This magnificent hotel was formerly a medical club, and it still shows in everything from the hiking recommendations to the live entertainment and the large grounds. I must especially mention the amazing breakfast (with a large terrace and healthy food), the pool (safe - not too crowded), and the gym. The rooms are basic but comfortable with stunning views. The only downside is that the parking lot is always full, making it difficult to unload/collect luggage. I would advise the hotel to look into this as well, as I think it could be resolved very easily. I should also note that there is a "party" atmosphere here, which may not be for everyone. But don't worry, it's completely unnecessary (we slept very well and didn't participate). Usually, hotels that try to please everyone rarely satisfy everyone. In this case, I would admit I was wrong. A very satisfied customer!

Overall, it was good, but the water heating in the room was too old; the running water made a constant noise all night, making it hard to fall asleep. Since we arrived so late, we didn't consider changing rooms, figuring out that all water heating systems here are probably similar.

The location was fantastic, very central. Great entertainment. Breakfast was fantastic but other food options were limited. We were close to external restaurants but we were tired and cold and would’ve liked more healthier options at the hotel. The heating didn’t work in our room, service did come and attempt to fix it, we thought it was fixed but it wasn’t, it was very cold.

Majority of staff are amazing, courteous and very helpful.
However, there is no room service, and when asking how I could get take away from the restaurant at 2100 one night they said nothing was available and couldn’t help. This was in contrast to what staff had said earlier that evening saying I could anytime the restaurant was open. Not something you’d expect from a 4 star hotel.

The hotel really surprises you from the moment you arrive. There’s always music, a lively atmosphere, and the common areas are amazing, the décor, the evening show, the staff, everything. We were lucky to get a room with a great view of the mountain. The breakfast was one of the best I had during my trip to France (among hotels with included breakfast). It’s also very convenient to the town and has plenty of parking.
