Fourth visit to this hotel so must be good.
Just across the road from the old medieval town centre. 10 minute walk to marina waterfront. Very clean and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Parking for a fee €15. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby

Clean, comfortable, helpful staff, great location, secure basement car parking not too expensive.
But: noisy heating (can be turned off at night); not having tea/coffee making in room is a deal-breaker for me. Bottled water supplied, but not every day.

I cancelled my visit 10 days before it was due to start, yet I received no money back. I'm sure the hotel enjoyed being paid for doing nothing. I shall not book with them again.

We liked the spacious room, pleasant lounge area with bar, very good variety of choice for breakfast.

Very nice hotel near to harbour

The only fault was that the tea/coffee making facility in the room wasn't very well stocked. As an English visitor, the choice of an English breakfast tea would have been welcomed as well as the herbal varieties offered. There was also no milk. Whilst I am sure the concierge would have obliged had we phoned, it wasn't so important that we felt to need to call.

Hôtel lies on their services. Website show private parking included symbol however they have only limited spots and additional charges will be applied. Employee didn't show motivation to help, very poor services expériences for a 3 stars. Rather be a 2 stars max

We should have had our rooms ready at 3 PM. When asking the receptionist shortly after 3, she told us that all our rooms are ready, yet she then admitted (and was very rude and arrogant), that not all of our rooms are ready. So far, we have been waiting for an hour in the lobby, no apologies or at least a glass of water on the house. Also their parking is not accessible and we have to park in the street.

Edit: It has been 90 minutes. Another group of guests gets their rooms before the rest of us. Still not even an apology or an explanation. I am starting to get very pi**ed.

Edit: Overall this whole incident took around 3 hours. Absolutely unprofessional handling of the whole situation. I wouldn’t wish such experience to anyone.
