Comfortable apartment complex with spacious rooms and infrastructure. After a busy day of skiing you can relax in the excellent Spa area with indoor pool and various relaxing treatments.

Location: 3 minutes walk from the centre of Chamonix, 300 metres from the ski lift, 50 m from the ski lifts, 100 km from Geneva airport.

Consists of one 5-storey building.

Only 44 rooms.

Room types:

One Bedroom Suite, for 1-3 people, 45 m2 : living room, sleeper - sofa,bedroom with twin or double bed, a balcony with mountain views, 12 m2.
Two Bedroom Suite for 5 people, 60 m2: living room with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, a balcony with mountain views, 12 m2.
Two Bedroom+++ Suite for 5 people, 60 m2: living room with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, a balcony with mountain views, 12 m2.
Tourist tax of 2.25 euros per person / day (payment on the spot). Deposit - 400 Euro (payment on site by credit card). Optional: cleaning during the stay (garbage, vacuum, cleaning bathroom and kitchen) - 30-70 EUR, change of linen and towels - 16 euros.
Check-in after 17:00. Check-out until 10:00.

This hotel has conspired with the ski training center. I had arranged for a session, extended and decided to cancel. Both the hotel and ski instructor acknowledged. Later at the exit, the hotel charged me 87 Euros for a cancellation that I wasn’t informed at all. No one told me there’s a charge
.
The hotel and instructor insisted that I pay. The hotel didn’t even try to help me at all.
This leaves an extremely distasteful experience.

There’s lack of snow in the area, lousy check in and out service. After the above encounter, I’m very sure that the hotel would not support its guests.

We need to throw the rubbish on our own.

The balcony view was great and the service was good, but the room itself was a bit old. The bed sagged in the middle, and the living room sofa looked quite outdated. The kitchen was functional, but the dishwasher smelled. Overall, it was comfortable and spacious. Chamonix supermarket sells dumplings, which is a nice touch~

I was very satisfied with the hotel I stayed in Chamonix this time. From the balcony, I could see the snow-capped mountains, the Aiguille du Midi, and Mont Blanc up close. I even saw the golden mountain at night. There's a large lawn in front of the hotel. I heard that in winter, you can ski directly into the hotel. It's also the landing spot for parachutes. It's about a 15-minute walk from the cable car station and about 10 minutes from the small train station to the glacier. It's a quiet hotel in a bustling area. There's free parking downstairs, allocated by room number. Check in at the front desk, get a garage card, swipe it to enter, and the door opens automatically when you exit. Highly recommended. One slightly inconvenient thing is that there's no one to clean the garage. I wonder if this is the case for all hotels here.

It is a hotel you will remember all your life
The view from the balcony is magnificent. It is like you watch a movie. "Matterhorn" from the VIP seats.

Fantastic views of the mountains. It was nice to have a kitchen so we didn't have to eat out all the time. Friendly staff, and comfortable rooms.

Stayed for 6 nights, with only one cleaning service. The good thing is that the two-bedroom apartment is relatively large, with a nice view. You can see the snow-capped mountains as soon as you open the door.

It is right next to a wide plateau where kids can run and play. Not far from the town area where you can buy and eat. 10-15 mins to the train station (Mer de Glace) and Gondola place to Aiguille du Midi. Staffs were VERY kind. Enjoyed our stay here. Free parking available.

Vacation check out at 10 AM? With a quote "no later than 10"
When breakfast is served 7AM -10AM, its kind of put you on spot to either sleep in, get breakfast somewhere else, or rush to be checked out.
Not ideal vacations mode.
