It was a pretty good accommodation experience. I had a lot of fun outing. The room was very clean and the staff was very enthusiastic. The breakfast there was also very good. I was very satisfied with the overall effect. The surrounding environment is also very good.

We really liked the possibility of leaving the car in the free car park in the area that closes at night and getting around from there by public transport. The pool was very useful in this very hot month of August and there is a supermarket within the premises in the service area. The room met our expectations and the views of the lake were exceptional. Great, big rooms with bathroom and small kitchen. Air condition available. We also had big balcony with chairs and table, big window and great view to the lake. I didn't use pool, but it was avaliable to use also. Good service. Highly recommend.

I loved our stay here, we stayed for two weeks as a family. I worked remotely for the first week and bought a portable WiFi device with me as I wasn't sure how strong the apartment WiFi would be, when doing video calls etc. Their WiFi is ok but not reliable enough to work for a long period of time. Really nice hotel which about 15min walk to the town centre. This is a little shorter when you use the water taxi. La Rochelle is a beautiful town with loads to see and this hotel could be the ideal base for you.

Great Location. Just a short walk to town centre. Decent pool. Good amenities. We had a family room so it was nice to cook some breakfast and an evening snack for the kids. Its not a 5 star hotel with all the bells and whistles but it is reallyfuctional, polite staff, great location and super air conditioning (this was a godsend). Would recommend and will be back!!

One week holiday in La Rochelle The hotel is situated in a quiet area, close to the old port, about 10 mins walk to terasses and restaurants, 20mins walk to the train station. There is a Carrefour 5 mins walk from the hotel which was handy. Nice location, clean and well located right next to Cité du vin. Parking spots nearby are free although not always available. There is a parking garage next to it not too expensive. Hotel rooms are large and with a well equipped kitchenette. It’s A bit outdated but it has been perfect for the price and what we needed.

Location is good, just a short tram ride from the downtown core, and an easy walk from the tram stop. Service was great at the hotel as well, and the rooms were fine...except that it smelled bad from time to time and the shower was not properly angled, and water went all over the floor when you used it. Hard to recommend given these issues.

Good evening. Even if the place is pleasant; It should be noted that it is very difficult to park, the work on rue de Gironde is not helping matters in terms of traffic. Small complaints: strong odors from pipes in the room throughout our stay, the breakfast tables were not cleaned when we went to the restaurant. Finally to close this chapter, our room card had not been scheduled for our second night...

Basically satisfied, the space is relatively large and close to the wine museum.

I used this hotel for the second time...I used it to rest because in Bordeaux I am on the middle of my travel and this hotel is a really great solution in terms of quality price. Really have the perfect features for me and my family. Probably was not my last stay in here!

A nice location right on the river, the room is a good size, but the bathroom was not cleaned sufficiently and the walls were also very dirty.

The hotel is very well located, with nice decor and very friendly staff. The only negative thing is that the room had a window to an interior part that overlooked the smoke outlet of several restaurants.

To be honest I didn't know Adagio, but it was a great surprise! Perfect location in order to get to the city center by walking. Spacious and clean room and comfortable bed. At the reception people were kind and helpful and I much appreciated it. I would suggest it for sure for your stay in Bordeaux!

Bright studio apartment with no overlooking neighbors. Separate toilet. Separate shower and bathtub. Small kitchenette. It would have been nice to have coffee pods.

The location is good, in the city center. Although it's an apartment-style hotel, the dishes in the cupboards were poorly clean, and there was even an unpleasant odor coming from the cupboards – a real shame!

The residence itself look quite old, rooms are kind of clean but not really. It was somehow a bit smelly (old building), and our room was not renovated. The people at the reception was very nice. The room we had with a third bed for child - the room was way too small for this and hot and stuffy , ok as a double - not ok as a family room . This is a cheap place. You get what you pay for. Room was clean. Shower wouldn't stay pointing anywhere except at the wall.

The area is amazing. The apartment was nice but on the street side so very loud. You need to keep door open though cause it would get hot and there was no fan. There was construction going on so that got loud at around 9:15 in the morning. The elevators were very frustrating. The management company staff was really nice though.

Nice accommodations. They have rooms looking at the sea. The rooms are functional and simple. mine did not have air conditioning but it was fine. Sunsets are gorgeous here.

The photo showed a bathtub, but there wasn't one. The location was great, within walking distance to the city center, and the service was okay. The fridge was a bit noisy and there was a fan above the kitchen, which made it a little hard to sleep, but otherwise, everything was fine.

I stayed at this aparthotel for six nights in July 2025. It was my third stay at this well located accomodation which was especially well priced this year. Room was dated, woodchip wall paper, needed a refresh, door handle fell off the inside of the door and there was black mould in the bathroom shower. Didn’t use the swimming pool as it was too far away from the main building. Only 2 small toilet rolls provided for a weeks stay, room wasn't cleaned daily like in other hotels. No complimentary tea bags or coffee in room.

