The room was nice, clean and quiet. The hotel is in the university district, surrounded by schools such as the University of Strasbourg and Strasbourg Business School. It is also close to Auchan supermarket, where you can buy food and daily necessities. There are bus stops downstairs, making it convenient to go anywhere.

Convenient hotel with reasonable rates
The hotel was conveniently located to the university, just a minute or two from the Observatoire tram stop (direct connection C tram from the Gare Centrale train station). While no hot food, the breakfast buffet was full and fresh and good value, the room with panoramic windows had good light and outside air control, and tram sound was minimal with the windows closed. Bed comfort was average, just one chair to sit on with the desk. Everything was clean and all the personnel were exceptionally attentive, friendly and obliging. Luggage was readily stored before check-in time and after check-out. We were pleasantly surprised for the reasonable rate that there was nothing to complain about, so would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for visitors to Strasbourg. Although you do need tram or bus transportation to get to the center, major tourist attractions are not too far away,

The hotel has a good breakfast. There's a parking space infront of the hotel but you have to ask at the reception. It's close to tourist spot area. It's walkable.

The hotel is very well located and clean. I had a problem and I had to go to the hospital and they helped me a lot. I really like the hotel employees and my stay in general.

Tram and bus stops are close by, so accessibility was good.
I didn't eat breakfast, but there was a bakery nearby, so it was good to buy it easily.
There is an elevator in the hotel, but when you enter the hotel from outside the hotel, there are about 10 steps, so you had to carry your luggage upstairs.

Very well located hotel. A small downside for the car park, it is very difficult, if not impossible, to find free places nearby. The value for money is good and the staff very welcoming. We were not on the street side, so no noise at night, which is nice.

The hotel is acceptable. Clean rooms, nice staff and good enough restaurant. However, there are no fans in the room and they can get quite warm, if you leave the window open you will have a lot of noise from the road. Beds are not confortable.

Hotel had a great location! Very near to city center even by walk or by tram (the tram stop was just in front of the hotel). There was lot of parking spaces on the street in front of the hotel. Parking is paid but only during day time. At night and Sundays/public holidays it’s free. Room was very basic and small but we had a kettle with tea and coffee available. Double bed was a bit small for 2 people. No ac/ fan in the room.

Terrible beds. I woke up with neck pain and could hardly sleep. The matras is collapsed in the middle. I Would not recommend it especially not for the price paid 100 euro for a room.

More like a hostel and not a hotel. The room is very poor in terms of service and cleanness and facilities. The breakfast is not good. The security of the room is very old fashioned, with traditional keys and no safe in the room, not even a don't disturb sign.
The location is not quiet and we kept waking up to the sound of the cars or the people from outside.
The shower drain had issues... And room did not had ventilator.
All and all I would not recommend this place.
