The service was outstanding and impressively fast, with high responsiveness to every request.
The staff were kind and professional, and the room was spotless, elegant, and exceeded my expectations.

So overall, it could have been great, except for the breakfast. Out of the four nights, I have skipped breakfast except for once and ended up coming back without eating anything but with fresh orange juice only. There is a menu set up for guests with breakfast. In my opinion, it caters 100% to the local taste. Both pastry and bread are entirely white. After expressing my concern, I got offered white toast and gluten-free white bread 🤷♀️ There is nothing in whole grain at all, which left me hungry. Sorry, but I cannot have eggs without bread. I also love fresh fruit in the morning, which due to the system was also not possible to have. There is a fruit salad of some sort that my husband got, and that was mostly apples plus some other rather unripe sorts of fruits which we could not identify. The salad was offered with cheese as one of the choices, which means that if you get salad, you cannot get eggs, for example. So there is no flexibility in the menu at all.
The real shocking part in the breakfast room was that I didn’t get a fresh peppermint tea after three attempts. The first time I only got hot water, the second time it was tea with lukewarm water, so you can imagine what it tasted like, and the third time I got fresh peppermint with a bag of white tea, even though I specifically said from the beginning that I do not drink tea containing caffeine. I am not certain if the head server's English wasn't good enough, or whether there was a lack of interest on his part, but breakfast did not work for me and was very disappointing.
