Nice location, clean and well located right next to Cité du vin. Parking spots nearby are free although not always available. There is a parking garage next to it not too expensive. Hotel rooms are large and with a well equipped kitchenette. It’s A bit outdated but it has been perfect for the price and what we needed.

Good evening. Even if the place is pleasant; It should be noted that it is very difficult to park, the work on rue de Gironde is not helping matters in terms of traffic. Small complaints: strong odors from pipes in the room throughout our stay, the breakfast tables were not cleaned when we went to the restaurant. Finally to close this chapter, our room card had not been scheduled for our second night...

Basically satisfied, the space is relatively large and close to the wine museum.

A nice location right on the river, the room is a good size, but the bathroom was not cleaned sufficiently and the walls were also very dirty.

Spacious and complete room, bathroom with shampoo, gel, hairdryer. Our laundry room was clogged. It was notified and when we returned it was already solved. Against they leave neither cloths, nor scourers nor liquid to wash the crockery... The rooms at first glance were clean. But under the beds...you better not drop anything. Main bed is very comfortable. Extra is big but soft, you sink in the middle

Ok hotel for a family. Hotel in a nice quiet area. Not much to do nearby. But nice with a walk around the small lakes in the evening. Kitchen had what we needed. Nice staff helped with drying rack on request. Good service. Newer neighborhood. 800m to tramway to city center.

It was a pretty good accommodation experience. I had a lot of fun outing. The room was very clean and the staff was very enthusiastic. The breakfast there was also very good. I was very satisfied with the overall effect. The surrounding environment is also very good.

We really liked the possibility of leaving the car in the free car park in the area that closes at night and getting around from there by public transport. The pool was very useful in this very hot month of August and there is a supermarket within the premises in the service area. The room met our expectations and the views of the lake were exceptional. The sunset from the terrace was an ideal end...

location is great. room is spacious with balcony but it's not up to normal hotel cleanliness standard as toilet was a bit smelly while blankets & fitted sheet were not clean for the sofa bed so we had to change. since it's an aparthotel, by default, no tidy up service in room while changing of towels require extra cost

We are in France.. French service. Do not expect much of fitness room. Only moving mashines, nothing else. did not use breakfast. Good location. Room had small kitchen, fridge and washing mashine! with tablets. And it is quite in November.

The location is very convenient. You can take A directly from the airport. The hotel is clean and tidy. The front desk service is super good. It is worth staying. There is a big shopping mall nearby with everything. Very convenient.

In general this hotel is good. Great location, big room, good breakfast. Only one strange thing: they do not clean the rooms and do not change towels if you stay less one week. It is not good idea for 4-star hotel

The rooms are okay , the breakfast is nothing special , when somethings ends you need to wait for 5-10 minutes till someone from the staff notice . The want you to clean the cooking space in the rooms . Overall I don’t recommend.

Julien the night staff member was beyond helpful. A cat was being attacked outside and he came out to help us make sure it was ok (even with a bad hip). He also let us borrow a UK plug adapter when someone in the day said they did not have any. He really went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. 10/10 for Julien. Appart'City is a real value for money. Brilliant location (5 minutes walk to the tram stop that would take you to Bordeaux city centre in a few minutes).. the room is very clean and quiet.. with comfy bed and all the facilities you may need. The staff was lovely.. knowledgeable and friendly.

The room was nice, though a bit dated. However, for the price, it was excellent value. The lobby was pleasant, the staff were friendly, and there was plenty of street parking. However, I felt the check-in time could be more flexible.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Appart’City in lovely Bordeaux! The location is walking distance to everything we wanted to adventure. The room had a stove, dishes, dishwasher, and a refrigerator that was extremely helpful. The customer service of the staff was amazing. Nadiege was extremely welcoming and helpful from fixing our room keys, explaining the services offered on site, and even recommending...

Nice enough place. We had a garden room which had a nice balcony. Well equipped kitchen and comfy bed. Could do with a fan in the hat though. Special mention to the two ladies on reception. Very helpful and nice. Nelly was particularly helpful when we had a slight issue getting there.

Very well located, where you can cook and sleep well. Parking was easy for free near by, and we could find good coffee and supermarket places. The bed (bunk) for the children can be a little bit claustrophobic for some.

The property is a nice 3 star but clearly not a 4 star as posted on the building. We enjoyed the fact that it was an apartment, although a little outdated. However, no A/C. Its downtown location is perfect to walk to the beach, market and shopping areas.

Amazing, friendly service, great, clean rooms with balconies and everything you need to stay in the centre of Biarritz. Very close to all the great restaurants, bars, nightlife, markets and beach. Will stay here again.

The hotel is very well located, with nice decor and very friendly staff. The only negative thing is that the room had a window to an interior part that overlooked the smoke outlet of several restaurants.

Curtains were dirty. Did not like that we had to make our beds on arriving and ***** beds on departure. Lift was not working and we were not advised before arrival. Not great if you have mobility issues

Very compact in a good location. Better suited to 2 people as it would be very tight with 4. Very well kitted out although not sure you need all the kitchenware provided which takes up room in cupboards. Towel packs provided are 1 large + 1 small per person and weren’t changed during our week. If we wanted them to be there was an additional charge per person. Pool area was good but no towels provided...

