My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. There was a terrible, pervasive odor in the room, so unpleasant that I had to go out and buy an air freshener myself. The location is great! Bus no.30 just in front of hotel lobby. All is good except the surrounding a bit under-rated esp the roadside with some smell. It's a 3-star hotel with a decent location. While it was surprisingly easy to find hotel availability during this period, prices were exorbitant. It still took a great deal of effort to actually locate this specific hotel.

This was a great place to stay for a long weekend. The hotel has good amenities, I like the rooftop bar which has good views. I had a good stay except for a morning where there was a pungent odour from the cistern. But it is close to the Metro station Porte de la Chappelle and amenities. Quiet area too located close to an underpass.

Loved this property for the hospitality, location and rooms. Spacious rooms with all necessary amenities. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Although the basic satisfaction level was high, the water flow in the sink was poor, so I asked for it to be repaired, but as it was in the evening, the repair was done the next day, and I had to eat dinner in that state.

Fantastic: very clean and with a nice terrace for lunch and breakfast; the smell of tobacco and smoke rose up in the air. The elevators are impossible to take, and planes fly by, so you can high-five your passengers. Great for a stopover on the way to your destination. We'll be back.

Excellent location. No parking available. Nice breakfast however can be very full on weekends. If you stay more than one day you only receive water on the first day even though my bookings are made seperate for both nights. Even though we stay here every month they still ask me my documents 😂

I stayed here for two nights for work. The room was small, but not as small as a Japanese business hotel, so it was fine for a solo traveller. The staff were friendly, and I would definitely stay here again if I visit on business.

One inconvenience of the family room is that it has two floors, and the bathroom is on the second floor. There is no bathroom on the first floor, so it is actually inconvenient for the whole family to go up and down the stairs.

Very close to the airport. Surprisingly, there was shuttle buss service to and from hotel. There is a Pizza food truck keep your tummy filled when you are hungry at night just right in from of the hotel. Highly recommended

Not as nice as the photos but fairly close to the airport good for a layover if there’s nothing comparable available at the airport, it Will cost you a Few euros to and from the airport. They do offer a shuttle for a fee. Nine euros will get you sweet and savoury breakfast.

Perfect for a two star hotel. This is one of the hotels used by Air France when your flight is cancelled/delayed. The corridors don’t look great but the rooms themselves are actually fine. Comfortable bed and two towels. Small hairdryer. Fine for one night. I wouldn’t bother paying €9,50 for the breakfast. It’s literally some cereal, yogurts, bread (no toaster) and some pain au chocolats.

We were very happy and surprised by the size of our room. We had not taken the breakfast, so we have no comment on the food. We thought that 18,50 euros for breakfast was a bit too expensive for people who do not eat much in the morning.

It says on the app 5 euro per service for the airport shuttle . They asked 20 euro. Upon arrival we waited 1 hour and half for the shuttle and never showed up. We tried calling the phone was not working. We were told that they had issue with there phone service

The hotel is near Bercy Village which requires around 5 minutes walk from the metro station. I feel the district is quite safe and there is a supermarket (Carrerfour City) near the hotel, which is very convenient for us to buy raw materials to cook!!

The studio had everything I needed. Fridge, dish washer, bath tub :) I loved it and will be returning back! The young men at the desk were also very friendly. The floor could use an extra cleaning but nevertheless lovely studio. Would bring your own: slippers, tea, bath salts and if you’re planning to cook: cooking oil, salt and pepper.

The hotel's location is quite good, just three metro stops away from the Louvre in central Paris. The rooms are also quite spacious, with a small kitchenette, which is great for longer stays. The hotel environment is very nice, quiet, and safe. The hotel service is also very good.

The room was clean and tidy, and the kitchen was fully equipped. What's especially worth mentioning is that it's right next to Bercy Village, which is a great spot for dining and relaxing, and it feels super safe!

I had a good sleep in the clean room. It was the worth more than the price.

We booked the hotel as a supreme suite for three people. It actually could have slept three people, but I would not describe it as a suite neither a supreme. It consisted of one room with a double bed and a single bed separated by a movable curtain. The air conditioning was also very weak, even when set to very cold, and we couldn't sleep well.

I used this hotel when visiting Disneyland. There's no kettle in the room, but the lobby staff kindly boiled water for me when I asked. They put it in a bottle, and I took it back to my room to make soup. Instead of a room key, you use a code to open the door. I checked in late at night, but the staff provided excellent service.

The location is convenient to take transportations. The room is little bit small and some facilities are broken, it’s a not bad choice if you just stay one night.
