The property is aging, and the staff clearly isn't up to 5-star standards.
The room is worthy of a 3-star hotel; I really don't understand how this hotel earned a 5-star rating.
The comfort, cleanliness, and service are far below the level expected for a property of this standing.
Very disappointed with my stay; I won't be returning.
The hotel staff was very helpful with all my questions, professional and it didn’t hurt that they were young and cute!
The beds were super comfy with nice bedding. The bathrooms were clean. They even had a heated rack for hanging wet towels. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to go to the pool, but it looked really cute with a sunny skylight.
I would love to come back and stay there again!
