It was a pretty good accommodation experience. I had a lot of fun outing. The room was very clean and the staff was very enthusiastic. The breakfast there was also very good. I was very satisfied with the overall effect. The surrounding environment is also very good.

It's pretty good with a big bed.

We really liked the possibility of leaving the car in the free car park in the area that closes at night and getting around from there by public transport. The pool was very useful in this very hot month of August and there is a supermarket within the premises in the service area. The room met our expectations and the views of the lake were exceptional. The sunset from the terrace was an ideal end...

Convenient, clean and well-located hotel for an evening at the new Bordeaux stadium.

Great, big rooms with bathroom and small kitchen. Air condition available. We also had big balcony with chairs and table, big window and great view to the lake. I didn't use pool, but it was avaliable to use also. Good service. Highly recommend.

To be honest I didn't know Adagio, but it was a great surprise! Perfect location in order to get to the city center by walking. Spacious and clean room and comfortable bed. At the reception people were kind and helpful and I much appreciated it. I would suggest it for sure for your stay in Bordeaux!

Bright studio apartment with no overlooking neighbors. Separate toilet. Separate shower and bathtub. Small kitchenette. It would have been nice to have coffee pods.

The location is good, in the city center. Although it's an apartment-style hotel, the dishes in the cupboards were poorly clean, and there was even an unpleasant odor coming from the cupboards – a real shame!

This property is well located in a quaint neighborhood, with boulangerie, charcuteries, supermarket, restaurants etc. It is also a 5-minute walk to the beach. It is really designed as a place to stay for a week in Biarritz. The kitchen is well equipped. I had a studio apartment with sofa bed. There were no instructions on what to do, but I eventually worked it out. You had to clean the apartment...

Nice location, clean and well located right next to Cité du vin. Parking spots nearby are free although not always available. There is a parking garage next to it not too expensive. Hotel rooms are large and with a well equipped kitchenette. It’s A bit outdated but it has been perfect for the price and what we needed.

Location is good, just a short tram ride from the downtown core, and an easy walk from the tram stop. Service was great at the hotel as well, and the rooms were fine...except that it smelled bad from time to time and the shower was not properly angled, and water went all over the floor when you used it. Hard to recommend given these issues.

Good evening. Even if the place is pleasant; It should be noted that it is very difficult to park, the work on rue de Gironde is not helping matters in terms of traffic. Small complaints: strong odors from pipes in the room throughout our stay, the breakfast tables were not cleaned when we went to the restaurant. Finally to close this chapter, our room card had not been scheduled for our second night...

Basically satisfied, the space is relatively large and close to the wine museum.

I used this hotel for the second time...I used it to rest because in Bordeaux I am on the middle of my travel and this hotel is a really great solution in terms of quality price. Really have the perfect features for me and my family. Probably was not my last stay in here!

A nice location right on the river, the room is a good size, but the bathroom was not cleaned sufficiently and the walls were also very dirty.

1. There is no parking lot near the hotel. 2. Access to the hotel for wheelchair users is difficult due to the cobblestone road

The hotel is very well located, with nice decor and very friendly staff. The only negative thing is that the room had a window to an interior part that overlooked the smoke outlet of several restaurants.

The photo showed a bathtub, but there wasn't one. The location was great, within walking distance to the city center, and the service was okay. The fridge was a bit noisy and there was a fan above the kitchen, which made it a little hard to sleep, but otherwise, everything was fine.

I stayed at this aparthotel for six nights in July 2025. It was my third stay at this well located accomodation which was especially well priced this year. A quiet location in a residential street it is walking distance to much of the city centre attractions and services. All the staff are very good. This time a summer staff member Natania was excellent in printing out my onward travel train ticket...

Room was dated, woodchip wall paper, needed a refresh, door handle fell off the inside of the door and there was black mould in the bathroom shower. Didn’t use the swimming pool as it was too far away from the main building. Only 2 small toilet rolls provided for a weeks stay, room wasn't cleaned daily like in other hotels. No complimentary tea bags or coffee in room.

We chose this aparthotel because of the pool since we were traveling with children, but it's in a communal area and not child-friendly.

Although this facility could do with updating it offers an excellent nest for a few days. The staff are friendly and helpful. My studio had a very comfortable bed, good bathroom and well equipped kitchenette. There was a good table for dining whilst watching the television. Our efficiency suite had a small kitchen and a fabulous balcony overlooking the ocean. Unforgettable. Front desk staff were delightful and very helpful. Parking was appreciated, as we walked everywhere. Thoroughly enjoyed renting e-bikes 2 blocks away and exploring the city, lighthouse, beaches, and nearby village.

The great view I got a family room. It was large and comfortable. The view was the best part of the stay. If I may I could like to comment on 2 things. 1. There were fruitflies size flies were in my room. I don't know many I killed. 2. I was responsible for taking out the garbage at the end of the stay. I found it strange.

Staff were all excellent and room had everything needed . We were not in main building but small building opposite with fabulous view over the water with only slight noise problem from road slightly offsetting the view. We would definitely stay again but would say that it needs a refurb and a spruce up.

Nice enough place. We had a garden room which had a nice balcony. Well equipped kitchen and comfy bed. Could do with a fan in the hat though. Special mention to the two ladies on reception. Very helpful and nice. Nelly was particularly helpful when we had a slight issue getting there.

Very well located, where you can cook and sleep well. Parking was easy for free near by, and we could find good coffee and supermarket places. The bed (bunk) for the children can be a little bit claustrophobic for some.

