Mossimo, Lenny, and Joel were great:). All the staff were pleasant and facilities are clean, aesthetic, and quiet. We will be back!

Ok gave ONE Towel for two people to dry. No phone in room to contact front desk. Go down to front desk to get a flat sheet.. no one came. Breakfast 30$ euro each 46$ cnd .. for nothing special .. Glad I didn’t take that . Small rooms . No mini fridge. (Not a killer item but still) 2 nights 309 euro. 500 Cnd. 50 minutes by metro to center of Paris. The hotel's location is fantastic, right near the Eiffel Tower. There's a huge Korean supermarket next door, and the Korean restaurant across the street offers generous portions at great prices. The hotel room itself is massive; perfect for three people with two large beds, plus a private kitchen and dining area. Excellent!

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. There was a terrible, pervasive odor in the room, so unpleasant that I had to go out and buy an air freshener myself. The location is great! Bus no.30 just in front of hotel lobby. All is good except the surrounding a bit under-rated esp the roadside with some smell. Room is good but too bad no having Aircond may be due to winter. The room getting warm & hot as the windows was locked and no fresh air flow in. Staff managed to get me a fan to ease my situation. The room is big and very clean. The location is just beside the metro. Just a few stops away from main station. The hotel surrounding is safe. We are glad that we can store our luggage safely. Bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush and slipper. Most of the hotels in Europe don’t provide them.

It's a 3-star hotel with a decent location. While it was surprisingly easy to find hotel availability during this period, prices were exorbitant. It still took a great deal of effort to actually locate this specific hotel.

Overall, it was pretty good and clean. The room came with a kettle, hand soap, and a safe. However, the lighting in the room was a bit dim, making it hard to see clearly. The location is quite convenient, right next to the subway station.

Location is very good. All possible services are quite near. Small room, damp in the room, bad A/C which is uncontrollable, poor breakfast.

The hotel itself is nice, but garage parking is not cheap, there are discounts on weekends. The brave can park on the ground floor.

Good value for money, town centre location, near to beach

This was a great place to stay for a long weekend. The hotel has good amenities, I like the rooftop bar which has good views. It was only a couple of minutes from the tram and 10 mins from the metro on lines 4, and 13. Great base for exploring Paris if you don't mind being away from the busy bits! All the staff were helpful and polite. Would definitely be back.

Although the basic satisfaction level was high, the water flow in the sink was poor, so I asked for it to be repaired, but as it was in the evening, the repair was done the next day, and I had to eat dinner in that state.

Fantastic: very clean and with a nice terrace for lunch and breakfast; the smell of tobacco and smoke rose up in the air. The elevators are impossible to take, and planes fly by, so you can high-five your passengers. Great for a stopover on the way to your destination. We'll be back.

The hotel is small but tidy, with aldi and bus/velo stop right downstairs. The swimming pool is also nice for a small hotel. Their table is a bit small, but everything else is fine.

To be honest I didn't know Adagio, but it was a great surprise! Perfect location in order to get to the city center by walking. Spacious and clean room and comfortable bed. At the reception people were kind and helpful and I much appreciated it. I would suggest it for sure for your stay in Bordeaux!

The location is good, in the city center. Although it's an apartment-style hotel, the dishes in the cupboards were poorly clean, and there was even an unpleasant odor coming from the cupboards – a real shame!

The location is very convenient. It is only two stops away from the largest shopping mall if you take Bus 43. From the hotel to the city centre, taking Bus 43 and then transferring to the RER takes only about one hour. We were two adults and two children, and the room was very spacious.

I thought the location was close to the Airport, but it's not!, and no train to CDG airport; you need to take a taxi or car service to the airport which is not free.

One inconvenience of the family room is that it has two floors, and the bathroom is on the second floor. There is no bathroom on the first floor, so it is actually inconvenient for the whole family to go up and down the stairs.

