(Kids also aren't allowed to use jacuzzi, sauna, hammam at Aquamotion). The Kids Club was GREAT, with diverse activities to keep the kids entertained (arts/crafts, video games, puzzles, mini foot / foosball, ping pong)
Great service, good rooms. Nice and helpfull staf🤩🙌🏻 perfectly placed if you want to go to col de la loze
Aquamotion isn't exactly the place to go for a quiet apres-ski dip in a hot jacuzzi under stars and snow, both because it's noisy, crowded and indoors and because the water is only warm, not hot
We have been three time in this place, in three years, and we love it more each time. Perfectly suitable for all, families, and couples and groups of friends.
This hotel is a good choice for family especially with kids because it’s connected to the largest spa and waterpark Aquapark. For hotel guests is complimentary and it’s big place with indoor and outdoors pools
UPDATE 26/3 - DEAR TEAM, we found our missing sunglasses, one of our friends put it by mistake in their baggage and only realised these days - we would like to thank you again for a very lovely service!!!! - We've had a lovely stay, all was great, the rooms are amazing (no mini bar though), cleanliness ok-ish, breakfast a bit hectic, the supervisor needs to organise staff better, staff is very helpful...

The only downside is that I was not able to find water fountains, and there is not a good ac outside the rooms. Other than that, this hotel is located in a pretty nice location
The room is very big and there is a park nearby, very comfortable
We stay here at least once a year and love it. The staff are great and helpful and patient with my lack of French. They are always kind, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are lovely and the beds are comfortable and big
Attitude is good but you need to wait very very long time to solve an issue, to Check in, because I think it’s simply under staff? Room is ok and big and view is good, however, rather strong smelt of detergent or deodorant
It is just next to the Lyon Congress Centre, but a distance from the old town. Not much eatery around the neighbourhood, but the public transport is just a stone throw away from the hotel
I reported the issue to the front desk and requested a room change, but they told me there were no available rooms that night and asked me to handle it myself. The location is average, not very close to the city center

One point to note: the requirement for men to wear speedos (no swim shorts allowed) can be a bit frustrating — understandable for spa hygiene, but less so for the outdoor pool
Service wasn’t terrible but expected better for what we paid. Men, to use the pool you MUST have speedos on (or shorts with the same length and tightness) and board shorts (what I wore) aren’t allowed
The welcome is always warm and professional. The rooms are very nice — not ultra-luxurious, but definitely comfortable and pleasant
What truly sets this hotel apart is the amazing spa with diverse facilities, and the huge outdoor pool, which is a real luxury in the center of Lyon, especially in summer when there are few alternatives in the city
It has an Olympic sized outdoor pool. Very good rooms and bathrooms. WiFi is not working in the rooms only downstairs I don’t know why. There is a nice hairdresser inside the hotel
Staff were very friendly and helped us park when the garage was full. The sauna and pool area was super clean and relaxing. We’ll definitely come back when we’re in Lyon!

i love la lana but i don’t like how under 18s can’t stay at the pool after 6! I get it if they are being silly and disturbing the peace, but kicking out a peaceful teenager for doing nothing wrong is really bad!
Excellent in every aspect for sky fanatics: * Location and access to slopes! * Christophe: butler who takes your ski boots and puts everything away for you
Excellent hotel with excellent location and services.. very helpful team specially Jacky who can make your visit to Courchevel unforgettable.
* Food and wine, at breakfast and dinner superb * Spa and facilities are so great! * Suites are very cozy, woody and modern at the same time
This hotel has an amazing location in the villiage as well as being ski in ski out and having the most helpful guy to fit your ski boots.
Had lunch at the restaurant outside on a beautiful day and the food was delicious. The staff is also very nice and helpful.

We had a wonderful 2 nights stay. Large rooms, beautifully decorated. Colors, lights and decoration throughout the hotel very nicely chosen. Big pool, jacuzzi, sauna and fitness with good material
The room was clean and comfortable. The bar is enticing as is the pool and heated pool. I would definitely stay here again
Wonderful stay in Annecy. Kind employee and latest outfitting of the hotel was wonderful.
We already recommanded the hotel to friends and will come back
There were no net curtains, so lying on the bed people in the Gym could look straight in unless you closed the curtains even during the day. Just a suggestion therefore, with such rooms, have net curtains!
I stayed for 5 nights, and thought that for that period I may have been given one of the rooms overlooking the front of the Hotel, which was better than looking straight into the Gym, from my bed

