The hotel is at 33rd floor of a high-rise building and quite close to the train station. There are such nice views from the room, as a chain hotel the amnities are quite good but would have wanted a proper coffee machine
Glad to stay in iconic building in Lyon. I got a room with a view to old town.
The bed and the linens are confortable and soft
The room and hotel location are both great.
The highlights: the building itself was stunning with a beautiful view, and as a member, I appreciated the complimentary water, VIP dining benefits, and room upgrade. These touches definitely added to the experience
Good that it was only one night! Freezing cold in the room , although the girl from reception was very helpful and brought us heater ( but unfortunately it is super small and didn’t help anyhow)
There is a beautiful balcony with great river view. I gave 3* to room for a reason that it was uncofotably cold during my stay for 3 nights from 26th till 29th of September
We stayed at this hotel five nights September 9 through 14th. The room was very quiet as it faced the park, the cathedral was visible from the room, the only downside was that the balcony door was permanently locked
because (as reception said) this period between summer and winter they don't activate heating system. But I think this not so acceptable,. So I ordered a blanket but it didn't smell good,so I didn't use it
Very beautiful hotel, located in the congress area of Lyon, facing Rhône river. there is a cinema, minimalists and cafés near the hotel
Lobby beautiful, Reception staff are polite but some of them need more english language training. Restaurant buffet is good with variable foods and drinks. Bed and pillows comfortable also
Bathroom beautiful, it has a shower and a bath tub
The concierge was especially friendly and he helped us to store our bags and arrange for a taxi to the train station on our last day. We paid approximately EUR250 a night and we thought it was worth the price
The standard of service has declined; this hotel no longer deserves its 5 stars: torn pillow, the wall by the window completely crumbling (room 206), damaged door frames, and very expensive parking (€30 per night)
The only problem we had was the fact that despite an earlier email and the extra specific on the day of our arrival in advance by telephone that we requested a room with 2 beds, this was not taken into account when we arrived at the hotel and we got a room with one "large" bed
Staff always very friendly and attentive. Perfect breakfast also enhanced by a superb panoramic view. The only point of improvement concerns the room which would deserve a little refreshment (modernity)
The facilities are old but for a European hotel, they are well equipped. Water pressure is also sufficient. The Perrier, juice and snacks in the room fridge are free. Overall, it's well worth the price
Excellent hotel, nothing to complain about the room or the hygiene. The underground parking with valet service is handy (at a correct price). The staff is very friendly and helpful
The hotel met my expectations generally talking. It was bright room, clean enough, the bed is really comfy
But it was quiet and again you go there for a cheap price. Parking on the street is difficult the hotel has a underground garage but it is very expensive. The hotel is very well located
Also you only get 2 small bathrooms towels for 2 person
I also think they could add some more towels to the room, as I've got 2 only. I was a solo traveller and at the end it wasn't crytical, but as I kind suggestion
It's a remote and simple place, and it's hard to find a hotel. I can only trust the Ibis chain brand. Fortunately, the environment is clean and sanitary
Very kind staff, excellent breakfast, also possible to eat in your room. Close to public transportation

Room smell a bit musty at first entered, customer service was ok even tho I only spoke English the breakfast was awesome the pool is good too the food at the le pelican was aight… but overall the stay was good not too bad …
I had a great night's sleep. The room was well-located with an amazing view. It was also very well soundproofed, which was perfect for optimal rest. I would definitely go back.
The corridors and exterior of the whole place needs a good renovation - they were doing mostly patch-up covers on our floor. The grounds are very nicely maintained. The semi-private beach was very accommodating
The breakfast was very good with a large choice. Supper, when we decided to have and pay (EUR35 pp), was okay. Le Pelican, the resto-bar is a pleasant addition to the hotel
There was mouldy grime between the tiles in the shower cubicle and the bathroom floor. I had to buy AJAX and a scrubbing brush to clean it off
The cleaning staff was very pleasant and efficient - they made do with whatever they had or what was given to them. A hot water kettle for coffee and a microwave oven would have been nice
The rooms albeit a little small were well designed, comfortable and had great AC and rain showers. The pool, sauna, steam room, tea and relaxation room in the basement were perfect after a hot day touring Lyon
3) like many hotels in Europe they didn't have wash cloths in the room (face cloths or serviettes carrés as they call them). What do Europeans wash with?
The lobby was elegant and inviting. The Grand Salon was cinematic
The only three things I would improve are:
1) the hotel bar didn't have stools
2) the Nespresso Machines didn't have single serve coffee-mate creamers or at least powder so you had to call down for cold milk for 5€
The cocktails were prepared with love and attention and served in vintage glassware. However martinis and old fashioned's should have more than loz of alcohol
The breakfast buffet was complete and delicious and you could even order an avo toast, truffled omelette or œufs a plat a la carte
Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Lyon. From check-in to check-out almost everything was perfect
The value for money was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and well soundproofed. The breakfast was truly delicious. The small pool in the basement was more than enough to relax for a while
Fantastic stay at the Mercure Lyon Centre Lafayette. We were upgraded to an executive room, so I can’t comment on the standard ones, but ours was absolutely excellent—spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained
Heated pool was too cold. Friendly check-in. Beds weren't great. Also sheets weren't ironed properly which gave itch at the feet. Breakfast was very good and high quality.
Some front desk staff were cold and not so welcoming. At check in there were no mentions of facilities such as swimming pool or gym
The breakfast was very rich and highly recommended. Children are free. The location is great, but parking is €28 per night. The room was clean and had air conditioning, which is very important for Asians.
One thing to keep in mind: at the moment there are street works outside, and rooms facing the construction can be a bit noisy. Aside from that, everything was top‑notch and made for a great stay
The spa was nice, even if the sauna wasn’t hot enough (we kept pouring water), the jacuzzi was always crowded. I appreciate swimming pool, outdoor and indoor seat's, good for relaxation
After a rocky start in Chamonix (in different accommodation) we then had the best 24hrs of our trip around France during our stay here! Chamonix is absolutely stunning and after the day hiking, the spa area was so perfect to relax and unwind
The only minus was that some women went in the swimming pool with long hair not attached. Nobody wants to swim with somebody hair around
The breakfast was superb with many many choices. The spa was also a nice place to relax at the end of the day
Our only challenge was that the spa was booked out through our whole trip (at any time that wasn’t in the middle of the day), so if you want a massage, consider booking that well ahead of time
I only gave it a nine out of 10 because I had to keep getting them to fix my key card it stopped working four times. It was a minor inconvenience as it was fixed quickly each time

