Mandarin Oriental, always my top choice and a brand I adore. I landed early in the morning and my room wasn't ready yet, so I headed to the breakfast restaurant. I figured I'd have to pay since I hadn't checked in, but they waived the charge! It wasn't a huge amount, but it was such a thoughtful and warm gesture. The service is truly impeccable and heartwarming. So grateful!

The room was average, but rather dark overall. The hallway felt like a typical chain five-star hotel, not at all like a hotel in this price range. Staff service was acceptable, and they responded promptly.

My stay was amazing at the Mandarin Oriental, the rooms are spacious and kept very clean. At night the rooms are very quiet , you would almost forget you are in a busy city like Paris. The location is great for restaurants & amazing shopping, and is very safe to walk at night , the soap , shampoo & body wash smells amazing as well.

The perfect high end hotel for Strasbourg. Immaculate, clean, well decorated and the staff was as open and helpful as could be. During the Christmas period, road closures (10:00 AM–10:00 PM) may require carrying luggage for a short distance. Overall, I really liked the hotel, though the room felt a bit small for the price.

Unfortunately cleanliness was not up to 5 stars Intercontinental hotel. Indeed one massive cockroach next to the lift and Christmas tree in the lobby which was a bit of a bad surprise after the check-in. Then after getting the room I found hairs in the shower. The view and location are good.

Stayed here at the end of our honeymoon, and it was simply amazing! The room was spacious and very comfortable, the food was delicious, and all of the employees were very friendly and helpful. We visited the hotel during our last visit to Paris to try their desserts ! A truly exceptional experience, we sat in the lounge that was very luxurious with a beautiful decor . We took rooibos tea and chamomile tea along with a dessert Mille Feuille ! That was beyond delicious! The best I have ever tasted in Paris 👏

It's about a 5 or 10 minutes walk to the touristic center of town (the fountain). The air conditioning didn't get as cold as we would have liked. They used my credit card incorrectly which caused blocking a greatvamount of credit mony on me. It seems some of receiption staff are not competent and not well trained. This is the hotel I usually stay at when I visit Paris. The front desk has staff who speak Chinese. The rooms are very clean overall. There are Chinese restaurants and a pharmacy nearby, so the overall amenities are quite convenient. I highly recommend staying here.

The room si very small and smell badly. I had asked for a non-smoking room yet my room smell like an ashtray. I am very alergic to tobacco and the cigarette smelling. I asked to have the room change but the hotel only provided a person came up to my room to treat the smell. The room still smelled like an ashtray but the hotel would not change my room..
