Mercure Quimper Centre in Quimper

the TV in my 131€ room was offset to the side of the bed instead in front of it, i was alone but if you go there as a couple the person who will be close to the window will have a weird viewing angle on the TV.
Smart TV functions are not even enabled.
the phone in my room would not let me pass out of hotel calls besides stating it should be possible.
the lady at the reception that evening said to me "no tonight i cant" when i had to go down to the reception to order to eat (Frozen Pizza reheated, the hotel does not have a restaurant) and asked if it is possible to go back to my room and get the pizza as room service. so i had to wait at the reception desk and bring my pizza myself to my room. from the salt + pepper shaker only the salt worked, never sawn that cheap plastic S/P dispensers.
cheapest toilet paper, sheets are so thin that you need either tons of them or you might end up piercing them...
bathroom is Okish at least it had a bathtub.
the only REAL good thing was a funny moment when i managed to lock myself and a cleaning force employee (Elodie, who was extremly kind and is a genuine nice person !) out on the terrace/patio which has a door that will just close and lock without a possibility to open it from outside (we are talkking about a 4 star hotel here mind you...) ! luckily my room was at that floor level and i had let my room window open which allowed me to go back in and open the door for poor Elodie who chatted with me during her break time and was really kind.

heater seems to be either clogged or does simply not reach the desired temperature, NOTHING to dry your clothes in your room beside a hair dryer which is not really adapted for that (mind you quimper has a very rainy climat)

overall i had to stay there only for 1 night due to some misfortune that happened but what you get is definetly not 4 stars worthy and is waaay overpriced !
would not recommend and will avoid generally MERCURE Hotels in the future when possible (i´ll add video after edition to mask personal details)
