I never got to terms with Pau as a town - August is not the time to go I learnt - but the hotel is pleasant, and the staff at reception and in the restaurants are helpful, polite and efficient. On that basis I would happily come back to the hotel and recommend it.

Overall the stay was great! Bed was comfortable and the accommodations were great for a hotel in the city. I didn’t rate it 5 stars because the front desk knew that we were parking but didn’t give us the pass to park so we had to paid full price. BUT they did help by comping the next days parking and gave us food recommendations in St Emillion.

My friend booked a room on the same day for 500 yuan cheaper than me and included breakfast. I feel like I got a bad deal by booking in advance. The hotel does not have free parking, which was not beyond my expectations.

It's very close to the train station, just a few minutes' walk, perfect for catching an early train. It's about a 10-15 minute drive from the city center. Overall, the rooms are relatively spacious but comfortable. If you don't like red wine, I wouldn't recommend the medieval town. Room wasn’t ready before 3:00 pm even though the front desk said it was vacant. We watched other guests receive immediate access before 3:00. Dirty torn faded carpet with wet spots. A very new and upscale French hotel, living up to the Renaissance brand. The rooms were new, and the amenities were excellent, especially the body lotion and conditioner. The bedding was also very comfortable. The hotel has a bar with panoramic views of Bordeaux at night. The breakfast was plentiful and of high quality. However, the receptionist was a bit arrogant and didn't explain the parking...

Bathrobe and hotel slippers are not free of charge. You have to request them for 5euros.

The room was clean and hygienic, and the location was excellent, near the wine museum. Public transport trams were available outside, providing easy access to the city center, and parking was also nearby for those driving.

The location is right next to the museum, with a food court downstairs that's very busy during meal times. It's also conveniently located by tram, with only 4 or 5 stops to the city in 20 minutes. When I arrived in Paris, I realized I had left my computer at the hotel, so they sent it to my Paris hotel the next day. Great!

Most recommend one in 波尔多. The room is big and clean, it also have a sofa besides the window, the totilet is big! Stuff is good

Bedroom layout. Including a sofa meant bed was too close to bathroom doors. Having a separate toilet, means you have to walk round to wash hands. Bath very slippery. Access & egress could be dangerous for the less agile. No continental breakfast is worth 19Euro. On the positive, the room had a coffee machine and kettle. The hotel was clean and very comfortable and the front desk staff was extremely helpful through the trip. They let us keep one of rooms for a late check out so we could sneak in a little more shopping & lunch before driving home. But perhaps the best thing was the location- can’t be beat! Across the street from Les Halles market and a block from great bd and clothes shopping.

Great hotel. & dog friendly. Good location in old town lots of bars and restaurants. Overnight stop over travelling through to southern Spain. Had a really top class meal in on-site restaurant. Will definitely use this hotel as our regular stop off. Underground car park had a height restriction of 1.85 bit tight turns with 4x4 but manageable

Stayed there several times when it was Radisson. Very nice renovation done. Hotel has a ver good location with view on Cote des Basques and walking distance to downtown. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel during our family's stopover. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-located, perfect for a stopover. The double bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. The only minor issue was the sofa bed mattress, which wasn't comfortable, but otherwise, the overall experience was very positive.

Short stay pleasant hotel We stayed at the hotel twice (2 separate nights) for the purpose of being near the airport. It was value for money, clean and quiet. Easy to get into the city centre by the nearby tram. We also ate lunch at the steak restaurant next door which was pleasant.

Nice hotel, BUT... Stayed overnight in one of the suites, paid a holding deposit of 100 Euros on a debit card. On checkout we settled the bill in full and told the holding deposit wiuld be redunded in the next 7 days. This never happened even after sending 5 emails, direct to the hotel and through this app! I had to get my card issuer involved to resolve this a month on. For this reason I cannot recommend...
