The hotel is at 33rd floor of a high-rise building and quite close to the train station. There are such nice views from the room, as a chain hotel the amnities are quite good but would have wanted a proper coffee machine. The bed and the linens are confortable and soft. The room was quite clean.

Magnifique view from the room to overlook the Lyon city. However, the bathroom drainage needs some improvement, otherwise water from shower tends to flow out onto the carpet of room. Food of Breakfast was alright, but with good services and great view.

The staff are all very nice. The facilities are old but for a European hotel, they are well equipped. Water pressure is also sufficient. The Perrier, juice and snacks in the room fridge are free. Rooms are small, but good value for money. Perfect location, city center and other parts are easily accesible with public transportation. It's a remote and simple place, and it's hard to find a hotel. I can only trust the Ibis chain brand. The price is not cheap. It's a bit like a motel. It's just a place to stay. Fortunately, the environment is clean and sanitary.

The resort needs a refresh. The walls in the rooms are scratched, door frames chipped, curtains in the shower old. The outside of the building too - not well maintained: a lot of rust everywhere, elevator glass door is cracked. It will be a great place of someone pits a bit of work to refresh it.

This is an excellent airport hotel in Clermont Ferrand however expect lots of cigarette smoke in the hallways.

I liked it had shuttle service to the airport. While I mentioned this was important at check in, I wasn’t told I needed to place a reservation for the shuttle. I did get on the shuttle by luck. It is a nice hotel with a lovely lobby.

Stunning hotel. Beautifully located. Staff very helpful and kind. We were at the 4th floor and had a beautiful view of the Cathedral and city centre. The breakfast was amazing, such a big variety of food options. My kids enjoyed it as well. We don’t have pets but seem to be a pet friendly hotel. We will come back.

My bride and I were celebrating 50 years since our first date this same week and several hotels we planned to stay at were full but this one still had rooms. We were somewhat reluctant at first because of the whole disco and Disney character theme but everyone we met made our stay memorable in deeply personal ways. The brunch was also extraordinary.

I've stayed here many times over the years and I was recently disappointed with the "upgraded" rooms. They removed all of the desks (now there is a free standing table not even big enough for a laptop). I will continue to stay there due to the great location next to the train station, but I will wait until the renovations are complete.
