Cit'hotel Atlantis in Royan

Great location. Wonderful, friendly staff who were very willing to help. We have some basic French but they also spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful. Rooms are clean and functional. Only slight negative: room got quite stuffy at night and aircon did not turn on. All and all a lovely stay. Would come here again.

Clean friendly staff on street parking which was the only issue

This hotel was real discovery for me. Since I was need to stay for a night in Royan not all hotels in Royan can propose check in after 7 p.m. The Cit’Hotel Atlantis was that ideal opportunity for me. Rooms very clean and modern. The bath room was just amazing. I haven’t time to explore the breakfast, so I can’t say anything about that. The woman at reception was very polite.
I definitely recommend it.

The best value for money (in the category) in the area got even better this year with fully refurbished rooms (wide beds 160cm, rain showers). Great location (walking distance from the beach and downtown which is great and extremely convenient in July / August when the area is a huge traffic jam), clean (no stuffy or moist smell all year long which is NOT the case of most competitors even in much higher categories - experienced for the last 50 years), quiet, separate restrooms, quality wifi in all rooms, no carpet in rooms which is great for people with allergies, amazing staff, very highly recommended indeed.
BTW you can have breakfast on site, even though I did not try it, it seems really nice with home made pastries

Quirky, clean, great location and lovely staff.

We were placed on the third floor, not very convenient as there was no lift and I am nearly 80 and have medical problems. The internet did not work in our room which was inconvenient. On the plus side, the place was very clean, ideally situated for the beach and entertainments, and the proprietor was very charming and helpful.

Comfortable bed but old bathroom. Nice hosting.
