Hôtel Les Aiglons Chamonix in Chamonix

I stayed here twice - once for two night before hiking the TMB, had our luggage held for 10 days whilst hiking TMB, then one night after hiking. The first room we stayed in had an "open concept" bathroom, where the shower, toilet, and sink were all in one room with no walls separating the shower from the other two. Showering thus resulted in everything getting wet. It appeared that once there were shower doors, but they had been removed. The floor was also extremely slick when wet and posed a slipping hazard. The walls in the bathroom had black mold on them.
I traveled with two groups of friends to hike TMB, and when we went to have our luggage held, each group was quoted a different price. One group was told that the luggage hold was free and they paid €0 for 10 days of luggage hold. The second group was told it was €10/day, but then was only charged €20 for the 10 days, and then the third group was told it was €5/day, but also charged only €20 for 10 days.
After our hike, we returned to the same hotel. The bathroom was thankfully in better condition this time. The pool/spa ran out of towels in the early afternoon so we had to go back to our room to get our bath towels. While the towels had obviously been washed (they smelled strongly of bleach), the towel I used has a long dark hair on it. I do not have dark hair.
The door handle on the door to the balcony was very loose and felt like perhaps it had been broken into or would come off in your hand.
Both rooms faced roads and were noisy from street traffic.
