The hotel is at 33rd floor of a high-rise building and quite close to the train station. There are such nice views from the room, as a chain hotel the amnities are quite good but would have wanted a proper coffee machine. The bed and the linens are confortable and soft. The room was quite clean.

Magnifique view from the room to overlook the Lyon city. However, the bathroom drainage needs some improvement, otherwise water from shower tends to flow out onto the carpet of room. Food of Breakfast was alright, but with good services and great view.

Overall, it was good, but the water heating in the room was too old; the running water made a constant noise all night, making it hard to fall asleep. Since we arrived so late, we didn't consider changing rooms, figuring out that all water heating systems here are probably similar.

The location was fantastic, very central. Great entertainment. Breakfast was fantastic but other food options were limited. We were close to external restaurants but we were tired and cold and would’ve liked more healthier options at the hotel. The heating didn’t work in our room, service did come and attempt to fix it, we thought it was fixed but it wasn’t, it was very cold.

The staff are all very nice. The facilities are old but for a European hotel, they are well equipped. Water pressure is also sufficient. The Perrier, juice and snacks in the room fridge are free. Rooms are small, but good value for money. Perfect location, city center and other parts are easily accesible with public transportation. Free games at the lobby, good breakfast for 14€, friendly, helpful staff, indoor and outdoor breakfast area. Only downside: some homeless guys living next to main hotel entrance.

It's a remote and simple place, and it's hard to find a hotel. I can only trust the Ibis chain brand. The price is not cheap. It's a bit like a motel. It's just a place to stay. Fortunately, the environment is clean and sanitary.

Arrived early so room not ready but very accommodating & able to store luggage to use the facilities. Free cold water available at machines, still & sparkling. A glass bottle supplied in the room to refill when necessary. Lovely balcony & beautiful views. Loungers available at the beach until 6pm. Overall a lovely place to relax & enjoy the surroundings.

The resort needs a refresh. The walls in the rooms are scratched, door frames chipped, curtains in the shower old. The outside of the building too - not well maintained: a lot of rust everywhere, elevator glass door is cracked. It will be a great place of someone pits a bit of work to refresh it.

Hotel was good, close to public transport and plenty of bars and restaurants. Unfortunately we were in the ‘Cinema Room’, which had no external windows. We couldn’t get fresh air into the room and the aircon wasn’t enough to get rid of the humid air after showers. Also, there was no fridge in the room - you had to leave any food items with the concierge on the ground floor

The hotel is new and has excellent facilities. The hotel staff are friendly and professional, and the cleanliness is also very good. There aren't many amenities nearby, but it's very conveniently located near the subway.

After a rocky start in Chamonix (in different accommodation) we then had the best 24hrs of our trip around France during our stay here! Chamonix is absolutely stunning and after the day hiking, the spa area was so perfect to relax and unwind. Would 100% come back and stay in this hotel, it was perfect

I enjoyed my visit. The breakfast was superb with many many choices. The spa was also a nice place to relax at the end of the day. I only gave it a nine out of 10 because I had to keep getting them to fix my key card it stopped working four times. It was a minor inconvenience as it was fixed quickly each time. Overall, I liked the hotel. There's private underground parking for 16 euros. The S1 bus goes directly from the hotel to the city center and the old town. The rooms are small but comfortable. The train station is very close by taxi, and the room is of domestic chain standard. The room is OK, but the elevator is very narrow, only two people and two suitcases can fit in without turning around. The hotel service is good, and the breakfast variety is not large. Overall, I am satisfied!

This is an excellent airport hotel in Clermont Ferrand however expect lots of cigarette smoke in the hallways.

I liked it had shuttle service to the airport. While I mentioned this was important at check in, I wasn’t told I needed to place a reservation for the shuttle. I did get on the shuttle by luck. It is a nice hotel with a lovely lobby.
