Great stay at Ibis Strasbourg Petite France! Perfectly located in the heart of Petite France, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent value and highly recommended for exploring Strasbourg!

The room is abit dark and small for standard room but the customer service is good.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction towards this hotel. The room i received has no direct access to my room. There are still 1 flight of stairs to walk. It is difficult for us as we have two large suitcases. I tried my best and asked for room swapping. The staff at the reception said they r fully booked. I m unhappy about the hotel discription about lift access.
Rooms without direct lift access should be clearly stated at the time of booking. It is just unfair to us.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the train station. The front desk is very good, there is a supermarket next to it, and it is very close to the scenic spots of Petite France and convenient to go to churches, etc. It is relatively quiet at night and the windows are well soundproofed.

Nice hotel just outside of the historic district.
The hotel was clean and nice, breakfast was a full Hot breakfast not just cold cereals and bread. Would definitely stay again.

Bad experience on the 1st day when we checked in because the lift is out of order, luckily the staff was very helpful to help us carry up our luggage to 4th floor.
