We have been three time in this place, in three years, and we love it more each time. Perfectly suitable for all, families, and couples and groups of friends.

This hotel is a good choice for family especially with kids because it’s connected to the largest spa and waterpark Aquapark. For hotel guests is complimentary and it’s big place with indoor and outdoors pools. Just arrived back home from a week at Ecrin Blanc… what a fantastic week it was. The staff in the restaurant were exceptional. The access to the waterpark was so convenient. The hotel itself is beautiful - our room had amazing views . Will definitely return.

Good hotel. Spacious and clean rooms with good shower and bathroom. Gym was ok, but bar seemed closed for much of trip and surrounding area lacked an equivalent once back from the city (which was only 15 mins by bus away so was not a big issue).

I know this hotel well, staying regularly every year in their studios, which are impeccable, but I'd like to draw attention to two significant flaws: 1/ Weak Wi-Fi: Their Wi-Fi has been poor for years, and nothing has been done to improve it. 2/ The restaurant is closed on Sundays: an absurdity in a 4-star hotel!!

Hotel is about a 25 minute walk out of town along the lake but the walk is truly wonderful as there is the lake and the mountains to gawk at along the way. The hotel is very modern and new. The rooms have big patios. The room was clean and comfortable. The bar is enticing as is the pool and heated pool. I would definitely stay here again.

It was great! The vibe, the decor, areas within the property. Breakfast a must have. The minus is the shower, small, very small, but not enough to change my opinion that is a place to stay.

The breakfast was amazing, they had a good restaurant and bar. My only complaint is with the room. The bathroom smelled like mildew all the time. The shower is an open concept, and it gets a good portion of the bathroom all wet. The room was very dark, it had very little lighting so it was hard to see clearly putting on makeup of finding articles in your luggage.

Spend 3 nights with family. Beautiful and fun hotel. Lots of food options and entertainment. Ski shop for rentals and ski passes is a huge bonus. Few min walk to downtown village and all the shopping and restaurants.

The staff were so helpful gave great advice and seemed genuinely happy to be there and made any reasonable accommodation to make their customers comfortable. The area around had good amenities shops and restaurants. Will definitely and happily return.

It’s located within walking distance of Lyon Perrache station, which allows us quick access to the TGV.

Welcoming front desk and quick to check in. The room we stayed in did let the rating down though and so I wouldn't say this was a four star hotel unfortunately. A separate toilet in what could only be described as a cupboard was barely big enough for a grown man. The coffee making facilities were very basic too.

Beautiful view of the Saone river. And the staff were uniformly helpful, informative and responsive. BUT no TV, no closet, no clear indication of where the entrance to the hotel is from the closest tram stop. Regulating the water temperature in the shower was a challenge because it kept changing. Finally, the location is not the most convenient.

I had an excellent stay. The room was clean and comfortable. I have two minor complaints: I couldn’t figure out how to turn on one of the lights, and the thermostat was set just a tiny bit too low. I would stay here again.

This is a neat and funky place to stay. The bread at breakfast was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There is a bus stop right next door that will take you to Geneva, Paris or Annecy, so you don't have to rush out early in the morning. The hotel itself is nice too.

20 mins walk from the old town passing by the beautiful lake side where people play, swim, fish and do boating activities. The hotel is a fine resort located in front of the lake giving a superb view of the area if your room is facing the lake itself. The scenery of Annecy did not shock me, but the scenery outside the hotel window was the best in Annecy!

This time, I didn't have a lake view room, but the interior was casually lovely, the bathroom was clean, and the amenities were the same high-end ones used in the spa. There was even a coffee machine, Evian water, and cake, which was great.
