Les Tournelles in Paris

This hotel is a wonderful place in the heart of Paris. A real gem. We stayed three separate occasions and each time the hotel staff were courteous, cheerful and so kind. We felt at home.

I’d like to single out the woman who provided our breakfast service. We understand she is a long time employee there. The breakfast buffet of fresh fruit, croissants, pastries, yogurt, cereals juices, was always was always well stocked and ready. She greeted us every morning with a smile and cappuccinos. We looked forward to our breakfast in large part because of her warm welcome.

The staff at the front desk were always cheerful, gracious and ready to help. Checking with us to ask if we needed anything. Warmly welcoming us when we arrived at six am on our first day in Paris.

The rooms were very comfortable and very clean. The hotel and the street was quiet at night and so we slept well.

The location was perfect for us as we were able to walk to so many wonderful museums and special places in central Paris. Over our three stays and six days in Paris we walked nearly 100km using this hotel as our base. A perfect place to stay.

Very comfortable and clean with some lovely touches to make us feel welcome. Great central location and friendly, helpful staff ( including Alexandre, thanks). Decent breakfast too.

Stayed here a few years ago and loved it. This time around though our room looked a little tired. The shower was crumbling and whenever we used it we had to mop up the floor. In past there was free coffee but that has ended which seems stingy given the price of the room. Staff is nice. Room is clean. Bed is comfy.

The room was impeccable; the staff at check in desk was super nice. Great hotel at an amazing neighborhood.

You put a picture like the one on the left as your cover photo we thought that’s what the hotel looked like. After arriving we felt we were deceived. Perhaps you should change it to reflect the actual hotel.

The shower was comfortable, and there was air conditioning. The room was a standard size. The location was very convenient. Recommended.

We stayed in Les Tournelles for 3 nights in July 2025 and it was a very positive experience. The rooms were small but very well designed and cheerful. The service was friendly and the atmosphere hospitable. It is very well situated in the Marais but surprisingly quiet. Definitely recommended!

Excellent location. Beautifully renovated. Rooms are tiny, but that’s to be expected in this part of Paris at this price. Price is reasonable for what you get. Front desk staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. I only wish they had better options for breakfast. No gluten-free options. No milk alternatives. And they won’t cook an egg for you. Cold hard boiled eggs only. If they would get with the program on breakfast, they would have a full five stars.

Friendly small hotel in the Marais. We have stayed several times and always found the staff to be very accommodating.
