5 star hotels in France

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none. A breakfast (just a cup of black tea, a glass of juice, and three pieces of bread) took 45 minutes to arrive, and it was almost the end of breakfast time! It's absolutely ridiculous!

I checked out a day early. No one answered the hotel phone. I tried to communicate with Ctrip but to no avail. In the end, I had to pay the full amount. I will choose a new hotel next time I go to France to attend an exhibition.

Located in the city center, it has a rare sense of security

The room window faces outside. It was New Year's Day and it was quite noisy at night, with the sound of motorcycle engines. The automatic curtains were not smooth. The service was five-star, and the luggage pick-up was very worry-free. Breakfast was ordered and had to wait for a while, which was not suitable for guests in a hurry. Considering all the conditions, the room price was high.

The room was clean, updated and quite spacious. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and concierge were very helpful. The bed was so comfortable and the room was incredibly quiet. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit.

We spent 2 nights here in the Duplex room. We were escorted to our room by the receptionist who showed us where the breakfast room was and what times it was available. When in the room she showed us how to use all the lights and electric curtains and then left us to get ready for dinner. Wet quaint boutique style hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. I did not eat at the restaurant, because we would leave first thing in the morning and we would come back late at night. We truly only used it for sleeping and showering.

I wanted to share my opinion of this hotel, we stayed 2 nights and it was good. Things that i wish the hotel probably can improve is the beds, unfortunately it’s not comfortable at all, the other hand is we still can hear the vehicles, bird chirping and people talking outside of our room even the windows are closed and it’s not comfortable at all in the evening to sleep. Only reviewing the drinks. The place is overwhelmingly pink, smells of perfume. I asked for a table of four and even though place was empty they did not let me choose where I wanted to sit. Overpriced, and not a great ambiance. Only plus, they give you a macaron with your hot chocolate.

They are situated next to the kids play area so lots of screaming and noise for those wanting quiet! They also allow dogs in all areas which can result in a lot of incessant barking! The front desk service was mostly good, and the restaurant staff were also nice. However, the housekeeping staff were very lazy. During my 10+ day stay, they consistently failed to replenish essential items (cotton pads, shower caps, etc.) and didn't always fully replenish the water supply. No wonder some people commented that it wasn't clean; the housekeeping staff's professionalism was indeed lacking

We slept on the 2nd floor next to what appeared to be a highway for trucks and cars. Impossible to sleep during the night. In the morning they emptied the garbage cand which was so loud. The whirlpool, sauna, and steam room were all included in the price of the room. They even upgraded our room to ocean view! What incredible service at an incredible hotel.

excellent staff! The front desk (Cami) welcomed us even though we were early for check-in. The Concierge (Julien) helped us with our luggage, dinner reservations and early morning travel arrangements to the airport. Merci!

The stuff we’re amazing specially the Eric the concierge. The location was perfect. It was super clean, also the ground in the restroom having a heating system.
