Perfect location for walking into the city, rooms were very comfortable, the staff all very friendly. Although central our room overlooked a quiet street so was peaceful. Breakfast was exceptional!

A truly terrible experience. Carrying heavy suitcases up to the 5th floor because the elevator stops at the 3rd floor was exhausting.
The room was unbelievably small (2x2m) under the roof, and the bathroom was so narrow that the door wouldn’t even close. No window, no ventilation.
On top of that, the receptionist (female) demanded extra money just to keep my luggage for one more hour , something I have never encountered in any hotel before.
I was extremely disappointed. I would never stay here again. :(((

Great location and friendly staff, but overall very disappointing for the price. At €200 per night without breakfast, the hotel feels more like a hostel than a hotel. Very basic facilities, a tiny bathroom and an impractical shower. Poor value for money.

Simple, compact, and yet very well located!
My wife and I visited Alsace region early November and stayed in this hotel overnight in transit. Not good as a home base but excellent if just overnighting! I do have one complaint: the shower head is absolutely unuseable mounted on the wall and you must hold it in your hand! They don't seem to test their facilities personally :-)

It's about a 3-minute walk from Strasbourg Station.
I stayed in a twin room.
The bed was small, but there was plenty of space to spread out two suitcases, one large and one medium.
You have to leave your key each time you go out.
The reception is open 24 hours a day.
I was able to store my suitcases after check-out, which was free until 12:00, and 5 euros for two suitcases after that.
I'd definitely stay here again when I visit Strasbourg.

The location was excellent. Breakfast was delicious, but the chairs were hard.
