This is a very unique B&B in an ancient building, which was cool. However, I should have read more reviews to understand that there were so, so many stairs to climb. This was by far the most incredible hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The hostess was lovely and so accommodating, and the property itself is stunning as well as centralized to a ton of great restaurants and attractions. Will recommend to anyone coming to Rennes!

Marion is an awesome host, the breakfasts were incredibly delicious!!!! The apartment was clean and has many conveniences, feel just like home. The location is in the middle of everything, i will come back!

Average We arrived 30 minutes early and rang the bell. We were greeted with “your a bit early but that’s ok “, and she took us to our room. I was surprised because we read how friendly the person was. She never introduced herself or was very welcoming. Did not find her very friendly. There was 1 small bottle of water for 2 people.

We arrived late and were greeted and checked in with directions to the Residence Du Duce. What an amazing accommodation Le Loft, it was more like a suite with everything needed. The location was perfect being just off the main square and perfect for a little wander before breakfast, we will definitely return.

The hotel was very welcoming and the rooms comfortable. A small downside being on the 4th floor, we had to carry out suitcases up and down a short flight of stairs from the lift. Excellent breakfast buffet reasonably priced. The location couldn't be better in the heart of the old town.

I was a little confused when checking in with the automatic check-in machine, but the hotel facilities themselves were very good.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was in easy access to the old town for shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing. We were very close to the tram and other public transit. The small kitchen was nice to have.

We had booked this hotel six months before our visit and had rung and spoken to someone on reception to book parking as it is limited on site, however when we got there they had no record of this and no space to accommodate us. Great price value ratio for Dijon

All you need in an hotel. Good bed, airco, darkness in the room and quiet. Too bad they don't have breakfast. But the bakery across the street is open early and looks good! Parking is an issue, only 20 spots, €10. Make a reservation for this on time. Otherwise park in thr neighborhood! Also safe.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating; everything was very clean. The only slight downside was the size of the bathtub. Overall, a great experience.

It is very close to the station and can be walked in 5 minutes. The facilities are relatively old and there are also tourists from tour groups, but the price is cheap and all the necessary facilities are available. High cost performance!

The hotel turned out to be in an industrial zone on the edge of town. The garden I was expecting from the photos was a belt of trees between us and a major highway. However, the rooms were quiet. Also, we could see the traffic jam so we could time our departures for better traffic. The hotel management and workers were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent supportive staff that helped us through a difficult situation when our motorhome broke down. It was in the garage for a week. The staff were so understanding of our predicament. My husband, our 2 dogs and I had to stay a week and we greatly appreciated their kindness.

Excellent service - the gentleman on my arrival approved the reservations in accordance with the booking tariff - I had trouble paying via the Internet due to the lack of access to the company account ... Good for a night stay. Restaurant was not too bad but overcrowded in the evening and there were not enough staff in the kitchen so we had to wait. Otherwise staff were really great and nice. They did their best and we appreciated it very much.

Location - across the Rennes train station is perfect no time how late you arrive at the city. Staff are polite and helpful. They are conversant in English which helps a lot. Room is very clean and spacious. Highly recommended.

Average good hotel, next to highway Average hotel, good for one or two overnights, good located - near the highway - not far from center.

Very secure parking. We had two rooms, one of which had air conditioning, the other did not. Lights outside the room meant you couldn’t have the window open as light would flood in.

Don't expect too much, it's just a stopover on the way to the south of France, a bit like the American motels in the movies!

Didn’t like the open shower in the bathroom without a shower curtain. Nice if you are bathing someone in a wheelchair, however we didn’t need that.
