Loved the overall stay yet there is a strong smell of mold in room and hallways. Had to keep windows open due to this issue.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times while looking for a convenient option near the Montparnasse train station. The rooms are beautifully decorated, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast is excellent, and the bar is very nice as well. I would easily rate it at the top if it weren’t for one recurring issue - the restaurant. It’s frequently closed — whether due to holidays, private events, or other reasons. I’ve stayed here four times, and on each visit the restaurant was unavailable. For a Hilton, especially one catering to international travelers on business or holiday, having a reliably open, highly rated restaurant for lunch or dinner is a basic expectation — particularly at rates north of €300 per night.

This was my second visit to Paris and my second stay at this hotel. There is something very relaxed about the neighborhood. The rooms are decent sized - not large and the staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is very nice quality. If I were to go back to Paris third time I may stay here again.

Karine went above and beyond helping us get checked in and settled. Very valuable to have employees that dedicate their time to help guests. THANK YOU Wonderful amenities and great location for walking. Will stay again!

We arrived early,reception staff allowed us early check in which is greatly appreciated.Room was spotlessly clean,quiet and comfy beds.The restaurant was amazing and there was 5-9pm happy hours. Highly recommended!!

They took a 75 euro daily deposit at the entrance. I had never paid a deposit at the entrance of a Hilton before. I was very surprised. The staff was not very helpful.

Not a very nice location for tourists. Homeless mattresses everywhere we walked. My husband is massive so I didn't feel threatened but a sole visitor may want to stay in a different area.
The room we stayed in 101C was nice, but it has STAIRS to carry your luggage up after you open the door. The bed was decent if a little hard. The woman on the ceiling was disturbing. I will attach a photo.
The bathroom was smaller but everything worked fine.
The girl at the bar was nice and gave us some ice in a bag.
The front desk people are okay but have no desire to help you with your bags because you have to CARRY YOUR LUGGAGE DOWN 7-8 STAIRS just to check in. Again. No accessibility.
Room 101C must be over the garage because we heard something mechanical at all hours. Be warned.

We were warmly greeted by a lovely lady at reception, who provided an excellent overview of things to do in Paris and even marked them out on a map for us. Her helpfulness set the tone for our stay. We were offered an early check-in or the option to store our bags, which was much appreciated.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a sleek aesthetic featuring rich golds and blacks. Our room was compact but well-equipped, with thoughtful details like a fridge, kettle, and espresso machine. The shower had fantastic water pressure, and there were plenty of outlets and USB connections for convenience. Storage space was more than adequate, making the small room feel functional and comfortable.
Although the hotel is located in the 14th arrondissement, I would happily stay here again. The proximity to the metro and the quiet, peaceful neighborhood make it a wonderful place to unwind after exploring the city.
