ibis Styles Quimper in Quimper

Very dishonest ibis. I checked in around 3:30 am in the morning and I asked the staff if it would be okay to check out as late as 3 pm in the afternoon, they said there’s no problem but later I was surprised to find that I had been charged an extra 30 euros as a late check-out fee. Besides, I got a dead insect body at the bottom of the milk served with tea, but I only found this insect’s body at the bottom of the milk (after I’d consumed most of the milk)..after I talked to the staff, they tried to deny it by hiding it from my sight and pressured me to pay for this already contaminated drink (without an apology or the refund). I meanwhile felt a headache after drinking the black tea with the milk but the doctor the staff had called for me further refused to offer me a medical certificate to allow me to ask for due compensation after I reported my symptom of a headache. Besides, there’s no tea included in the individual room unlike other places and you must order them from a menu by scanning the QR code on the table but on the menu the prices are hidden from user…making the stay with this ibis a SCAM…Also note that I had to change my room once because the first room they offered to me had a strong smell like a dried unflushed toilet but changing room is not convenient here because there was no elevator inside the hotel…totally disappointing…after my written complaint, they did nothing, and I was unable to get refund about having to pay for the contaminated milk and hazardous service to this hotel…