The property is a nice 3 star but clearly not a 4 star as posted on the building. We enjoyed the fact that it was an apartment, although a little outdated. However, no A/C. Its downtown location is perfect to walk to the beach, market and shopping areas.

linen bags I personally don't like having to carry 25 kg of linen on my back across 400 m, and then spend one hour putting the linen on the beds, coming back to the reception because they did not give us the right set, puzzling over which linen goes where, etc. Sure they provide caddies, but they seem to always be taken or in a state of disrepair. I have seen this type of campground-like hotel approach...

Great vacation center! Despite the fact that I inherited the only apartment where the sun is still hidden by a huge tree. A quarter of an hour between two branches around 6:00 p.m. Otherwise the site is perfect and the apartments are perfect. Very pleasant and sunny heated swimming pool. Very friendly and professional reception staff.

The experience was very good regarding the location, cleanliness and staff. The only detail that did not please us was the state of the sofa bed. Not comfortable at all.

For the price it's ok. Air-conditioning is programmed tot return to 24° after a few minutes, old and small bathroom. Friendly staff.

Splendid hotel and well located in old city. The staff were exceptional. Always very friendly and helpful. The English concierge ( who spoke fluent French ) gave us some great tips on nearby restaurants and recommended a wonderful wine tour to the left and right bank which was so informative and personal. Overall the stay was great! Bed was comfortable and the accommodations were great for a hotel in the city. I didn’t rate it 5 stars because the front desk knew that we were parking but didn’t give us the pass to park so we had to paid full price. BUT they did help by comping the next days parking and gave us food recommendations in St Emillion.

The staff in all areas were very attentive. Our room was interesting with a large tub taking up much of the floor space but other than that fantastic. Everything was clean. We enjoyed the turndown service getting fresh towels and minibar restock. Robes and slippers were nice. Breakfast about average for hotels of this class in France. Although they did offer champagne we didn’t see anyone drinking...

The staff was great and the conceierge was extremely helpful in finding us a reputable tour guide to take us around Bordeaux . The guide was a local man who spoke decent English and spent an entire day with us. He was fantastic !!! We loved our stay here and in Bordeaux .

Our experience at the hotel was exceptional. Thus all of the staff was very helpful and polite. The hotel was beautiful. Made recommendations for us and reservations for our dining experience and also transportation they really went above and beyond when we come back to Bordeaux we will definitely stay at the La boutique Hotel and Spa.

We needed a hotel for one night, near Gare St. Jean and this one resuted in a great place. The room is confortable enough for a one night stay, and is really close to the station. The people at the Front Desk was very helpfull and kindness.

Difficult to find the property, Otherwise couldn't fault it.

We just stayed for one night. We used this B&B years ago, and unfortunately, the hotel has dropped in quality. The only thing that is still excellent is the staff! The facilities need some upgrades!

Cheap overnight stay with dogs Cheap place to stay just around the main drag of Bordeaux. Really an over night stop, not much around for food/drink so be prepared to drive or UBER eats delivery. Not a good service We received our room outside hand soap and towels. We didn’t had hand towels or face towels we were 4 and didn’t have enough towels. I told the person at the reception and he told us I will being it to your room. But we when to visit and when we got back the person was gone and no soap or towels.

Nice place to enjoy Bassins. It was great. We enjoyed our stay. I can’t appreciate the breakfast, but it’s the same at every B&B. Other than that, B&B is perfect.

Price. Take that in to account and all is well. No its not the best or classiest or what ever. Its no frills place for you to sleep and shower and have a deccent breakfast in the morning. That is it. I would almost call it a bargain

The owner was nice and helpful, we could borrow umbrellas, he provided a map etc. Breakfast was good (basic stuff such a french baguette, croissant, jam, yoghurt, cheese, juice and some fruits). The B&B was in a very convenient location to walk anywhere. It was close to all the sites and many restaurants. The room was clean and quiet and it was nice to have breakfast before setting off for the day. Delicious croissants!

We were unable to book a disabled room, so we thought we would put up with normal room. This was not a problem until we saw the bathroom in room 303. The shower cubicle would only fit a size 6 and was a waste of time. Went down to reception and a very nice gentleman helped us out and gave us a disabled room out of thin air, when there was not a room available previously. 🤔

Simply a great stay. One of the more modern B&B Hotels. Friendly, helpful and efficient check-in. Modern room with plenty of space and sockets. Good bathroom - nice towels and sheets. Efficient air-conditioning, and I had an impressive view to the south and the Pyrenees. I ate at La Boucherie, about 200 metres away (with a discount for residents of this hotel). Ideal beach location We had an exceptional 2 night stay in this hotel. Our room overlooked the sea which had coloured light in the evening. The view was just stunning. The hotel was clean and the added bonus was very friendly helpful staff.

The local owners are very sweet people, and they're very warm and hospitable: the view is gorgeous, beds comfortable and the bathroom and shower are absolutely gorgeous.

Booked for a one night stay. Within easy walking distance of centre of town and with on site parking. It kinda does what it says on the tin. A bit dated in areas and getting a bit frayed around the edges but comfortable and reasonable value for money.

A bit rustic hotel. For one night this is good. We slept well in terms of bedding. However, the bathroom door did not close. The bed had to be remade a little because the fitted sheet was gone and the duvet was only on one side in the cover. Breakfast is ok. The location is very good, you can leave the car in the hotel parking lot and do a lot on foot.

This hotel have an excellent location (500m from Halles, 800m from center and 1200m from the railway station). Parking in the courtyard is a plus. The welcome was pleasant, and the room and bathroom were spacious. The decoration could be modernised (a matter of taste), but this in no way detracts from the service. I would come back again.
