Not very clean, but convenient place.

A wonderful hotel in a historic building! It's located right in the heart of all the sights. The view from the window of the Cathedral is a 10 out of 10! Everything you need is there. Relatively clean, but a bit shabby. One downside I'd point out was the housekeeping – the cleaning lady kept forgetting to leave a face towel and once left the door unlocked. Nothing happened, but still.

Excellent location: steps away from the cathedral
The location was great, it was clean, and the room had AC which was great. Service was not consistent. The night front desk who looks middle eastern was great, super helpful and nice. The one with glasses and long hair has opportunity for improvement.

The young lady at reception upgraded me to a first floor room to save me tackling too many stairs.
Clean, nicely decorated, well appointed room. Small modern en suite.
Breakfast is basic but value for money considering the location.
You can't fault the hotel's location. Sited between the river and the Cathedral surrounded by museums and restaurants.

The hotel and the room are very small, the breakfast is simple, but the location is good, close to the river, there is a cruise ship pier, Notre Dame Cathedral is also next to it, and it is a 20-minute walk to the train station.

We stayed in a double room (with twin beds) for 3 nights. Our experience was very good. The employees were very kind and helpful with all the needs that arose. The room was cleaned every day. The hotel is in a beautiful, central location, which is highly convenient. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms have been renovated. However, breakfast was expensive, so we decided not to opt for it. Also, the hair dryer was burnt and it didn't work. I would definitely say that the hotel deserves a rating higher than 2 stars. Our stay was excellent, and I would definitely visit again.
