Decent stay for the price paid.

The room was ok; it is a budget hotel. No sockets by the bed, and the plate came off the socket I used for the hairdryer. The heater was blowing warm air despite being set to 5 on a warm evening. Breakfast was reasonable, cereal, pastries, fruit salad, and tea or coffee from the machine. Staff friendly and helpful.

Ibis budget always got good location like right next to the motorways.
It’s not too clean and the shower was quite small.

Very nice helpful staff. Ground floor room very clean. Bed comfortable but no stool or chair to sit on. Shower leaked all over bathroom floor (reported to reception) Room cold 🥶 on entry but it did warm up fairly quickly.
Very good breakfast. Plenty to eat and nice coffee choice.
Only reason 3 star is it was noisy until one in the morning with people rolling cases in and out. Doors banging. Then early 6 am people leaving 😒

The ibis budget in Chambéry is very good as a budget hotel. The rooms are relatively cheap, and Chambéry is a good location to explore the surrounding areas from, as we did ourselves for over 3 weeks!

The room itself had all the basic necessities. A bed that's more comfortable than I have experienced in the past (we slept on it for over 3 weeks without any problems), and the room has a small bathroom with a shower, as well as some coat hangers, which were very useful to dry any wet jackets after a day of hiking.

The rooms were serviced every day, which surprised us pleasantly. The room got clean towels every day, and the bed sheets were replaced every other day.

The staff were very welcoming and amazingly friendly. All members of staff spoke English very well, which exceeded our expectations. I could always have a friendly chat with the staff as well, and talk about what we got up to every day. The staff would even help us fill up our water bottles every morning!

We stayed in this hotel longer than regular customers would, and as a "home base" from which to explore the Savoie region, it matched our needs perfectly.

Cheap and easy to access hotel with a private parking. Highly recommended in-between destinations hotel! For long time stay i wouldn’t recommend though because the room was really small and there is no good view from that tiny window. But still unbeatable price quality ratio for 1 night stay

Nice staff, showed us the room first. Basic room but that's what you can expect from a budget hotel. Free parking (behind fence and gate)
minus: N ext to a car wash, noisy, even after 22.00 h.
Plus : Carrefour supermarket (open untill 22.00 h.) Within walking distance