Very close to the airport. Surprisingly, there was shuttle buss service to and from hotel. There is a Pizza food truck keep your tummy filled when you are hungry at night just right in from of the hotel. Highly recommended

Not as nice as the photos but fairly close to the airport good for a layover if there’s nothing comparable available at the airport, it Will cost you a Few euros to and from the airport. They do offer a shuttle for a fee. Nine euros will get you sweet and savoury breakfast.

Perfect for a two star hotel. This is one of the hotels used by Air France when your flight is cancelled/delayed. The corridors don’t look great but the rooms themselves are actually fine. Comfortable bed and two towels. Small hairdryer. Fine for one night. I wouldn’t bother paying €9,50 for the breakfast. It’s literally some cereal, yogurts, bread (no toaster) and some pain au chocolats.

We were very happy and surprised by the size of our room. We had not taken the breakfast, so we have no comment on the food. We thought that 18,50 euros for breakfast was a bit too expensive for people who do not eat much in the morning.

It says on the app 5 euro per service for the airport shuttle . They asked 20 euro. Upon arrival we waited 1 hour and half for the shuttle and never showed up. We tried calling the phone was not working. We were told that they had issue with there phone service

Overall, this aparthotel is decent but a bit dated. Downsides include dim lighting in my room, weak water pressure in the shower, and an okay bed. There are also odd rules about the self-laundry; the machines turn off after 11 PM without warning...

The studio had everything I needed. Fridge, dish washer, bath tub :) I loved it and will be returning back! The young men at the desk were also very friendly. The floor could use an extra cleaning but nevertheless lovely studio. Would bring your own: slippers, tea, bath salts and if you’re planning to cook: cooking oil, salt and pepper.

The hotel's location is quite good, just three metro stops away from the Louvre in central Paris. The rooms are also quite spacious, with a small kitchenette, which is great for longer stays. The hotel environment is very nice, quiet, and safe. The hotel service is also very good.

The room was clean and tidy, and the kitchen was fully equipped. What's especially worth mentioning is that it's right next to Bercy Village, which is a great spot for dining and relaxing, and it feels super safe!

I had the temerity to book 6:00 flight to Paris, but this hotel is so much in the vicinity of the airport that I barely headed off the tribulation to get up early. On top of that the cafeteria is neat and tidy enough. Thank you very much.

Well located hotel, close to many shops, markets and food shops that open till 5am. Very quiet room.

I used this hotel when visiting Disneyland. There's no kettle in the room, but the lobby staff kindly boiled water for me when I asked. They put it in a bottle, and I took it back to my room to make soup. Instead of a room key, you use a code to open the door. I checked in late at night, but the staff provided excellent service.

The location is convenient to take transportations. The room is little bit small and some facilities are broken, it’s a not bad choice if you just stay one night.

Splendid hotel and well located in old city. The staff were exceptional. Always very friendly and helpful. The English concierge ( who spoke fluent French ) gave us some great tips on nearby restaurants and recommended a wonderful wine tour to the left and right bank which was so informative and personal. Overall the stay was great! Bed was comfortable and the accommodations were great for a hotel in the city. I didn’t rate it 5 stars because the front desk knew that we were parking but didn’t give us the pass to park so we had to paid full price. BUT they did help by comping the next days parking and gave us food recommendations in St Emillion.

The staff in all areas were very attentive. Our room was interesting with a large tub taking up much of the floor space but other than that fantastic. Everything was clean. We enjoyed the turndown service getting fresh towels and minibar restock. Robes and slippers were nice. Breakfast about average for hotels of this class in France. Although they did offer champagne we didn’t see anyone drinking...

The staff was great and the conceierge was extremely helpful in finding us a reputable tour guide to take us around Bordeaux . The guide was a local man who spoke decent English and spent an entire day with us. He was fantastic !!! We loved our stay here and in Bordeaux .

We really liked the possibility of leaving the car in the free car park in the area that closes at night and getting around from there by public transport. Great, big rooms with bathroom and small kitchen. Air condition available. We also had big balcony with chairs and table, big window and great view to the lake. I didn't use pool, but it was avaliable to use also. Good service. Highly recommend.