We chose this aparthotel because of the pool since we were traveling with children, but it's in a communal area and not child-friendly.

Very warm welcome from the host present that evening at 10:30 p.m. who was able to manage the multiple setbacks with humor and professionalism. We needed a hotel for one night, near Gare St. Jean and this one resuted in a great place. The room is confortable enough for a one night stay, and is really close to the station. The people at the Front Desk was very helpfull and kindness.

Paul R. from concierge was amazing. He planned our upscale trip to Medoc region and also scrambled to set up a great day for us in St. Emillion. We could not have done it without him. We highly recommend this hotel for their customer service and location.

Splendid hotel and well located in old city. The staff were exceptional. Always very friendly and helpful. The English concierge ( who spoke fluent French ) gave us some great tips on nearby restaurants and recommended a wonderful wine tour to the left and right bank which was so informative and personal. Overall the stay was great! Bed was comfortable and the accommodations were great for a hotel in the city. I didn’t rate it 5 stars because the front desk knew that we were parking but didn’t give us the pass to park so we had to paid full price. BUT they did help by comping the next days parking and gave us food recommendations in St Emillion.

The staff in all areas were very attentive. Our room was interesting with a large tub taking up much of the floor space but other than that fantastic. Everything was clean. We enjoyed the turndown service getting fresh towels and minibar restock. Robes and slippers were nice. Breakfast about average for hotels of this class in France. The staff was great and the conceierge was extremely helpful in finding us a reputable tour guide to take us around Bordeaux . The guide was a local man who spoke decent English and spent an entire day with us. He was fantastic !!! We loved our stay here and in Bordeaux .

Our experience at the hotel was exceptional. Thus all of the staff was very helpful and polite. The hotel was beautiful. Made recommendations for us and reservations for our dining experience and also transportation they really went above and beyond when we come back to Bordeaux we will definitely stay at the La boutique Hotel and Spa.

Nice place to enjoy Bassins. It was great. We enjoyed our stay. I can’t appreciate the breakfast, but it’s the same at every B&B. Other than that, B&B is perfect.

Price. Take that in to account and all is well. No its not the best or classiest or what ever. Its no frills place for you to sleep and shower and have a deccent breakfast in the morning. That is it. I would almost call it a bargain

Difficult to find the property, Otherwise couldn't fault it.

We just stayed for one night. We used this B&B years ago, and unfortunately, the hotel has dropped in quality. The only thing that is still excellent is the staff! The facilities need some upgrades!

Cheap overnight stay with dogs Cheap place to stay just around the main drag of Bordeaux. Really an over night stop, not much around for food/drink so be prepared to drive or UBER eats delivery. Not a good service We received our room outside hand soap and towels. We didn’t had hand towels or face towels we were 4 and didn’t have enough towels. I told the person at the reception and he told us I will being it to your room. But we when to visit and when we got back the person was gone and no soap or towels.

Nice, clean and quiet…downside is it’s not close to the center of town…had to drive for shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was very nice and the parking was free. Rooms are on the small side..bathrooms really small. Good place if you are doing day trips out of Pau.

Very nice hotel, easy parking and nice rooms

We were unable to book a disabled room, so we thought we would put up with normal room. This was not a problem until we saw the bathroom in room 303. The shower cubicle would only fit a size 6 and was a waste of time. Went down to reception and a very nice gentleman helped us out and gave us a disabled room out of thin air, when there was not a room available previously. 🤔

Simply a great stay. One of the more modern B&B Hotels. Friendly, helpful and efficient check-in. Modern room with plenty of space and sockets. Good bathroom - nice towels and sheets. Ideal beach location We had an exceptional 2 night stay in this hotel. Our room overlooked the sea which had coloured light in the evening. The view was just stunning. The hotel was clean and the added bonus was very friendly helpful staff.

The local owners are very sweet people, and they're very warm and hospitable: the view is gorgeous, beds comfortable and the bathroom and shower are absolutely gorgeous.

Rooms with sea view are wonderful. We love this area. We love the sandy beach with the sea close by, and the coastal walks.

First class location on the sea front. Well decorated rooms and public areas. Friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. A jacket was accidentally left in the wardrobe and it was immediately posted to us.

Booked for a one night stay. Within easy walking distance of centre of town and with on site parking. It kinda does what it says on the tin. A bit dated in areas and getting a bit frayed around the edges but comfortable and reasonable value for money.

A bit rustic hotel. For one night this is good. We slept well in terms of bedding. However, the bathroom door did not close. The bed had to be remade a little because the fitted sheet was gone and the duvet was only on one side in the cover. Breakfast is ok. The location is very good, you can leave the car in the hotel parking lot and do a lot on foot.

This hotel have an excellent location (500m from Halles, 800m from center and 1200m from the railway station). Parking in the courtyard is a plus. The welcome was pleasant, and the room and bathroom were spacious. The decoration could be modernised (a matter of taste), but this in no way detracts from the service. I would come back again.
