Résidence Pierre & Vacances la Petite Venise in Colmar

We had a wonderful 5 night stay in late November, early December. The units have a large comfortable bed, kitchenette with a small table and 2 chairs. The bathroom was small, but well appointed. The shower rose had an inbuilt LED light (see photo). There is also a private balcony, that, because of the time of year, we did not use. The unit was very clean and the air conditioner kept it toasty warm.
The units are very well located to Colmar’s old town area and a level 10 minute walk to the train station.
All our dealings with staff were helpful and courteous.

This place has been pleasant and has been so easy to get to all the Christmas markets. The staff are courteous and in overall, this stay has made Colmar a wonderful place to be staying in.

We have been here in the summer of 2025 with my family. The location is near the center of the city, max 10 minutes walk.
The rooms are clean, large, equipped with kitchen, air ventilation system. Also silent in the location. We have stayed at the ground floor, the rooms from ground floor have balcony. It is very nice and quiet, especially in the evening eating some cheese and drink a glass (bottle) of red wine.
Breakfast available with payment. Staff from the reception are very nice.
Also parking available with payment, in the basement near the hotel. 1 min. with the car, but there is an elevator available from the hotel directly in the parking
I recommend this place.

The location is a bit far from the old town (about a 15-minute walk), but it has a pool and a resort-like atmosphere, which was fun! The view is great, and it's a great place to eat! Parking is also convenient.

Very nice apartments, good location especially if you use the back gate there is a short cut. Close to the train station.
Would recommend, only downside you have to put your linen on the bed but not really a problem.

Do note that this is a serviced apartment, located about a 10 to 15 minute walk in a straight line from Gare de Colmar, depending on your pace.

The accommodation is very clean and quiet. The room is well-equipped with a mini kitchen, fridge, and microwave, and it even has a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

The only downside was the kettle, which wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. When I boiled water twice, it turned cloudy, so I eventually bought bottled water instead.

The bathroom was spotless, and bath soap was provided. However, if you prefer liquid shampoo and body wash, I recommend bringing your own.

You can also enjoy a lovely backyard, ideal for sitting outside under the sun or stars. There’s even a swimming pool, though I didn’t use it since I hadn’t packed swimwear.

Overall, I had a wonderful and comfortable stay here. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and convenient place with everything you need for daily comfort.

Only 10 minutes walk from Colmar train station. And from station you can take buses to most of the villages such as Eguisheim, riquewihr, Kaysersberg.

We received a warm and friendly welcome, and the staff were very accommodating. The air-conditioned apartments are ideally located in a quiet area, with a beautiful park just across the road. Despite the tranquillity, it’s less than 10 minutes from the lively centre of Colmar and its main attractions, as well as the train station.

The lovely swimming pool was perfect for cooling off during the hot weather, and the private balcony was an added bonus. Will gladly come again.

The hotel has its own underground parking, which is very convenient and reasonably priced. The room was clean, but we had to make our own beds, though fresh sheets and duvet covers were provided. The bathroom didn't have toiletries, just a small bar of soap for handwashing. The single bed was quite narrow, but the sofa bed was large and very comfortable. With a pool and paid breakfast, it's a good value-for-money economy resort hotel. Please note: This room type does not have a balcony, despite what the website photos show.

A great location a few minutes from rail station for us and easy town access.
Block itself and rooms spotlessly cleaned.
Useful outside terrace. Good sound-proofing.
Feasible to self-cater though we oldies had issues with the strange induction hob controls. Wifi variable.
Could do with facilities like this back home in England!
