We expecting a more Professional behaviour from the reception. We asked politely (we didn’t demand) to have a late check out at 14.00. The night manager said was not possible . We could stay till 13.00. This was accepted from us as we understand this is upon availability. Next day at 11.30 we’ve been informed that late check out it is not possible and we need to go 12.00. I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The check-in and check-out were smooth and welcoming. The Front Office Manager even greeted me personally from the car, already knowing my name and making me feel special. The Concierge team was outstanding. I love this small boutique hotel. But their restaurant is closed and they offer breakfast in the foyer. But my suggestion is to go next door to the supermarket and buy some breakfast items. My fresh fruit platter was 5 grapes and 3 parts mandarin for €9. A small yoghurt cup for €4. See pictures. Not a 5-star hotel worthy.

This hotel was so convenient, clean and the staff especially Aminda were superlative! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quick access to subway and Effiel tower- its an easy walk and pretty route. We had a 1 bedroom suite and it was perfect!

The location of the hotel is very good, the equipment is very complete, there is a coffee machine, snacks, tea bags, the whole feeling is very five-star. The service staff are very nice and polite, and will proactively ask you what you need.

The breakfast is quite poor, there are very few things included in the room rate, the store tries to make you pay extra, and the breakfast included in the room rate requires you to sit in a specific area!

We arrived at 6pm and were warmly welcomed, helped with our baggage and parking our car. The hotel is very attractive and our room - la Chapelle - had recently been renovated. Dinner and breakfast by the fire were very enjoyable and the staff couldn’t have been nicer.

Hotel Splendide Royal Paris is a wonderful experience from start to finish. Beautiful clean quiet room, proximity to restaurants and Champs- Elysees area (7 minute walk), staff that goes above and beyond every day. We felt like we were royalty with royal chambers!! Boutique hotel…clean…convenient located to Champs de Elysee. Our room air conditioning was not very strong. They put a Dyson fan in our room for more air. Room was large and beautiful.

Staying at Relais & Châteaux was definitely the best choice for this trip to Paris. It's right next to the Presidential Palace and the Champs-Élysées, very safe, and very French and Parisian. Breakfast can be had in the room, which is quite spacious and offers great value for money. 👍

Well designed and maintained rooms in a lovely old town centre building. The garage is a few hundred metres away in the next block but is secure and very easy to use. The Family Suite was lovely and big with a charming terrace . Has 2 separate rooms - good for a family of four . Very good location with lots of good restaurants within a few minutes walk . The local attractions are also within walking distance . Breakfast was very refined and delicious .

Bit of an odd hotel to be honest. Rooms are modern and massive, with a great view of the harbour. Despite the rooms being newly reneovated (I think) they were already in need of some maintenance. Great place to rejuvenate and experience peace.  The window overlooks the medieval town- truly gorgeous and magical.  The receptionist speaks english and helps me in finding places.  When i asked for someone to look at my shower 🚿 and the caddy to fetch me to the car park, the response was fast.  Thank you manager Xavier for caring especially during the windy weather !

Obviously the best part is the location. Inside the walls of the old castle. But there is more to it. Food is excellent, service is very friendly. The rooms are the weak point. They are more 3 stars than 5. But they are big and many have just amazing views. Frankly it is so unique it is for me a place not to miss. I went there 6 or 7 times already. Staff were generally very attentive and helpful. Beautiful grounds. Rooms were clean, spacious and had quality products. The restaurant/bistro has excellent food though we wished they would have more choices on the menu. The only disappointment was breakfast - limited choices for an “hot breakfast” and the quality of the breakfast items was lacking. Indoor and outdoor pools were well kept.

Overall very nice hotel. Had an issue with air conditioning. Had a deluxe room with two air conditioners but only one worked. The front desk lied to us saying only one is supposed to work.