Breakfast is perfect with a huge selection and unbeatable views. The downsides are that there's no kettle or bottled water in the room, and while comfortable, it's a bit minimalist
Another drawback is that the spa is quite disappointing; the relaxation room has an odd smell, the jacuzzi facilities are broken, though the sauna is fine
Great hotel with great staff, Kate help me a lot!the spa and restaurant are deserved high evaluation
The breakfast is amazing with a fabulous view of the mountains. the Spa is very welcoming, too
Thank you to the reception staff, who were very kind and helpful.
The staff were lovely and helpful. I wanted to highlight Carolina's kindness throughout our stay who made us feel very welcome and would always go out of her way to help / answer any questions we had

Stayed here twice on the way to Spain and the way back. Hotel was fantastic and staff were amazingly helpful. The hotel was very clean, rooms were modern and the gardens/ pool area were very good
Great pool staff very helpful and close to pizza restaurant and Mac donalds for kids tired from the journey. Although restaurant was good
Would definitely recommend this hotel as a stop off point on the way to and from Spain, they also have three free basic (presume 7kw) electric charge points for cars and a load of Tesla chargers
We have found all Novotel pools are freezing but half the fun is watching those who don't know this jump in 😄 Would definitely visit again if our travels take us that way
Booked last minute as our travel plans changed unexpectedly. So happy to have found this wonderful hotel. Check in was fast, room was spotlessly clean. Bar had a wide choice of beers & wines
If you are looking for a hotel in a quiet location but still close to tge city and only 5 minutes to the Airport then book the Novotel
The room was very comfortable and quiet. The staff were extremely friendly, and there’s affordable parking right next to the hotel. The location is perfect, right in the city center.
We’ll definitely come back!
Very nice and functional hotel in the center of Clermont, excellent service and wonderful location with views of the city. The staff were really friendly and gave me advice on where to dine and what to visit
It was a wonderful experience staying for a week.Hotel is well located and everything from check -in to check-out is smooth. Staff at the reception and in the dining areas or bar were polite and respectful.
We were at the 4th floor and had a beautiful view of the Cathedral and city centre. The breakfast was amazing, such a big variety of food options. We don’t have pets but seem to be a pet friendly hotel
Immaculate, modern, well appointed hotel right in city centre with parking just metres away. Staff warm and friendly, even gave us restaurant recommendations. Rooms well appointed, fresh and welcoming
卫生:Very clean and well maintained. 环境:Close to the city centre, with historic buildings within easy reach for sightseeing. 服务:Very kind, gave us a map and told us about sightseeing spots
We absolutely loved our stay at Rivage Hotel & Resort. The rooms are stunning—beautifully modern, incredibly clean, and thoughtfully designed. What truly made our trip, however, was the staff
We had booked the room last minute for my mil birthday. For of all the team is really amazing and kind. We were upgraded when we arrived
Everyone we encountered was professional, courteous, and exceptionally friendly. If you’re visiting Annecy, this is the place to stay
What they have to work on more is the wellness center: it's quite basic (a part from the pool, which is quite big) and it's often overbooked
The sauna, steam sauna, and jacuzzi were comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had delicious ham and cheese.

