You go there for a value hotel. The rooms and the bathroom are very small. But it was clean. And the aircon was well working. The beds are not very comfortable unfortunately. They are quiet hard. The rooms need some renovation. The hotel is updated. But it was quiet and again you go there for a cheap price. The staff was friendly. Parking on the street is difficult the hotel has a underground garage...

Rooms are small, but good value for money. Perfect location, city center and other parts are easily accesible with public transportation. Free games at the lobby, good breakfast for 14€, friendly, helpful staff, indoor and outdoor breakfast area. Only downside: some homeless guys living next to main hotel entrance.

It's a remote and simple place, and it's hard to find a hotel. I can only trust the Ibis chain brand. The price is not cheap. It's a bit like a motel. It's just a place to stay. Fortunately, the environment is clean and sanitary.

I had a great night's sleep. The room was well-located with an amazing view. It was also very well soundproofed, which was perfect for optimal rest. I would definitely go back.

Arrived early so room not ready but very accommodating & able to store luggage to use the facilities. Free cold water available at machines, still & sparkling. A glass bottle supplied in the room to refill when necessary. Lovely balcony & beautiful views. Loungers available at the beach until 6pm. Overall a lovely place to relax & enjoy the surroundings.

The resort needs a refresh. The walls in the rooms are scratched, door frames chipped, curtains in the shower old. The outside of the building too - not well maintained: a lot of rust everywhere, elevator glass door is cracked. It will be a great place of someone pits a bit of work to refresh it.

My bride and I were celebrating 50 years since our first date this same week and several hotels we planned to stay at were full but this one still had rooms. We were somewhat reluctant at first because of the whole disco and Disney character theme but everyone we met made our stay memorable in deeply personal ways. The brunch was also extraordinary.

Located within a short driving distance from town, but hardly anything from a short walking distance. Room size was OK, and everything was working. Like that there's a dispenser in the lobby where we can get aerated water. Ample parking fee for a reasonable daily cost.

The odd numbered rooms are next to the noisy train that runs multiple times a night. In hot weather you must chose between discomfort and hearing frequent trains clattering by.

This is a neat and funky place to stay. The bread at breakfast was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It's right next to a railway. The soundproofing is OK. There are 2 doors on the balcony. There is no TV in the room, no slippers, no toiletries, only body soap and shampoo, and no paper cups. You can ask the bar for free hot water. If you pay on Ctrip, the front desk cannot issue an invoice. There is a front desk who speaks a little Chinese. I got a room for disabled people without asking for it, which is good, given the fact that the regular rooms are tiny.

A classic Ibis hotel with straightforward access from the motorway. Clean room and bathroom. Bed of good quality, new furniture in the room.Check in and out processes was good and efficient. In summary, a good hotel for business purposes or for travelling to the ski resorts.

This is a pretty standard 3* hotel. It's clean, it's tidy, the bathroom is very basic and the staff are very nice and extremely helpful. It's in a very good location, easy to get to and easy to go to other places. Recommend it if you needed some peace and quiet to work.

The bathroom was really small. Only one set of towels for 2 people. No coffee or tea making facilities. Bed mattress was like a topper, and all bedding was plastic lined so very hot and uncomfortable. 12€ for unsecured parking. Perfect location for visiting Star Music and eating at Carnagie Hall! The staff were very friendly, the Ibis Comfort room was great, and having on-site parking was a major plus. Highly recommended for a convenient and comfortable stay.

Looking at the hotel from the outside may give the wrong impression. You can expect a super friendly and committed staff. Small but very clean and comfortable rooms. Since the "old" Ibis times breakfast has evolved to a full offer of fresh products nicely displayed. You would definitely not expect such a good experience looking at the price, hotel class and the outer look.

Room with a balcony and a magnificent mountain view. The room was spotless, as were the sauna and steam room. Not a hair out of place! The staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was extra, but well worth it. You can also enjoy mountain views from the dining room. A lovely place to stay!

Great stay on the TMB. Our room for 3 was very small but we managed and the hotel is lovely and accommodating for walkers on the TMB. Very good breakfast. Depending on which route you are taking, the trail up to Le Flagere was only metres away.

We stayed at this hotel on our route of the TMB. It was luxurious and a lovely location, they have upgraded the facilities and it was all quite lovely. The sauna was not working, but the steam room was fantastic. Restaurant downstairs was fully booked before our arrival. Also, if this is something that matters to you, I suggest making a reservation ahead of time.

2 nights stay in a road-trip to Provence. The hotel was right in the centre with excellent parking. And the staff were fabulous. But the overall shabbiness of the property was disheartening. At almost twice the price of the previous nights’ spotless and spacious Adagio in Dijon - it felt that some of the profit could be channeled into renovations.

I rate Hôtel d'Angleterre Grenoble Centre a “5”, not because it is a “great” hotel, but because it is very good - and a very good value for the dollar (Euro).
