To be honest I didn't know Adagio, but it was a great surprise! Perfect location in order to get to the city center by walking. Spacious and clean room and comfortable bed. At the reception people were kind and helpful and I much appreciated it. I would suggest it for sure for your stay in Bordeaux!

Bright studio apartment with no overlooking neighbors. Separate toilet. Separate shower and bathtub. Small kitchenette. It would have been nice to have coffee pods.

The location is good, in the city center. Although it's an apartment-style hotel, the dishes in the cupboards were poorly clean, and there was even an unpleasant odor coming from the cupboards – a real shame!

The reception was efficient, professional and welcoming and the room super-stylish. The bathroom has a light-up mirror, which you don't see every day. Loved that. Thoroughly recommend

The experience was very good regarding the location, cleanliness and staff. The only detail that did not please us was the state of the sofa bed. Not comfortable at all.

For the price it's ok. Air-conditioning is programmed tot return to 24° after a few minutes, old and small bathroom. Friendly staff.

It was a pretty good accommodation experience. I had a lot of fun outing. The room was very clean and the staff was very enthusiastic. The breakfast there was also very good. I was very satisfied with the overall effect. The surrounding environment is also very good.

We really liked the possibility of leaving the car in the free car park in the area that closes at night and getting around from there by public transport. The pool was very useful in this very hot month of August and there is a supermarket within the premises in the service area. The room met our expectations and the views of the lake were exceptional. The sunset from the terrace was an ideal end...

Convenient, clean and well-located hotel for an evening at the new Bordeaux stadium.

Great, big rooms with bathroom and small kitchen. Air condition available. We also had big balcony with chairs and table, big window and great view to the lake. I didn't use pool, but it was avaliable to use also. Good service. Highly recommend.

This property is well located in a quaint neighborhood, with boulangerie, charcuteries, supermarket, restaurants etc. It is also a 5-minute walk to the beach. It is really designed as a place to stay for a week in Biarritz. The kitchen is well equipped. I had a studio apartment with sofa bed. There were no instructions on what to do, but I eventually worked it out. You had to clean the apartment...

Our efficiency suite had a small kitchen and a fabulous balcony overlooking the ocean. Unforgettable. Front desk staff were delightful and very helpful. Parking was appreciated, as we walked everywhere. Thoroughly enjoyed renting e-bikes 2 blocks away and exploring the city, lighthouse, beaches, and nearby village.

The great view I got a family room. It was large and comfortable. The view was the best part of the stay. If I may I could like to comment on 2 things. 1. There were fruitflies size flies were in my room. I don't know many I killed. 2. I was responsible for taking out the garbage at the end of the stay. I found it strange.

Staff were all excellent and room had everything needed . We were not in main building but small building opposite with fabulous view over the water with only slight noise problem from road slightly offsetting the view. We would definitely stay again but would say that it needs a refurb and a spruce up.

Nice location, clean and well located right next to Cité du vin. Parking spots nearby are free although not always available. There is a parking garage next to it not too expensive. Hotel rooms are large and with a well equipped kitchenette. It’s A bit outdated but it has been perfect for the price and what we needed.

Location is good, just a short tram ride from the downtown core, and an easy walk from the tram stop. Service was great at the hotel as well, and the rooms were fine...except that it smelled bad from time to time and the shower was not properly angled, and water went all over the floor when you used it. Hard to recommend given these issues.

Good evening. Even if the place is pleasant; It should be noted that it is very difficult to park, the work on rue de Gironde is not helping matters in terms of traffic. Small complaints: strong odors from pipes in the room throughout our stay, the breakfast tables were not cleaned when we went to the restaurant. Finally to close this chapter, our room card had not been scheduled for our second night...

Basically satisfied, the space is relatively large and close to the wine museum.

I used this hotel for the second time...I used it to rest because in Bordeaux I am on the middle of my travel and this hotel is a really great solution in terms of quality price. Really have the perfect features for me and my family. Probably was not my last stay in here!

A nice location right on the river, the room is a good size, but the bathroom was not cleaned sufficiently and the walls were also very dirty.

