Location is right in the middle of Strasbourg, Old Town. However please check for roadblocks and reserve for parking as we couldn't drive into the city center without permit or parking reservation. Had to park at a nearby facility which is 10 minutes walk.

The location is good. There are many restaurants nearby and a short walk to petite-france. It is a challenge to drive though. As we didn't know there's a need to make a reservation for parking, we got to park somewhere nearby and a walking distance away. Also, google Maps does not bring you to the front of the hotel, needs to do an illegal turn to get to the front of the hotel to unload luggage

Very satisfied. The children like the small bed in the room. There is also a small balcony where you can see the street view of the city center. It is a good experience.

Very nice hotel and very pleasant service. The only downside was the bedding; this is just my personal opinion, but I didn't sleep much despite the superb setting because the mattress was really, really too soft. Unfortunate, but a firm mattress is very important to me... Thank you for everything else, and if you have a firm mattress option, I will come back as soon as possible.

We had booked 2 superior rooms, on check-in one of the rooms was less than 15 feet from the main entrance and lobby, it had only one window so high that it could not be opened, and A/C was off for the season even though outside temps were warm.

OK stay in the centre of Strasbourg. The studio we had felt a bit claustrophobic. The appartments are a bit dated, although the central location is good. How this gets a 4 star category is a bit mysterious - 3 star would be more appropriate. The staff were great however, and somewhat saved the experience overall.

This is a very old hotel, very expensive, and not worth the cost. We had a suite on the 5th floor. The elevator only goes to the 4th so there were 20 steps to climb each time you went to your room. I struggle with how to rate this hotel. It was in a pretty good location with a nice balcony on a generally quiet street. Note that when it says open concept bathroom that means that there's is no privacy for showering. My shower was ice cold while my daughter's was scalding. The hotel could do with a little updating on a few small details, but overall it's magnificent, with tasteful decor, perfect staff, and a fabulous breakfast. One small drawback: the piano bar is closed on Sunday evenings, the only night I was there, and I couldn't access the terrace even to smoke, as I was forced to smoke in front of the entrance.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations and offers very, very dated and poorly cleaned rooms for these promotions! I absolutely do not recommend it until all the rooms are renovated... On the other hand, the staff is impeccable.

From the 4 stars given and photos shown for this hotel, I was expecting something a whole lot more than what we had. The room was so small, we could barely get around in it, and we aren’t large people. Only one side of the bed had an outlet, so had to plug in phone and watch over on small table that was crowded with a coffee pot and glassware. The condition of the room and bathroom was very outdated...
