Sure Hotel by Best Western Biarritz Aeroport, Biarritz1 / 50

Aquitaine, Biarritz, 24 Bis Boulevard Marcel Dassault 🧭 Map
Room a little old-fashioned, good breakfast and very welcoming staff.
The room was rather clean. The personnel was friendly and helpful. The toilet stopped flushing, we informed the reception about this and were given a neihboring room with a working toilet immediately. The location is 5 minutes walking from the airport which was quite useful for us (we rented a car at the airport the next day). Price/quality ratio is well balanced.
The hotel was great, we really liked it. The only problem was the factt that there is no elevator.
The bathroom was nicer than I expected.
Clean. A little old. Friendly staff
Conveniently close to Biarritz Airport.Standard room was small and functional. No fridge or microwave.Hotel clerk was outstanding.Friendly and welcoming.

My first stay at the hotel, for three nights - such a beautiful and charming place. I would definitely stay again. Helpful and courteous staff, who spoke very clear French (even I could understand it). We had a huge room with a sea view. Breakfast in the rotunda was superb - a massive selection of food, in great surroundings. I loved the dramatic atmosphere of the cocktail lounge which also had a great...
As the hotel was originally built by Napoleon III for his empress, it carries great historical significance and an exceptional sense of luxury. This is truly what one would call a “luxury hotel.” Moreover, the spa and hotel facilities are excellent, and I felt that even during the off-season or in less favorable weather, guests can fully enjoy their stay at the hotel. It was truly a wonderful property
It was our third stay at this hotel, and once again everything was absolutely wonderful. We arrived without a prior reservation, yet Álvaro at the reception kindly assisted us and found the perfect rooms for our needs. His professionalism, warmth, and attention made us feel welcome from the very first moment. Thank you for such excellent service — we truly appreciated it and will definitely come back
Come to the Brasserie for dinner. It doesn’t disappoint. Especially if you dine on the terrace or window side. I stayed here a few years back, and the room was lovely, breakfast exquisite. I came back just to dine this last summer and the terrace at sunset was incredible! Definitely worth a visit while in Biarritz!
What a special experience. We had Brunch on Sunday and what a fantastic experience. We were greeted and served by a wonderful team and the food was outstanding. Carla, Romain, Amory and M Griffon were the members of staff we met but we could see that this was such a well run Restaurant!. If you want an out of World experience then I would highly recommend a Sunday here.
The high end of hotels. Expect $1K per day. Sunday brunch is fantastic. Service is impeccable. Best to know some French. About half of the staff are not conversant in English.

Quality for money. The staff were very nice and friendly. I’ll recommend it anytime,
A well located hotel that's easily accessible to Bordeaux city. The shower room could be better though. Excellent breakfast and the staff are friendly
The facilities were clean and tidy, although a bit overpriced in comparison to the actual amenities. Very helpful and accommodating staff!
I am satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel and the politeness and friendliness of the staff. The location is far to go to the center.
Great location The garage for the cars was very narrow and awkward.

Sofitel Biarritz - July 2025 Overall the hotel was quite nice. Our room was clean and comfortable, all amenities you need for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful when checking-in. The outdoor pool was also clean. Generally, the hotel was showing signs of needing some refreshing (e.g. rust and peeling paint). Unfortunately we had a very disappointing experience at the spa and would...
the facade of the hotel looks unique and easy access to the beach. good for couple or family stay. staff are friendly.
Thanks for the wonderful stay. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful place right on the water. The bedding was luxurious.
The hotel is located in a beautiful position in fantastic city. Very nice place meet a little refurbishing. The room was very good very clean. It was warm and their air conditioning was shut down in the whole building except in the lobby.
The area is absolutely beautiful the location the hotel is excellent however I think needs some keep up. The whole structure is getting old and needs some maintenance. The parking it cost €30 a day.

The hotel is not big, the location is convenient, it is not bad for a one-night stop on a business trip, the staff are very friendly
The hotel is well located near public transportation and walking distance from the city famous places. The room is spacious and confortable. It was recently refurbished, but some appliances (e. g. lights) were not working. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the stay.
Convenient, clean, and convenient for business. There is an Auchan supermarket nearby. It is only about one kilometer to the Grand Theatre. It is very convenient. Bordeaux is a place worth staying and visiting for a week.

This is the budget Ibis so don't expect much. Room was tiny but cosy. Bathroom super small but has a loo, shower and tiny sink that splashes water everywhere. Don't bother with the breakfast though. Weak coffee, toast and croissant. Museli tastes like shredded cardboard. Dining room doubles as reception and corridor.

Great central location, staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were decent, only reason not 5 star is due to ineffective air conditioning for me! Otherwise, great hotel.