The breakfast was amazing, they had a good restaurant and bar. My only complaint is with the room. The bathroom smelled like mildew all the time
The staff were so helpful gave great advice and seemed genuinely happy to be there and made any reasonable accommodation to make their customers comfortable. The area around had good amenities shops and restaurants
Loved every thing about it but a hot tub is needed for all guests. The dancers and entertainers were amzing
Spend 3 nights with family. Beautiful and fun hotel. Lots of food options and entertainment. Ski shop for rentals and ski passes is a huge bonus. Few min walk to downtown village and all the shopping and restaurants.
Will definitely and happily return
The sauna was crowded and the spa, in general, was pretty unremarkable/dated. I am not sure if I would stay there again, but I would definitely plan on après ski or dinner at one the restaurants

The staff were amazing especially Valerie on reception, she was very helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect for trains, trams to go and explore the city. Breakfast was excellent and again staff very friendly
Stayed here for a night before my transit to France. The hotel is convenient near the main train station. Although there was smell of **** outside the building, the room was clean and big
One thing to note is that there is no air conditioning. There is a small fan and you have to open the windows. This may be a problem for those staying in summer or are sensitive to noise
An excellent experience during our stay - our room was spacious, bright and clean. The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the tea and coffee provided in the room
The breakfast was excellent, very varied, and good quality. The hotel is in a convenient location, we were able to walk almost everywhere during our stay in Lyon
Great view from the window . And there are games on the ground floor for people to play when it rains , I’ll still stay here next time I come to Lyon

Enjoyed the outside pool as well specially on night with all the stars in the sky! Well it was amazing, See you next year!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Annapurna for a delightful three-night getaway, and I can’t wait to share my fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality from the staff, making us feel right at home
One of the highlights of our stay was the impeccable cleanliness and convenient access to the slopes. The rooms were spotless, providing a comfortable and relaxing retreat after a day of adventure on the slopes
We took only our last diner in the hotel and we regretted we didn't came before, because we appreciate so much. All the pool area has a breathtaking view on the montagne and a nice atmosphere
Plus, the easy access to the slopes made our skiing experience all the more enjoyable, allowing us to maximize our time on the snow. The prompt shuttle services provided by the friendly drivers were a true convenience
We spent a really nice week in Hotel Annapurna, we were in a normal room but it was everything except normal. Directly when we arrived we let us loose to all the Annapurna Crew and they take care of everything

Highly recommend staying here, as it's also off the beaten path of the Main Street, but still comfortably within walking distance and right across from the bus depot!
There is a bus stop right next door that will take you to Geneva, Paris or Annecy, so you don't have to rush out early in the morning. The hotel itself is nice too.
Superb experience Best view of alps Rooms size are good. 3 people can fit in confortably Hotel good and bar menu is good and normal price
The pool and Jacuzzi were clean and very nice, but there were no towels in the pool area and no umbrellas so you could not enjoy the pool without sitting in the hot sun
Everyone at the front desk was kind (and patient as we called down to ask how the shower worked) and the waitstaff at the restaurant was so charming and friendly -- especially Malcolm! Plus the tiramisu was incredible
After a long, 15 hour day of travel, Hôtel Le Refuge des Aiglons was exactly what my friend and I needed

Stunning recent renovation of apartment block into hotel. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us with information and guidance. A real gem situated in the old town. We will be back!!!
This is the place to stay! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. This is a charming hotel that has kept the old charm in tact and provides a thoroughly modern experience. Location in Vieux Lyon is unbeatable
This was one of the most lovely hotels I have stayed in. From the service at the front desk where you were greeted like family, to the lovely gentleman who helped us with our bags
Hands down the best hotel we have stayed in. Everything was exceptional, from the gorgeous location to the Renaissance architecture to the large, comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast
Excellent hotel with a beautiful and enchanting building, a perfect location, and outstanding services. Nothing more to add, just live the experience.
The history inside the hotel is so interesting. I will forever have fond memories of our stay in Lyon

The room is a bit small for the price, and there were some unpleasant aspects about the cleaning. The swimming pool and sauna are neither too little nor too much, just right
The hotel is very good, the room is clean and tidy, the balcony can see part of the mountain, it is very close to the cable car station, there is a Carrefour supermarket opposite where you can buy some supplies, which is very convenient
The location, breakfast, and amenities are good. The Chamonix Sud bus stop is close, the road to the city is pretty, and the Edigwimidi(?) gondola is right in front
We spent a wonderful weekend here. We counted on the pool for pleasing the kids and we were not wrong. The hotel is quite nice, modern with lots of activities proposed on spot
One of the best hotels I've been to in the Alps! Strategic location and really luxury facilities! Wow! Breakfast was poor tho. However - amazing experience.
It is amazing and has many services. The lobby has games and the service is excellent. I highly recommend it.

