our stay at the hotel made our weekend away most memorable. The hotel staff were very professional, attentive and friendly. The decor was exceptional and close proximity to Paris Central. We will definitely be returning to this place.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place is done up so aesthetically, it’s a pleasure to the senses! The hotel is not grand or lavish, but it’s just perfect. And the staff is the sweetest staff I’ve ever met at any hotel in Europe. Very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal - just a short walk from the Metro and bus stations. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel serving different cuisines. There’s also a convenience store just nearby. If I go back to Paris I’d stay here again!

This hotel is great, only a few months old too. The staff are super nice, the rooms are comfortable , the breakfast is awesome too : they offer things from french cuisine + you can order personalized eggs The only downside is that you may sometimes hear some noise because renovations are still ongoing, but that’s probably not the hotel’s fault.

The best hotel I have stayed at in Paris. It's beautiful and elegant and quiet. The staff is brilliant - always ready to help you with anything. I want to specially mention the young man in the breakfast room who was very attentive, nice and kept what kind of breakfast I like in mind. It's in itself a reason to visit Paris!

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. What impressed me the most was the incredibly friendly staff and the overall vibe of the place - everything feels elegant and calm, without any unnecessary pretentiousness. Another big advantage is the sauna, which is already included in the price. Just keep in mind that you need to book it in advance at the reception, 10/10.

“Beaucoup de Class mais pas Haute” What a great discovery. The hotel is new and beautifully designed. The lobby is divided into three areas, lobby and two lounges with comfortable seating and books and games. The Fauborg speciality cocktail is good with the unusual addition of olive oil which seems to be a thing here :-) The breakfast lounge is airy and spacious with some nice design touches. Breakfast very good with nice choice and the fruit and vegetable juices, flavoured with mint and ginger, are particularly good. Amongst the nicest I have had in France. Eggs cooked to order. We were made to feel very welcome and a few minor issues with the room were sorted quickly. We stayed in room 701 which is the second highest floor. View over the rooftops and a lovely sunrise one morning. Small balcony. Very quiet. The wifi did not work in this room but we had a 4G signal. Strong WiFi in the lobby/lounge and in the breakfast room downstairs. Shower was good with decent water pressure and an excellent hairdryer provided.. something I am fussy about! Nice new large bath towels and decent shampoo. Standard of cleanliness: excellent. Above all, all staff were superb. Jaoa, Valentin and Thomas especially They were genuine about engaging with the clientele and making sure we were all happy. This is not always the case in other hotels and they are a credit to the hotel and the Accor group. I look forward to staying here again. A well-deserved 5 stars.

I came to Paris from the United States to celebrate my birthday, and from the night I arrived, I found not just a charming place to stay, but a genuinely welcoming and warm home in the heart of Paris. From start to finish, my stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff are truly the hotel’s greatest asset — always smiling, kind, and ready to help with anything. Their warmth and hospitality made my experience unforgettable — something money could never buy. I’ve already been recommending this hotel to all my friends back in the US. Special thanks to Chiara, João, Lola, Diana, and Pedro, who made my stay extraordinary. You all turned my birthday trip into a memory I will treasure forever. Merci for making Paris even more magical!

A Sanctuary in Paris: Truly a 10-Star Experience My husband and I arrived at the Faubourg Galant Hotel after 10 p.m., feeling desperate and exhausted following a truly horrible experience at another, highly-rated hotel. Stepping into the beautifully decorated front desk area, we were immediately met by the most beautiful and friendly faces we had seen in Paris. The receptionist, Joao, listened to our stressful situation with immediate and genuine concern. He quickly found us a couple of possibilities to stay in this wonderful, clean, and modern hotel. His urgency and kindness were an instant relief. This level of service was consistent across the entire reception team, including Lola and Diana (and others whose names I regretfully cannot recall). They were all exceptionally polite, helpful, and attentive—anything we needed, they genuinely ran to take care of it. This hotel deserves to be on the list of the best, especially considering it is so affordable and in a great, safe location. Do not pay attention to star ratings; we learned they mean nothing, as the 4-star hotel we stayed at previously should have been categorized as 1 star. The Faubourg Galant Hotel is a shining example of hospitality and service. We recommend it to everybody—it truly deserves 10 stars.

An excellent 2 night stay for my wife and I with 2 children aged 8 & 3. We stayed within a junior suite where we were made to feel at home and VIPs. This lovely, stylish hotel is part of the ‘Handwritten’ Brand by the Accor chain and within a 10 minute walk of Gard Du Nord and stones throw from Cadet Metro station. It is neighboured by numerous other 3* and 4* hotels and as a family we felt we were staying within a safe neighbourhood and were able to continue site-seeing after sunset. Set within the south of the montmatre region The Hotel Faubourg-Galant is ideally situated for guests wishing to access both the city centre and within walking distance of the montmatre attractions of Sacre-Coer and Moulin Rouge. Furthermore, this hotel is within touching distance of the high street shops within Galleries Lafayette and traditional boulangeries, patisseries and creperies that Paris is famed for. The hotel has a nice blend of style and elegance to meet the needs of both guests on business and pleasure. As a family we felt well looked after and catered for. The restaurant is situated in the basement level but with a glass ceiling providing natural light. We didn’t use the restaurant on this occasion as we wanted to experience the food from the nearby restaurants and bakeries. Our room was a junior suite situated on the top floor. It accommodated 4 people through 2 double beds (1 bed and 1 sofa bed). The room came with en-suite shower, separate toilet and small mini bar with tea & coffee facilities. I would like to take the opportunity to give a massive shout out to all the young staff who welcomed us at every opportunity with a big “Bonjour”, who constantly assisted us (without our asking) to open the accessibility door rather than the spiral entrance as we had a child stroller, who actively enquired on 2 occasions to see if there was anything we needed in our room and attended to our needs when asked. Diana and Lucas greeted us when we checked in and immediately made us feel at home. Diana gave us a small welcoming tour of the hotel and made us aware of the location of the restaurant and sauna facilities. After a day site-seeing Diana would asked how our day had been and was genuinely interested in ensuring our stay in Paris was a happy one - truely 5* customer service that needs to be be acknowledged. We really enjoyed our experience in this hotel and would highly recommend it to friends or family. Should we have any reason to venture back to Paris in the near future then we will happily rebook lol forward to being greeted by the amazing staff once again.