Great breakfast, warm welcome, clean and well-soundproofed room. However, the pool we'd hoped for wasn't functional, there wasn't enough toilet paper for four people, no air conditioning (or was it non-functional?), and the shower drain was very limited, resulting in a minor flood...
Simple, high-quality, high-standard design, configuration and maintenance, efficient and professional team, patiently answering questions, enthusiastically helping to solve problems, safe and secure, ample parking, less than 5 minutes by tram line C station, 15 minutes by car to major attractions, affordable prices, very convenient, the best choice for self-driving tours in Bordeaux.
Hôtel is located very close by the tramway terminus. The parking is big and closed As for the hotel, the rooms are nice and comfortable The restaurant offers a big and diverse buffet The gym is small and you have to ask reception for the key to use it Overall, nice hotel for a 2-3 days stay
🟢 The location was very convenient and easy to travel around. We parked there and then used the tramway to get around. Convenient and easy. The inside of the building looks fresh and good. The rooms were quite big so we could spread everywhere. Surprised to see the toilets and showers separated, but enjoyable. The hotel is by the Bordeaux Lake, with direct access by light rail. As it is far from the city, the convenience is average. I stayed here when I came to Bordeaux to run the Medoc Red Wine Marathon (the starting point of the marathon shuttle bus), so during the marathon, the prices here and the Pullman opposite...
It is very clean and the restaurant is of a high standard. I was surprised that you need a password to enter and exit the hotel, which was inconvenient at first, but it can also be said that security is high.

Little bit far from center but nice stay ifyou can walk
The hotel itself is quite close to the train and bus station in Bordeaux but it is a bit far to the center. But there is public transportation in front of the hotel. Since it is a busy hotel, I could not get my room after 15:00 but ask the reception to check if they can give you another one. The room itself is quite clean and spacious. The breakfast is average in variety but enough.
Modern hotel close to the city centre. Unfortunately the two young front desk male attendants who work in the mornings do require some retraining with respect to communication. I came down into the lobby to ask for more toilet paper at 6.30am, we had run out and my partner wanted to use the toilet. One of the front desk male attendants said "No problems, we will give housekeeping a call and they...
Overall, we had a good experience. The room quality was not bad - clean and featuring large windows. However, we were disappointed that the hotel staff did not remind us about the breakfast included in our booking even if we asked during check-in. Aside from that, everything else was great.
When we went to breakfast, we were asked two questions, if you are poor and can't afford to pay that amount, go to that part and if you can afford to pay more go to the other part, I have never heard of this model before, it felt like you are being treated discriminated ag

Excellent Stay – Special Thanks to the Front Desk! Our experience at Pullman Bordeaux was fantastic. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable, but what truly stood out was the warm and professional welcome we received at check-in. A special thank you to the lady at the reception—she was incredibly helpful, kind, and made us feel right at home from the very start. Highly recommended! Thx!

Really great, price quality top, service as well. Room preheated. Wonderful job guys!
The room was comfortable and the staff were welcoming. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed as it was a Sunday but there were establishments within walking distance. More importantly for me was that the hotel is pet friendly. I was surprised that there was a charge to park.

House keeping did not replenish black tea and enough cream despite requesting on 2 occasions. In a family room for 3, only 2 bottles of water and 2 chocolates were left each day. Because we were a couple, one adult and two children, we couldn't fit into a regular room, so we booked a suite. The exterior is beautiful, in the bustling area of Bordeaux. However, we were given a second-floor suite. Anyone who's stayed in an old European hotel knows that the second floor was originally a warehouse, with low ceilings and small windows. Beautiful hotel in the perfect location with nice view of Cite Du Vin.  Only 20~30 mins to Margaux and also close to the Bordeaux city center too !  What most attractive is that the Cite du vin is right in front of the hotel. And the staffs are super efficient and friendly too !
A very satisfying stay. I have always liked the authenticity of Ctrip reviews for so many years. I hope I can stick to this. I am very satisfied with the hotel's facilities, hygiene, environment and services.
Friendly and polite staff, very helpful throughout our stay. However, the room was not clean, and something was biting and irritating us, which made the stay uncomfortable and needs urgent attention. On a positive note, the hotel amenities and restaurants are excellent, with a great breakfast selection and a quality Italian restaurant.
The room is very clean, and the service is very considerate! The location is also good
We originally booked 2 nights at this hotel but needed to change it to 1 night. Both the app and website didn't allow it, so had to phone the hotel. Nice location and spacious Wonderful location. Nice spacious room. Clean. View from room was good.
Beautiful location right next to a surfing beach. Have no fears about being on the first floor as every floor has a great view due to the height of the building. As its a residence and not a hotel dont expect daily cleaning but more of a condo feel.
Check in was fast and easy, parking right outside the building, views of the bay from our balcony, easy walk to shops and all manner of cafes. Beach is also an easy walk. Prepare to climb hills, wear comfy shoes.
Amazing place! Exceeded our expectations. The apartment was well equipped, in a fantastic location with a beautiful view of the Côte des Basques. Would return in a heart beat.