Great friendly service and a quiet room with an amazing view over the park and lake. A 20 minute walk to the old town. The spa is popular so be sure to reserve your space during a quiet time. We will be back!
20 mins walk from the old town passing by the beautiful lake side where people play, swim, fish and do boating activities
This time, I didn't have a lake view room, but the interior was casually lovely, the bathroom was clean, and the amenities were the same high-end ones used in the spa
Good service standards provided by the hotel including valet parking which is very convenient. A very relaxing and upmarket hotel more than 4* standards
Very nice and quiet. We were upgraded to a lake view room. Thanks again to the hotel staff who were very attentive throughout our stay.
The hotel is a fine resort located in front of the lake giving a superb view of the area if your room is facing the lake itself

It was a pleasant stay. Awesome for a family. Rooms are large. One bedroom can accomodate 2 adults & 2 kids. Toilet and shower are in separate rooms which made showering efficient.
The location is excellent being essentially at the centre of Lyon transport- the Rhinexpress tram from the airport stops about 50m from the hotel, and the Part Dieu SNCF station is next door
Convenient location just next to the train station. Helpful staff Spacious room Air conditioning is good in summer But the complimentary tea bags expired on the day we checked in
The restaurant is very nice- we had dinner (3 courses for about E30, which was reasonable) and the breakfast buffet (E20, a little pricey). I would definitely stay here again
Good sized room and lovely bathroom. The location near the station was really good so easy to get to the old town by metro. Only point off was the air-conditioning
The rooms were excellent, except that the air conditioning could be a little stronger- we were there for unseasonable heat, and the first night was a little warm

Some English communication problem in reception. Room clean.
Happily surprised with the quality of every service available at the hotel. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly
They reached out to us in advance to ask us if we had any specific preference for a room, or any specific request. It’s close to Chambery and only 15 minutes away from Aix les bains area
Great stop off spot with pool, restaurant, and the best air con I've ever experienced in a hotel room! Lots of play equipment for younger kids in the grounds

We always love staying at Le Cristal de Jade when visiting Chamonix; it’s our go-to place! The property is beautifully maintained, and the pool area is a wonderful spot to relax after a day out in the mountains
Right in front of the hotel there is a huge supermarket where you can find everything you need. The pool and spa at the hotel are excellent
This hotel is wonderful! Very clean, the staff were very helpful and the sauna and pool were great! I highly recommend this hotel!
Bear in mind if you’re planning on using the sofa bed it comes out as two single beds with quite a large gap down the middle so would not be suitable for small children The pool is great and easily accessed
very good apartment hotel An apartment hotel designed like a country cottage. The apartment was very spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need
One area for improvement would be ensuring the apartment is thoroughly cleaned before check-in. During our last stay, we noticed it wasn’t as spotless as we’ve come to expect

Great service in the reception I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It is also really well located.
it was a pretty good experience the staff where nice they could speak English the rom was not bad for the price the rooms where clean and so where the sheets the bathroom was a bit small but in all a great experience
The restaurant was closed on a couple of occasions and when we ate there on one evening, there were 4 staff in there - perhaps they could have trained one up to serve in the bar? There was no lounge for guests, only the rather draughty entrance lobby, so finding a quiet corner during a couple of rainy days was difficult
There was a polite notice in the bathroom asking us to be aware of the need not to waste water - however, the hot water took at least 5 minutes to come through, wasting a lot of water in the process! Waiting times for the lists was challenging during the morning as housekeeping had to use the same lifts
Our room was small and there was no fridge (this will be a question asked before booking any hotel in future!) The air conditioning unit was blowing cold air and we were told that it would change to warm air during October
The bar was only open once during our 5 night stay which was very disappointing as we had thought to eat in there rather than the restaurant. We were told there weren't enough staff to have it open

We did bring our own dishwasher tablets or the dishes would have been left dirty. No soap, sponge or kitchen towels were provided
Good reception (Mr. Eliot was very friendly and kindness) renewed room, good breakfast, well localized.
The location is great for the tram for easy access to the city center and it is perfectly located for walking to Michelin Cataroux or Les Carmes! The room is well laid out
The only downside was that it advertises itself as a self-catering facility (offering a hob and kitchen facilities in the suites), which is not the case - we had a fridge and microwave and small sink, but it would have been nice to have had a hob as advertised
We had a great stay here - the location is right along the tram line (so useful for getting into town, or other parts of the city). The room was spacious and clean, and the service excellent
One day in Clermont Room was completely refurbished so very nice and comfortable. The common area are more "old fashioned" but anyway decent. Nice breakfast

Excellent food and service. Do not know anything regarding the rooms. Just visited two times for dinner. Highly recommended for Italian food. The staff is friendly and kind.
Fantastic cosy ambiance with extremely friendly staff and excellent service. The best Cigar room in Courchevel. Ski room also one of the best in Courchevel with very friendly staff