1. There is no parking lot near the hotel. 2. Access to the hotel for wheelchair users is difficult due to the cobblestone road

The hotel is very well located, with nice decor and very friendly staff. The only negative thing is that the room had a window to an interior part that overlooked the smoke outlet of several restaurants.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, in the middle of many shops and restaurants. International brand shopping is within walking distance. The views from the window are outstanding. The bed is comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful in recommending places to eat and other sites. My only complaint is that I found several hairs in the shower upon inspecting the room. The photo showed a bathtub, but there wasn't one. The location was great, within walking distance to the city center, and the service was okay. The fridge was a bit noisy and there was a fan above the kitchen, which made it a little hard to sleep, but otherwise, everything was fine.

I stayed at this aparthotel for six nights in July 2025. It was my third stay at this well located accomodation which was especially well priced this year. A quiet location in a residential street it is walking distance to much of the city centre attractions and services. All the staff are very good. This time a summer staff member Natania was excellent in printing out my onward travel train ticket...

Room was dated, woodchip wall paper, needed a refresh, door handle fell off the inside of the door and there was black mould in the bathroom shower. Didn’t use the swimming pool as it was too far away from the main building. Only 2 small toilet rolls provided for a weeks stay, room wasn't cleaned daily like in other hotels. No complimentary tea bags or coffee in room.

We chose this aparthotel because of the pool since we were traveling with children, but it's in a communal area and not child-friendly.

Although this facility could do with updating it offers an excellent nest for a few days. The staff are friendly and helpful. My studio had a very comfortable bed, good bathroom and well equipped kitchenette. There was a good table for dining whilst watching the television. linen bags I personally don't like having to carry 25 kg of linen on my back across 400 m, and then spend one hour putting the linen on the beds, coming back to the reception because they did not give us the right set, puzzling over which linen goes where, etc. Sure they provide caddies, but they seem to always be taken or in a state of disrepair. I have seen this type of campground-like hotel approach...

Great vacation center! Despite the fact that I inherited the only apartment where the sun is still hidden by a huge tree. A quarter of an hour between two branches around 6:00 p.m. Otherwise the site is perfect and the apartments are perfect. Very pleasant and sunny heated swimming pool. Very friendly and professional reception staff.

It was a great location good cheap buses to town every 15 minutes . Lots of nice food right there . The room we had with a third bed for child - the room was way too small for this and hot and stuffy , ok as a double - not ok as a family room . This is a cheap place. You get what you pay for. Room was clean. Shower wouldn't stay pointing anywhere except at the wall.

Simple but OK Simple standard, nice view over harbour, sunset. Close to the beach restaurants, small food shop. No housekeeping, which came as a surprise to us. Okay pool area.

Nice enough place. We had a garden room which had a nice balcony. Well equipped kitchen and comfy bed. Could do with a fan in the hat though. Special mention to the two ladies on reception. Very helpful and nice. Nelly was particularly helpful when we had a slight issue getting there.

Very well located, where you can cook and sleep well. Parking was easy for free near by, and we could find good coffee and supermarket places. The bed (bunk) for the children can be a little bit claustrophobic for some.

The property is a nice 3 star but clearly not a 4 star as posted on the building. We enjoyed the fact that it was an apartment, although a little outdated. However, no A/C. Its downtown location is perfect to walk to the beach, market and shopping areas.

We had such a good time at Victoria Surf! The building is in a great location, close to the beach and town centre. The room was comfortable and clean and we had the best time there. Laura in reception is so helpful and kind, she gave us instructions for parking and stocked up our coffee machine. She was very welcoming and helped us with all of our questions!! Stayed for 3 nights Thursday to Sunday in June. The area is amazing. The apartment was nice but on the street side so very loud. You need to keep door open though cause it would get hot and there was no fan. There was construction going on so that got loud at around 9:15 in the morning. The elevators were very frustrating. The management company staff was really nice though.

Nice accommodations. They have rooms looking at the sea. The rooms are functional and simple. mine did not have air conditioning but it was fine. Sunsets are gorgeous here.