Very calm location near town center, car rental and train station. The room seemed clean, but as you are responsible for washing the dishes ( machine provided) you never know what the previous guest did. Reception is not open 24/24: it closes even for lunch, so pay attention to your arriving time.

Good for the swimming pool and the location, nothing else

We were there for a week-end and it was perfect. The appart hotel had everything we need. The swimming pool was a real plus. The staff was so nice and also it's in a perfect location.

I loved our stay here, we stayed for two weeks as a family. I worked remotely for the first week and bought a portable WiFi device with me as I wasn't sure how strong the apartment WiFi would be, when doing video calls etc. Their WiFi is ok but not reliable enough to work for a long period of time. Really nice hotel which about 15min walk to the town centre. This is a little shorter when you use the water taxi. La Rochelle is a beautiful town with loads to see and this hotel could be the ideal base for you.

Great vacation center! Despite the fact that I inherited the only apartment where the sun is still hidden by a huge tree. A quarter of an hour between two branches around 6:00 p.m. Otherwise the site is perfect and the apartments are perfect. Very pleasant and sunny heated swimming pool. Very friendly and professional reception staff.

Lovely quiet and peaceful place to stay. The self catering accommodation is well set up, no-one else overlooking you on your terrace. There's a pool, a washing machine place, a spa, and mini golf. It's all very well maintained with very helpful staff.

We had a wonderful time in Odalys. We recommend Odalys for the cleanliness of the houses, the friendliness of the staff, for the amenities. Houses are a little small but very clean and have all the amenities that you will need. Close to town but you need a car as it is on top of a hill and the town is in the valley. Close to a lot of tourist attractions.

We thank the B&B hotel for finding us an arrangement (date change). Very warm welcome from the host present that evening at 10:30 p.m. who was able to manage the multiple setbacks with humor and professionalism. We needed a hotel for one night, near Gare St. Jean and this one resuted in a great place. The room is confortable enough for a one night stay, and is really close to the station. The people at the Front Desk was very helpfull and kindness.

Nice hotel with relaxing lobby. Washrooms could use an update and get rid of the slippery and weird shaped bathtub. As a diamond Accor member I was surprised to find that the welcome drink was limited to one drink, rather than a drink for everyone in the room. Having stayed at hundreds of Accor properties with my family, we see this as a core benefit, and this hotel is one of the only I have come across to not give a welcome drink per person. The staff explained it was at the hotel discretion, which I understand...

Pleasant and spacious room for a classic (plenty space to lay dog bed on floor); well cleaned and kept by Clotilde. Food was quite nice at the restaurant (very good option and it is open and serves until 10pm after a late check-in) and breakfast was quite reasonable. Shame air conditioning was not working as air was bit stale on room. But nothing that opening window for little while didn’t solve this...

Price. Take that in to account and all is well. No its not the best or classiest or what ever. Its no frills place for you to sleep and shower and have a deccent breakfast in the morning. That is it. I would almost call it a bargain

Very nice hotel, easy parking and nice rooms

We were unable to book a disabled room, so we thought we would put up with normal room. This was not a problem until we saw the bathroom in room 303. The shower cubicle would only fit a size 6 and was a waste of time. Went down to reception and a very nice gentleman helped us out and gave us a disabled room out of thin air, when there was not a room available previously. 🤔

We just stayed for one night. We used this B&B years ago, and unfortunately, the hotel has dropped in quality. The only thing that is still excellent is the staff! The facilities need some upgrades!

Not a good service We received our room outside hand soap and towels. We didn’t had hand towels or face towels we were 4 and didn’t have enough towels. I told the person at the reception and he told us I will being it to your room. But we when to visit and when we got back the person was gone and no soap or towels.

Our stay was comfortable, as usually at B&B hotels. The room was not very big but it was clean and comfortable, above all the mattress, the pillow was a bit too low for my husband (as usual, as well) but I found it ok. Breakfast was very good as well. Our stay was very satisfying.

The hotel is very close to the A 630 and 15 minutes from the most touristic area of Bordeaux. We stayed in a family room and the children loved their mezzanine. We were very lucky with the room's view of the lake. lovely hotel employees. Breakfast is worth it. The wifi did not give us any problem. Perfect for a one or two night stopover.

Easy stay as always. Welcome excellent & very friendly & helpful re places to eat. Only issue was breakfast...I had it early...first in... & bacon was cold & had to ask for milk as jug was empty. This is not usual for B&B...as was proved by my stay in Calais following this stay.

The local owners are very sweet people, and they're very warm and hospitable: the view is gorgeous, beds comfortable and the bathroom and shower are absolutely gorgeous.

Rooms with sea view are wonderful. We love this area. We love the sandy beach with the sea close by, and the coastal walks.

First class location on the sea front. Well decorated rooms and public areas. Friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. A jacket was accidentally left in the wardrobe and it was immediately posted to us.

A bit rustic hotel. For one night this is good. We slept well in terms of bedding. However, the bathroom door did not close. The bed had to be remade a little because the fitted sheet was gone and the duvet was only on one side in the cover. Breakfast is ok. The location is very good, you can leave the car in the hotel parking lot and do a lot on foot.

This hotel have an excellent location (500m from Halles, 800m from center and 1200m from the railway station). Parking in the courtyard is a plus. The welcome was pleasant, and the room and bathroom were spacious. The decoration could be modernised (a matter of taste), but this in no way detracts from the service. I would come back again.