We stayed in a Privilege room, which was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of four. The room was impeccably clean, and the decor enhanced the overall ambiance of the hotel
Very close to the train station, but a bit tricky to find for first-timers. The facilities are pretty good, and breakfast is plentiful, though I'm not sure why it was so crowded.
The hotel's restaurant food was decent too, and the service was good
The rooms are well-equipped, the bedding is clean and soft, and there's even a Nespresso machine. The staff are warm and attentive. Some rooms even offer beautiful views of Notre Dame
Hôtel de l'Europe et du Parc has an absolutely amazing location, right across from the TGV train station
It's walking distance to all the attractions, making transportation a breeze! The Art Nouveau architecture is stunning and perfect for photos
I had a great stay at Hotel Charlemagne. The location near Perrache made getting around Lyon really easy, and the staff were warm and helpful throughout my visit. My room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view
The breakfast offered by the hotel is good, with tasty bread and cheese. It's also easy to get to Lyon's Old Town from the hotel; just take the metro, transfer once at Bellecour, and get off at Vieux Lyon station
The hotel is in a great location, very close to Perrache train station. Getting here from Lyon Part-Dieu train station is also super convenient; you can take the T1 tram directly, which takes about 20 minutes
The hotel front desk also provides various tourist brochures and maps for guests to look through
The breakfast and cozy atmosphere made it a really enjoyable base
"Not impressed with this hotel. The last two days have not been cleaned once, like they totally forgot about room 604. Dust bins not emptied, towels not replaced. felt like we were staying in a cheap hostel instead
Great friendly service and a quiet room with an amazing view over the park and lake. A 20 minute walk to the old town. The spa is popular so be sure to reserve your space during a quiet time. We will be back!
The hotel is in a great location, and the terrace room I booked had a fantastic view! It's about a 20-minute walk from the hotel to Annecy town, passing by the lake, one of Annecy's most picturesque sights
The hotel also has a hot spring and sauna, perfect for soaking in the hot springs and enjoying the lake view when you're tired. The breakfast was also very good, and there was also a **
The best hotel in Annecy, with lake views right outside the window. The suite has four balconies, and it's a great place to sit outside and enjoy the view
Good service standards provided by the hotel including valet parking which is very convenient. A very relaxing and upmarket hotel more than 4* standards
The hotel is a fine resort located in front of the lake giving a superb view of the area if your room is facing the lake itself
The rooms are modern, quiet, and comfortable with great city views. The staff is professional and helpful, and the breakfast is ample
For a stress-free, comfortable stay with superb transport links, the Mercure Lyon Centre Part-Dieu is highly recommended
I'm sure I've already reviewed this, why do I need to do it again? The hotel is pretty good.
Hotel at a great location right next to the main train station and next to a shopping mall, with easy access to metro and airport. Clean and good sized room. Very impressive.
Beyond amazing! The room was huge, clean, and quiet.
Perfectly Located & Reliable Modern Stay
An excellent choice for its unbeatable convenience. Located steps from the Part-Dieu train station and major shopping, it's ideal for both business and leisure
Exceptional service from Virginie! We arrived at the hotel late at night and she went above and beyond to help us find a room. She took the matter very seriously and was so helpful - the service was amazing
The staff were welcoming and friendly. We will certainly Stay there again and look forward to our next visit. Congratulations to all the staff for their great service
Best yet
Hotel and staff are excellent. Beds are superb best one yet, restaurant is excellent everything about this place is 5*. Highly recommended to anyone who likes nice places.
Easy to reserve with flexible. Check in was fast and easy, with no waiting. The rooms are large with comfortably sized bathrooms. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast selections were amazing and high quality
The terrace overlooks a nice wooded area and a stream. I thought it refreshingly honest when the reception agent informed us (during checkin) the outside pool in not heated
great!
Exactly as described - except for families there is no external playground. It would be great if the towels were bigger in the room too. would stay again. thank you!

Enjoy the stay in the stay! Good location and comfort environment. I tried the swimming pool and the sauna services. A good experience for my stay for 4 days.
The room is a bit small for the price, and there were some unpleasant aspects about the cleaning. The swimming pool and sauna are neither too little nor too much, just right
The hotel is very good, the room is clean and tidy, the balcony can see part of the mountain, it is very close to the cable car station, there is a Carrefour supermarket opposite where you can buy some supplies, which is very convenient
The hotel location is great. The facilities are nice and clean. The coffee and water are free, and the staff are very friendly. The only downside is that there's no refrigerator in the room.
The location, breakfast, and amenities are good. The Chamonix Sud bus stop is close, the road to the city is pretty, and the Edigwimidi(?) gondola is right in front
One of the best hotels I've been to in the Alps! Strategic location and really luxury facilities! Wow! Breakfast was poor tho. However - amazing experience.
Location is excellent and right on place Bellecour. We had a Bellecour view balcony which was amazing. The rooms are a little small but gorgeous! The decor is very authentic. Breakfast was limited but products were great
The hotel is very well located. The restaurant is being renovated, and the hotel offers few common areas, which are quite small
Also, Ctrip's overseas customer service isn't very helpful; don't count on it; you'll have to rely on yourself! They don't give points for reviews, and I won't post pictures anymore; it wastes my data
I'm used to opening the window as soon as I walk in, and it ruined my sleep. Fortunately, I negotiated with the front desk and got a room change
Cocktail prices are rather exorbitant… the room was very pleasant (we were in a junior suite), and the staff was very helpful
I paid cash on the spot, and it was over $100 cheaper than my previous room. It seems Ctrip is being too shady
