Hôtel de Berri Champs-Élysées, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Paris1 / 30
8.1
Paris, 18-22 Rue De Berri, Paris City Centre 🧭 Map
This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none. A breakfast (just a cup of black tea, a glass of juice, and three pieces of bread) took 45 minutes to arrive, and it was almost the end of breakfast time! It's absolutely ridiculous!
I checked out a day early. No one answered the hotel phone. I tried to communicate with Ctrip but to no avail. In the end, I had to pay the full amount. I will choose a new hotel next time I go to France to attend an exhibition.
Located in the city center, it has a rare sense of security
The room window faces outside. It was New Year's Day and it was quite noisy at night, with the sound of motorcycle engines. The automatic curtains were not smooth. The service was five-star, and the luggage pick-up was very worry-free. Breakfast was ordered and had to wait for a while, which was not suitable for guests in a hurry. Considering all the conditions, the room price was high.
The location, service and overall aesthetic are very good

Very friendly staff! Clean modern room. Less than 10 minute walk to Eiffel Tower.
Great hotel in the heart of Paris. Even the suites were small but the two-story design was clever and innovative for a room.
The room was clean, updated and quite spacious. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and concierge were very helpful. The bed was so comfortable and the room was incredibly quiet. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit.
We spent 2 nights here in the Duplex room. We were escorted to our room by the receptionist who showed us where the breakfast room was and what times it was available. When in the room she showed us how to use all the lights and electric curtains and then left us to get ready for dinner. The staff were very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much for them to do. The breakfast area was small...
Wet quaint boutique style hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. I did not eat at the restaurant, because we would leave first thing in the morning and we would come back late at night. We truly only used it for sleeping and showering.
AC does not work. Was not expecting to be so uncomfortable given how much we paid. Hotel paid lip service but did not seem to care at all. No ******* perks were provided - wine, spa and breakfast.

Love the hotel! It’s clean, beautiful with modern design! The breakfast is good! Highly recommend to stay here if you are in Colmar!
I wanted to share my opinion of this hotel, we stayed 2 nights and it was good. Things that i wish the hotel probably can improve is the beds, unfortunately it’s not comfortable at all, the other hand is we still can hear the vehicles, bird chirping and people talking outside of our room even the windows are closed and it’s not comfortable at all in the evening to sleep. Thank you

Fabulous location. Extremely comfortable bedroom. Staff are super friendly. Two small dogs with us enjoyed the fuss, too.
Everything was very good. Not all rooms had slippers.
Perfect welcome, attentive staff who took great care of us. I recommend this establishment.
The hotel is the only five-star hotel in la Rochelle. It is located in the city center. The hotel staff are very friendly and very patient when checking in. Beautiful hotel in a terrific location -- walkable to train station and Old City. Lovely bar and lobby area to relax in and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Excellent location the overall experience was good especially with JoJo looking after us at breakfast service, we ate at the Folie Douce where JoJo was also working and our children had an amazing backstage tour … thank you JoJo !!!
We had a lovely stay at the Diamond rock with friends and family. Every morning we were greeted by Jo who gave us recommendations for the rest of our day. Each place we were met as JoJo’s guests and had an amazing time. She was really invaluable to our stay. Top team member.
We loved our stay at Hotel Le Diamond Rock in Tignes. Jojo was a highlight for us. She was warm engaging and ever so helpful. She is an asset to the hotel. The hotel charges you for breakfast items such as an extra poached egg 4euros! We have been to plenty of 5* hotels and none of them has ever charged for breakfast items. Such a beautiful hotel and the staff were absolutely fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for them. We didn’t have dinner in the hotel but we did have breakfast every day which was delicious with plenty of options and lots of organic options. A wonderful stay 😊
We had fantastic weekend in Lyon the hotel was fantastic base, well located to visit different parts of the city. Our room was well appointed and designed, with a really warm feeling. For a few recent visits to Lyon, I decided to stay at this Radisson which popped up as an alternative to the one cited in the tower across the river. And for what you get is excellent value. Super stylish in an old building, I especially love it.
Fauchon l'Hotel is an absolute treasure in the heart of Paris. Right by the beautiful Eglise de la Madeleine and only a block from Place de la Concorde, you will struggle to find a more centrally-located luxury hotel. Only reviewing the drinks. The place is overwhelmingly pink, smells of perfume. I asked for a table of four and even though place was empty they did not let me choose where I wanted to sit. Overpriced, and not a great ambiance. Only plus, they give you a macaron with your hot chocolate.
A truly wonderful stay! The location couldn’t be better, just steps from the Opéra, Galeries Lafayette, and a pleasant walk to the Louvre. Super hotel with great staff and lovely breakfast. Great location.
I've skied in numerous resorts across Europe and Canada. This review is based on a hotel which is rated 3 stars. In other words; "you get what you pay for". Great location, one stayed here twice now! The staff is extremely helpful! Special shout out to Elio and Rafael for their kindness and exceptional support! The breakfast buffet is one of the bests I’ve had for a hotel. 10/10 experience, will definitely stay here again!
This is not a 5 star hotel when compared to, for example, The Savoy, in London; but, it is a very good 4 star hotel. The breakfast is actually the best breakfast we have had at any hotel or resort, ever. The reason I gave 4 stars overall is our experience. I did not like the having to wait in a sitting room to get the room. It is not the luxury experience they think it is. We also had an issue with...
After spending hours researching the different areas in Paris we finally decided on this hotel given its proximity to the river (and therefore to areas such as the Latin quarter) and its overall central location. This is an absolutely superb hotel. My wife and I have stayed at this beautiful hotel twice and it has been wonderful both times. The hotel is secluded, quiet, gorgeous, classy, and warm. The front desk and concierge service is beyond compare. Of course, the hotel is not inexpensive but so, so worth it. Can't wait to go back.
Stunning outdoor terrace off Place des Vosges. The ideal place to enjoy one of the fine wines on a sunny day. Far enough off the beaten track to be calm and peaceful. But close enough to the heart of the best district in Paris with the Marais on the doorstep. Stunning location, wonderful service and beautiful hotel/bar.
My mother and me stayed at Le Pavillon de la Reine for a week and had a wonderful stay. Our room was fantastic, the hotel location cannot be beat, the service is phenomenal, and the food (you must have dinner at Anne restaurant!) was amazing! Best hotel in Provence! We stayed at a villa and loved our experience.
Staff were generally very attentive and helpful. Beautiful grounds. Rooms were clean, spacious and had quality products. The restaurant/bistro has excellent food though we wished they would have more choices on the menu. The only disappointment was breakfast - limited choices for an “hot breakfast” and the quality of the breakfast items was lacking. Indoor and outdoor pools were well kept.
